As he got ready, Lucas would grab his broom a bit more tight, ready to fight as well while Gurgen had his stick once more. Medi grabbed his bow as Zoala went back to her bag, opening it up. Luckily no fight was needed when from around the corner came the new minotaur with Emma. Lilly and Lucas didn’t know it though, Lucas getting in front of Lilly. “That’s the one that hunted us!”
The minotaur, not knowing that they were ready to kill him stormed towards them with multiple centaurs behind him. When they got closer, everyone held back on trying to kill seeing as Emma was casually riding him on his shoulders.
Gurgen saw Emma and came forwards, angry at her. “You choke Zoi!”
When the minotaur fully stopped, Emma was let down. She stayed behind him though as Gurgen looked like he was going to beat her up with that stick. The minotaur would held out his hand to top Gurgen.
“Hold on there, cool down a bit will ya?”
Gurgen wasn’t one to ‘cool down’ and he would poke the minotaur with it. “Cow move or cow hurt.”
The minotaur didn’t seem very amused, grabbing the stick and pulling it out of his hands with easy, throwing it to the side. Then before Gurgen could react, he would swing his fist towards Gurgen. As he was a big creature, he would be a bit bigger than Gurgen, having the height advantage.
Lucas saw this would smile and sit down on the ground, watching what was going to happen. “Oh this will be fun.”
Gurgen came back forwards, grabbing his head and jumping up and a bit back. He let himself fall, pulling the minotaur with him so both fell down. He forced the head of the minotaur down onto the ground face first. Since Gurgen was the one coordinating the fall, he wasn’t as hurt by it. He quickly got back up, grabbing him by his back and lifting him up and holding him upside down.
By now the centaurs that had accompanied him had grabbed their bows and got ready to shoot Gurgen, causing Lucas to quickly jump up and run to them, hands in the air. “Hold on! Hold on! Don’t fire, just wait!”
Luckily for him, seeing as Lucas didn’t seem threatening and because they had heard about a mystery person helping them, they would not shoot but stayed vigilant.
By now Gurgen jumped up in the air, falling down once again but this time since he held the bull upside down, he would drive his head on the ground first, the horns getting forced into the dirt.
He let go of him, standing up and watching him collapse onto the ground. He let out a grunt, dusting himself off. “Cow boring.”
Seeing their general lying near unconscious on the ground, they would raise their bows again, aiming back at his face. That didn’t seem to scare Gurgen who would get ready to be shot by them.
Zoala suddenly came out of nowhere, still having the arrow in her shoulder. “Hold on, stop it! That man helped us!”
Gurgen wasn’t done though. He pointed at Emma, still angry at her actions. “You choke Zoi!”
Emma nodded, trying to plead her case with him. “I know and I’m sorry that I did. I was blinded by emotions! I’m sorry!”
That seemed to satisfy Gurgen but not a lot, grunting and he walked away from her. “Next time, Armenian Beast piledrive everyone.”
The centaur that had helped Jackson kill the original centaur now came forwards, looking at the rather big group now. “Can someone explain what the hell is going on here?”
Zoala nodded slowly, gesturing to Emma and Lilly. “Me and my group saw the two girls plus that guy here travel together. The king of the Human Gurge was traveling down the road when they got attacked which they saw. After the king was killed, that one…” She pointed at Emma. “…attacked him.” She said pointing at Zoi. “After which the big guy came and saved him. Later when we were getting ready to come back to you with the princesses, we too god attacked. Jackson and she managed to get away after which Gurgen and Lucas came back and helped us. Then came that elf over there but he didn’t really do much.” She added that last part quickly to her story since Lehtern hadn’t really done a lot.
She then would point at where they had disappeared into the forest. “A group of skeletons that ran away went to there. Go around using the roads with a group of fifteen centaurs and let the satyr hunters go after them through the forest. Catch them alive if you can, we need to be able to interrogate them, find out what their government is planning. Now get this arrow out of me, it hurts like hell.”
Medi would try to grab his attention, waving at him in order to try and ask something. “Hey! Where’s Jackson!”
The centaur came forwards, looking down at his own problem, motioning for someone else to come and help. “Jackson is alive. In order to stop King Mortel from killing that princes, he sacrificed himself in an official dual. We didn’t know what happened as he didn’t let anyone in to watch.”
Medi nodded as he would feel a bit uncomfortable about that fact. It sounded like Jackson was close to death and he didn’t like that one bit. That was about the last feeling he would have as he then passed out.
As the group started to be swarmed by centaurs in order to check them out, a smaller group ran back in order to get back-up to do what Zoala had said. Seeing that Medi had passed out, a centaur would quickly get down next to him, feeling for his heartrate and starting to investigate what was going on. With Medi falling to the side, it revealed a big pool of blood underneath him.

Gurgen who hadn’t been looked at by anyone for wounds saw Medi lying on the ground with the blood. Letting out a grunt, he would turn around and walk away into the woods, leaving everyone behind.
The minotaur slowly came back to his senses, grunting as he rolled over so he looked up at the sky. It took for a bit for him to realize what was going on, lifting up his hand to his face to look at it, seeing that he was in fact a minotaur and that he hadn’t dreamt it. Grunting again as he sat up, shaking his head as dirt fell down. He then got up, looking around for Gurgen but not seeing him. Instead he would walk to Emma and Lilly. Lilly still couldn’t stand with her ankle but seemed alright thanks to the magic rune she had gotten from Zoala while Emma was explaining everything to her.
As everything seemed to be going well, the centaur that had been with Medi came closer to them and the minotaur. “Bad news… He has lost a lot of blood. If we try to remove the arrow then it will probably kill him. We can try to get Jackson here to see him while he’s alive but… We have to act now.”
Lehtern had heard them talking and came closer. This indeed seemed to be a bad thing but he had a smile still. “I think I can help.” He looked around, trying to see if he could find Gurgen, seeing that he was gone. “Where is Gurgen?”
Nobody really seemed to know the answer as nobody had been paying much attention to him or Lucas to that extent. Lucas was therefor the one that spoke up. “He went home. Probably had enough of everyone here. He already didn’t want to come here in the first place.”
As he finished speaking, Lehtern would tap him on his shoulder, pointing to tree line where Gurgen came out holding a big barrel. “I think he is going to save Medi.”
Zoala who had come closer now, having the arrow removed an a bandage around her shoulder would be very interested. The longer this conversation went on, the more people started to listen. “How will he do that then?”
Lehtern couldn’t hold back a smile that only seemed to grow bigger. “That chicken of his doesn’t only bark. I gave him that chicken when we first met. Imagine my surprise when a week later he came to me with something rather interesting. He called it vodka.”
That reveal shocked Lucas. He didn’t know a lot but he did know what vodka was. He looked at Gurgen who put down the barrel and opened it up. In the barrel it looked like water, showing that what Lehtern was saying wasn’t a joke. “Wait no… stop. Gurgen what are you doing?”
As Lucas walked forwards, Lehtern would grab him and hold him back. “No no, let him do.”
“What do you mean? Vodka is alcohol and a strong one at that.”
This reveal made everyone a bit uncomfortable. Watching how he would grab his bottle as he murmured to himself, filling it and then bringing it to Medi’s mouth.
Lucas didn’t see how this would save Medi, trying to get loose from Lehterns grip. “When you told me that he had a healing brew I didn’t think you meant alcohol!”
With this information in the air, the minotaur would walk forwards, not wanting Medi to be forced to drink alcohol. Before he could stop Gurgen, he already had giving Medi the drink who unfortunately swallowed the brew. A little bit wouldn’t mind but it still wasn’t smart.
Everyone stayed quiet, watching to see what would happen now. With the information that Lucas had given, nobody really expected a lot. Mark everyone surprised when Medi opened his eyes ad as he stopped bleeding. Gurgen suddenly pulled out the arrow, making Medi scream in pain.
“Aaaaah! Fuck! What was that for!?” Medi seemed angry at the sudden removal, cursing a bit as he put his hand over the wound.
Gurgen handed him the bottle, not being that apologetic since he was ‘helping him’. “Half food drink vodka. Vodka help.”
As Medi slowly took the bottle, Emma looked at Lehtern who seemed to be rather knowledgeable about Gurgen. “Half food?”
“Half food is because of horse meat. Gurgen ate it once and now sees centaur as half food. Don’t worry, he hasn’t eaten anyone yet, he isn’t a monster.”
Medi started to drink from the bottle, gagging with the strong taste but continuing. After just a bit, Gurgen already took the bottle back. “Leave some. Gurgen not share all.”
He stood up and started to drink from the bottle itself, drinking quite a lot. Weird display or not, when looking back at Medi, it seemed to close the wound.
Both Zoala and the minotaur came closer, being very interested int his event. Obviously they weren’t the only ones interested but at least they were the one calling the shots. “That’s incredible.” Said Zoala, seeing not even a scar. She then stood up, seeing that Gurgen had finished the bottle. “Hey, can I get some?”
She pointed to her shoulder with the bandage on, wanting to see what would happen.
Gurgen wasn’t so happy with that though, hugging his barrel. “Gurgen already save half meat. You not dying.”
To be sure that nobody would get hurt, Lehtern came in between everyone, putting a hand on his shoulder. “Easy there. If you give them it I’ll make sure that you get more later.
This proposition made Gurgen hesitate, looking at his barrel and then Zoala. After just a bit, he would put down the barrel, grumbling and giving Lehtern the bottle before walking off to sit at the edge of the road, grabbing out Idi to pet her, letting her bark.
Zoala was the first to drink from the bottle, making a face after tasting it. When taking off the bandage, she managed to move her arm again, the wound being fully closed. Emma snatched the bottle out of her hand, going to Lilly and kneeling down. She gave her the bottle, making her drink it as well. It didn’t take long for her too to feel the pain disappear in her leg, looking at it as the infection slowly disappeared. “Wow.”
The minotaur got up from inspecting Medi who stood up as well, finally able to stand again. Both looking at each other as Medi then looked at Emma and Lilly. “You… You’re not the same minotaur that hunted them right.”
He laughed, shaking his head, slapping him on his shoulder. “No… that baster is eating dust in hell.” After saying that, he would go to Gurgen.
Gurgen seeing him approach would put Idi away into his beard, standing up and getting ready for round two. The minotaur held out his hand instead, wanting to shake his hand to show respect. Gurgen on the other hand would just look at it as if he didn’t understand. Eventually he would just stick out his finger, looking up at the minotaur who was lost for words.
He just took the finger, shaking it before starting to laugh, shaking his head before going to the barrel. “This is some magical stuff right here. We need to bring this back to the king. The things we could do with this.”
Zoala was happy that everything seemed to be well. She didn’t see the reinforcements yet and knew they wouldn’t be here for a while. They themselves were underneath the bubble shield for a while before anyone had come to save them, hence Medi was so close to dying. “Okay, I want every centaur here except Medi and around… four more centaurs to go after the skeletons. The other four need to help transport everyone to the king.
Lucas and Lehtern had been talking while everyone was being healed. Both about the vodka and his problem. So when Zoala said this, Lehtern came forwards and stopped her. “Me and Lucas are going somewhere else, no need to weaken the group for us.”
Zoala gave him a short nod. “Scrap that, only two others need to stay behind!”
With that having said, almost every centaur expect the one from before and someone else stayed behind, both having their bows drawn just in case. Zoala turned to look at Lehtern as tried to be quiet about her next words. “You seem to know that Gurgen guy. Who is he? I never seen him before.”
Lehtern gave her a smile, looking at Gurgen who was looking upset at the barrel being taken away. “He… is The Armenian Beast.”
