[Fall – Sureal]
After traveling treacherous days, having Poni and Penny somehow successfully assist with maintaining control of Grovo the Agist they had recently captured, the team had arrived in Parso completely under the radar.
Establishing certainty he took every possible detour to their destination. Even bribing a few drifters along the way, they remained confident that a tail would be a tedious task. Drifters, shady swindlers, anyone who was previously avoided, brought help along this trip for the right price.
Jennings pushed Grovo's now tied up frame into the corner of the room where they entered in a haste. Grovo refused to show any emotion about the current situation, instead closing his eyes and humming to himself for comfort.
Jennings lazily threw him a chair to the floor beside where the shadow Agist stood.
“You ain't one for manners are ya' boy?” said Grovo.
Jennings stared back down at the now seated Grovo bounty hunter.
“I have a few techniques you might not like. See what I need from your oversized skin bag is information.”
The restrained man grunted to deflect the insinuation. His hands visibly grew darker with an unsuspecting aura. Jennings forced a chilled grip upon Grovo's wrists and uttered with purpose.
“You know, in the past ... I've scooped eyes from folks, scalped the good for nothins' and even beat a man to death with a rock I found on the side of the road. Inch by inch, up and down his body so he felt every single bone break from within. I can make pain a tick you can't fucking flick off...but-”
Jennings took an exceedingly-wide step back, showing a false sense of compassion.
The muffled words venting from Grovo's bared teeth as they widened only proved the power provided by Jennings statement. Lifting his right hand to pull the brim of his hat down his face, Jennings added.
“You usually find out within the first three minutes of interrogatin' whether or not you got a winner. I think I found my answer.”
Grovo’s heartbeat increased, sitting motionless, he could do nothing but stare and ponder.

[Fall – Sureal]
Isiah Bahr sat within a deluxe, desirable office located at his Sureal Trusty Bank firm, in the heart of the western-adorned town. The pompous businessman had a veteran reputation within this city and the neighboring one of Parso.
Two guards in proper attire lined each side of the bloated man partaking in a served egg and bacon breakfast. The more alert guard seated to the owner's left noticed the change in temperature from just beyond the room.
As he prepared to voice his concern, they all found their attention heading toward the now-falling ice particles being sprung into the air from near the entrance.
Charging through the door and into sight, Jennings held Grovo at the edge of his reach, within a radiant palm ready to strike the base of his skull with a shot of Agi.
The guards lifted their weapons and attempted to take aim at the intruding fugitive almost as if it was instinct, yet their subconscious wasn’t enough. Isiah quietly instructed the men to lower their guns.
With the wave of his grotesque forearms. A burst of laughter growled from the slob's open mouth as he shoveled in another spoon full of egg yolk, leaving a dripping stream of slime on the brink of his lower lip.
“My bastard son, what's the occasion?”
Jennings shrugs.
“If you're looking for your brother, he's off on a project I've given him. A bit of a job I would say. Who would’ve thought, Isaac in the family business of doing what I say.”
The tail end of his statement muffled behind further bites from his plate.
“I came to demand protection. Stop sending these rookie Agists on a death wish. I won't stop slaying them until they stop showing up and in my way.”
The statement from Jennings came with a calm tone. Once again, Isiah laughed at the setting.
“Look- I'm giving you a gold star for the balls it takes to break into my bank and even into my office while I'm eating a lovely breakfast, just to make a request I just can't help you with. Now you wanna' be the big negotiator like your father, and work a trade with your father? What makes you even think for one fucking second that I care about this shitface? Huh?!”
“This wasn't a trade.”
He finalized his tone before engulfing Grovo's head in a thick layer of ice and shattering it before his boss.
His now headless former structure slumped to the floor chest-over-knees as fresh blood stained the shards of ice that remained from the open neck wound. Isiah blinked at the sight he witnessed, attempting to understand, yet failing before slumping to his side and screaming in a fat flurry.
“There's the killer! There's the menace to our growing western society! You see Jennings, I can't stop these pretty killers, much like yourself, because I specifically funded the research for this Agi with your demise in mind. That’s right, I’m trying to get rid of ya’ fer’ good!”
Isiah ended his reckless banter abruptly while Jennings had already made it safely near the exit.
“Shoot him if you can, he's annoying me.”
As he looked down and returned his interest to finishing his meal. Bouncing back with nimble footing and dodging the initial stream of bullets, he rolled behind a bulking wooden sign sitting in the middle of the room, now only a hop away from his exit.
With fluid motion, Jennings lunged into the closest window and climbed atop of Poni who was parked just outside in the proper location for a speedy getaway.
As dust kicked up from the distant hooves, Isiah paid no mind to pursuing his son on this day, instead he devoured down the rest of his breakfast in a pissed-off mood, letting Jennings’ words lie dormant and echo loud.
