"Basically yes. But from the fluctuation of the detector we can establish the fact that there is 80% chance that the Beast is injured. Still even then you would'nt be able to kill it"

Okay, so let's run. I quietly approched myself from the entrance of the cave. But when I arrived, what I saw scared the sh*t out of me. It was a gigantic mountain tiger, at least 4m long and taller than me and I was already 1m87. I was scared to a point that I will have an heart attack to the slightest sound. Finally I used my skill to observe it and that was what came out:

Description: Representent of a whole rest in this region. A local Hegemon. But she is currently injured and her actual fighting force should be around Lvl 11.

Note of AS: That's good trash! Pratically not a trash anymore. Special mention to the baby in her stomach, this little Beast as great potential.

"I can't even fight her in her injured state, so let's just forget. I will come back if I am strong enough."

So I tried to sneakily get out. Unfortunately even injured and pregnant this thing was still a monster within the Beast. So naturally she saw me. So I started to run in a completely panicked state. But AS said to me:

"Stop panicking idiot Host. Your dumb as f**k. If she wanted to pursue and kill you, you would have been dead in the 20m after the start of your run. She has at least 20 in Agility even in this injured state. She just doesn't have any greed for the Life Power of a weak ant like you. She is proud and disdain you."

"F**k, I am the one who is going to disdain the whole world. Just wait b**ch, I will come back kill you and take your offspring as my pet."

"Host is spirited. But I am in the obligation of informing that she will have recovered in 3 days and will after that continue to evolve. So it will be hard for you to kill her."

Okay, never play around with Beast of the Tier 2, that's noted. But know I am full of greed for this little mountain tiger. So that's basically the time when I go train like a brain-dead person isn't it? But really life is a b**ch to me, I mean, i just find a cave to sleep in and there is one of the most powerful beast in the region that came and take it from me.

And so I started going around this gigantic forest and searched for Beast in the desesperate hope of becoming a powerful existence that would be able to take the young cub of the Queen. And after 15min of search I do found a Beast.

Description: With the mutation the sloth became a territorial Beast. But it still is lazy thought.

Note of AS: It is an interesting Beast, at least it as a talent for something.

Ignoring the voice of AS, I considered another point.

'So that is what became the cute sloth from before Cataclysm.'

It was a strange monster long of 2m and with a rough skin and extremly long claw. Where was the fur and the dumb look? F**k this Cataclysm is really destroying the world. Are the cat affected as much as that too, after all I am a cat lover.

And so I started fighting it, the thing is for a lazy Beast he was rather fast. I started by trying to cut at the jointure of his member but he was too fast and I evaded his claw by side-stepping. But after that I continuously evaded his attack for at least 1min because he was too fast for me too counter-attack. But finally after a certain time he slowed down and I succesfully to connect multiple blow to his body. But because he was cautious I couldn't inflict him anything apart from superficial wound like light cuts to his forearms. After approximatively 3min, I was in a dangerous position because I couldn't keep up with the rythm anymore, so I started to slow down. Bad idea should I say. His claw inflicted me a deep gash to my thight.

'Fuck I can't keep that up, I don't have anymore stamina and know I am injured.'

And so in a situation were I was completely at a loss I tried something that was extremly strange. I got some distance from the sloth and... I threw it the sword. And what suprised me is that is actually fonctionned! Also I didn't touch his head or heart as I wanted but he took the sword in the stomach after deviating it from the top half of his corpse with his claw. And what happened after that is what I was prying for. The evolving effect of my sword activated and voided the sloth of all his blood.

With that the sloth died and my sword damage advanced by 1. After killing it I got on the tree where he was originaly, utilising it as a relatively safe place to try healing my leg a bit, because it started aching a lot after the adrenalin was gone. When I was climbing the tree I found a carambola and took it with me. And after finally climbing to the top I was preparing myself to eat it before looking at my leg when:

"The Beast aren't the only thing in the natural order that mutated... But don't pay attention, I said nothing"

F**k, she was bloody correct, If it mutated and became a poisonous fruit I would have died without her.

"Your clever AS, sometimes I feel happy to have you accompany me."

"I'm not clever, your dumb Host"

Without taking any hint of my try to make peace with her, AS directly restarted the war. But still, I need to look out the information on this thing:
