'Okay, I need a plan so first I should get myself a territory then build a reputation but first I need to decide on what kind of reputation I want after that my main focus should be on leveling up since I'm a Legendary Beast I should live up to that Title I also got the Title King of The Skies which Implies I must be the only Legendary Beast that can fly'

'After I get myself a territory I need a small army that can protect my land while I'm away, So what Races would suit that role... Goblins are too weak and stupid, Orcs are too untrustworthy and wouldn't be obedient, Elves act too high and mighty for such a role, my three choices are Humans they are decently smart and can adapt to situations quickly but they are greedy and spiteful creatures, Kobolds come in large numbers, which is then supported by their ability to evolve quickly with some decent evolutions. However, Kobolds are generally not smart, Therefore, I think my best choice is to find an Elder Lich and have him protect my Territory with an army of Undead'

'If I remember correctly there is an extinct volcano in The Barren Lands I should go there and see if it's big enough on the inside to make my home'

He changes his flight direction and heads towards the volcano in the distance but before he can get there he hears the sounds of a battle about 2 miles in front of him "Time to make my presence known"

He stops mid-air to see what's happening and it looks like there's a battle between humans and elves.

'Activate Thunderous Roar' he opens his mouth and lets out a roar that seems to shake everything within a thousand miles as he lands in front of the warring factions.

One of the elves who looks to be the leader by the way he is dressed walks forward "Great Dragon we did not mean to disturb you but these trespassers are on our land trying to steal our secrets"

A human knight steps forward "Liar! you sent an assassin into ou-"

"Silence! You dare raise your voice in my presence you insignificant bug I don't care for your petty squabbles so shut it before I fly to your pathetic city and lay waste to it!"

The knight quickly realizes his mistake before lowering his head and closing his mouth.

As Razakel looks around he sees everyone has learned their place lowering their heads.

'Activate Petrifying Gaze' "All of you go back to where you came from and tell your people The Barren Lands belong to Razakel The Last Dragon and King of The Skies"

With Petrifying Gaze activated both humans and elves fall to their knees some are begging for their lives, some are trying to crawl away, and some even shit themselves.

As they all get up and run for their lives Razakel raises his wings and launches himself into the air before flying towards the volcano.

When he gets there he flies up towards the top of the volcano as he looks down into it he notices there isn't anything inside of it so he drops down inside the volcano as he reaches the bottom of it he notices the ground is cold and confirms that it truly is extinct.

He opens his inventory and takes out the Territory Stone and places it on the ground as the stone disintegrates a system notification pops up.
