I wake with a start, I look around for the source of my sudden startlement, and realize that it was thunder. Onother one. Seriously, how may days can it storm in a row? At least it popped me out of a nightmare. It was my recurring one. A woman carrying me, supposely my mother, crying. Running from something. I turn to my holo clock, holographic clockegraph, but everyone uses the abbreviation. 3:00 am. As good a time to get up as any.
As I am pulling on my jumper, I hear a shout from the room beside me, "Imonio, get your lazy butt out of the mattress." My foster mother, casy, shouts
"Ya ya mom, no need to yell"he groans. I hear her walking down the hall, and finish zipping up before she walks in.
"Good morning Amodora" she greets me. Then she sees that I am already all ready for the day "be sure to take your pills today." she says. She then leaves the room. I groan and head to the bathroom. Getting in there, I grab the bottle holding my pills, and swallow two. As I leave, I can't help but look myself in the mirror. Looking back at me is a 16ish tall girl. She has slightly longer then shoulder length light red hair, that falls in small ringlets, blue, smart eyes that everyone says are turquoise, and too pale skin. Someone is behind her as well, looking stupid, about to pounce. He trys to jump on me, but I doge and he almost hit his head on the wash basin.

"How do you see me, every time!?" He whines exasperated. I just laugh.
"You just have to stop being so loud" I prod. He just glares at me. Imonio can be a dufus at the best of times, but he's my brother, who can blame him.
"Kids, be sure to where your lightning suits!" Casy shouts up the stairs, "it's a bad storm out there"
