Synopsis

When life gives you lemons, make citrus gernades. When life gives you isekai, create free markets and industry. ...What? You want me to go on an adventure or something? Build a harem? Become an ashen specter? None of those activities are economically productive! Well, technically, if you kill a dragon and sell its materials, that makes you a "producer" and— But I digress! The point is, there's no way to enjoy a fantasy life if the nobles hog all the resources and technology is at the point where "flush" and "toilet" would never end up in the same sentence. Suck it Rockefeller and Lipton, Rothschild, and Krupp: you’ll never get the chance to industrialize a fantasy world! Glory to Adam Smith!   Author’s Note: As a voracious reader of the fantasy genre, I’ve found a sort of unfilled niche for economic matters. No, not microeconomics like Spice and Wolf. Macroeconomics. Banking and government policies and stuff. Most of the time people just reincarnate as a noble or something and the amount of paperwork related to the financial matters of their fief becomes a running gag, but the nitty-gritty details themselves are never discussed. Perhaps they aren’t touched upon for a reason, but I guess we’ll see. Also, this story’s progression is rather slow with long-ish chapters, so it’ll read like a slice of life fantasy story a good bit of the way and will probably extend to during when the economics hit too, or so’s the plan. Oh, and this is my first novel so… please treat me nicely!
