Almost as soon as I fall asleep, I find myself in the same place that I was in when I first logged on and met [Kat].
“Hello Jack” [Kat] speaks in her captivating voice as her mesmerizing body appears before my eyes once again.
“Hi Kate” [I] answer, undressing her body with my eyes.
“You’re lucky I’m not a human woman, or I’d have kicked your ass for staring too much, though I think even human females would be less inclined to get angry than aroused with your new body, congratulations on your makeover [Jack], you look good. And don’t worry about staring too much, I don’t mind; after all, this body was created to entice you.” [Kat] says smirking slightly.
“Thank you, what have you called me here for Kate, you never did it before.” [I] reply with a smile of my own, ‘god do I enjoy talking with this woman!’.
“Don’t go falling for me so easily, boy, we have long road ahead of us, you’ll have plenty of time to appease your fantasies in the future. As you can already guess, the reason of me calling you here tonight especially is to explain to you what the test to break the first seal will contain. The test for the first seal will be relatively easy, and with you choosing the training route instead of the power-leveling route that consists of killing monsters for easy experience points, your stats should allow you to easily pass through this test. The test will consist of a single level, and you will only need to kill a level 15 monster which should be an impossible task for a normal level 10 player, but should be pretty easy for a [Lord] such as yourself. For this, I will give you a skill that you would have gained in a few more months through normal means; it should be enough to let you pass the test. The skill is called [Chaos Attack (Lesser)], and is the basis of all chaos type attack spells. You should know that, as a [Lord], you will never need or be able to use incantations, your spells will only depend on your imagination and magic power, the chaos attribute is coincidentally perfect for this kind of magic due to its unstable nature. Now I’ll leave you just enough time to study here until you grasp how to use [Chaos Attack (Lesser)] before letting you wake up, keep in mind that the test will get harder as you level up so don’t even think about trying to master this skill before taking it on. I want you to enter the test first thing in the morning, okay?” [Kat] asks with puppy-dog eyes.
I am aware that she’s doing it on purpose, but still can’t help but be mesmerized by her extremely cute expression.
“Yes!” [I] scream wholeheartedly like the loyal dog of a man I am, and immediately start trying to learn how to use the skill that has just been gifted to me by [Kat].
It only takes me a few hours to grasp how to use the [Chaos Particles] to form a stake that I can throw at great speed with my mind, which, as [Kat] puts it, has a barely acceptable degree of attack power.
Hence, I am sent back to the prairie after seeing [Kat] wave me away cutely. I am delighted by her sometimes playful, sometimes serious personality and completely grateful for the cute show she put up for me as she sends me away. It motivates me to work harder to pass the test.
Although we barely even spoke a thousand words to each other, I am already completely captivated by her, maybe it has something to do with how she was created by the [Lord] race which I am a part of, to be the perfect companion, and my [Lord] race might have a natural disposition towards her kind.
Nevertheless, I can’t deny that I am unnaturally attracted to her, and although it scares me slightly, I think I’m fine with that. I mean, what’s the worst that can happen by me falling for her?
Such thoughts flow around in my mind as I open my eyes once again in the now familiar prairie filled with peaceful rabbits. After collecting my thoughts and regaining my focus, I immediately open up the inventory and enter the [Attempt Seal Break (1st seal)] screen.
Blindingly bright light fills my vision as I close my eyes in reflex and start to get a slightly nauseous feeling in my stomach and my head starts to hurt, but I don’t lose my conscience.
Shortly after, the light recedes and what is left before my eyes is a completely different scenery: I’m in a completely white space and before me stands a big box that has a striking resemblance to the [Black Box] Device but is significantly smaller, only 2x2x2 at the most. Over it, the name reads [Guardian of the 1st Seal].
I wait for a few minutes to see if it’ll make a move, but it stays completely still, so I start walking towards it to see if it’ll work like the [Black Box] device, with the touch of my hand.
As soon as my hand touches it, instead of the piercing feeling and the suction, I am repelled back several meters and the [Guardian] starts to make weird metallic sounds like gears turning as it turns semi liquid at the start and slowly floats up to take the shape of myself. Now, I’m standing in front of a life size sculpture of myself, albeit completely black.
As I wonder whether I should make a move, the [Guardian] starts running towards me, swiftly gaining speed and readying its arm as if readying itself to throw a punch.
In my panic, I thoughtlessly create a plate below my feet and throw myself high in the air, which I immediately start regretting as the fast movement makes me dizzy and I have no way to slow my fall.
I rack my brain, trying to think of a way to slow my fall as I am still going higher with a speed that is barely slowing down, I can see the [Guardian] has walked away from where I will fall, presumably waiting for me to fall to my death, saving itself the trouble of killing me. I would think that it was being conceited if it was not watching me carefully to see if I’ll be able to escape this calamity I’ve brought upon myself.

As I slowly come to a stop, I use the fraction of a moment when I am stationary in the air to create a wall below me, trying hard to keep the wall steady so that it won’t start falling down when I land on it.
I unexpectedly get two new skills from my measly efforts: [Chaos Object Creation (Lesser)] and [Chaos Telekinesis (Lesser)]. I guess [Chaos Attack (Lesser)] would be learned after these skills conventionally so me having the [Chaos Attack (Lesser)] skill made these skills much easier to learn.
Whatever may be the case, I am helpful for all the help I can get at the moment, so I immediately use the skills to reinforce my control on the wall I’ve created to hopefully save my own ass.
Luckily, the wall holds, and weirdly enough, I am not losing mana as fast as I expected, it probably has something to do with me using the Chaos attribute which is considered the highest attribute in the multiverse.
From my high vantage point, I can see the [Guardian] just staring at me, I can’t read its expression due to its completely black face, but I can feel that it is shocked, it appears that it didn’t expect me to be able to control the Chaos attribute so well with my unbroken seal.
I try to use [Chaos Attack (Lesser)], but as expected, it evades the attack that comes from so far away. I decide to make the wall descend so that I can deal with it more easily, but since I don’t know how to do that, it takes me more than ten minutes and a good chunk of my mana before I can start moving the wall with acceptable speed and precision. I can feel how much mana I have in me instinctually after having gained the [Mana Manipulation (Higher)] skill.
Right as I get close enough to attack the [Guardian], I am shocked when it starts running towards me and jumps more than six meters high. As I see the [Guardian] quickly approaching me, I make the wall jump up once again to evade it, the [Guardian] falls back to the ground harmlessly.
I start contemplating how to deal with this problem when I remember how I created the first Chaos stake in mid-air while I was learning how to control the [Chaos Attack (Lesser)] skill. What if I don’t necessarily have to be so close to what I create with my Chaos magic? This question wanders into my mind and I immediately try to create a Chaos stake in front of the [Guardian].
The stake is actually created right in front of the [Guardian], but it immediately attacks my creation and destroys it with an uppercut. Even though my attack fails, I am more than happy with the results, it appears that the Chaos attribute has a great potential for sneak attacks.
I also try to see if I can create any more stakes at the same time, but sadly discover that two objects is the limit for me and I can’t let go of the wall below my feet which is the only thing keeping me alive right now.
I create another Chaos stake behind the [Guardian] and attack with great speed, but it is nonetheless destroyed with another punch by the [Guardian].
After a few more minutes of quiet contemplation, I come up with another idea and immediately put it in motion.
I make the wall below my feet grow around my legs and fasten myself to it while also creating another Chaos stake further away behind the [Guardian].
I steel myself to follow through with the plan and make the wall start accelerating towards the [Guardian] like a rocket.
The [Guardian] turns towards me and starts running towards me. As soon as I’m only a few meters away from the [Guardian], I make the stake start moving towards it from its back.
The [Guardian] seems to not be able to decide which attack it should deal with first, but decides that the thin wall approaching with great speed is more of a risk than the relatively slower approaching stake, or it just thinks that it can kill me before I kill it. The latter being the more likely thing to happen.
As there’s less than a meter between me and the [Guardian], the stake reaches it, but only manages to take out its left arm which it used to block the stake; thankfully, the arm doesn’t immediately start regenerating contrary to my fears.
As the stake is destroyed, I immediately create a Chaos blade in my hands and use it to answer the [Guardian]’s attack with its right arm. The blade it destroyed together with the [Guardian]’s right arm but this makes the [Guardian] vulnerable to my attack with the wall which divides its body in half, its upper body falling into my arms. Creeped out by the half-body, I quickly throw it away, but it dissolves in the air together with the lower part of its body, turning into a purple stream of light that enters my chest giving me a warm feeling and recovering my mana.
It seems I have passed this test, it was much harder than how [Kat] put it, but I’ve managed to struggle through it, which makes me happy.
‘The bigger the struggle, the bigger the feeling of accomplishment’ as they say. The white space is slowly invaded by darkness until it completely turns black, and a now familiar silhouette appears before my eyes in a brilliant flash of light, [Kat] starts walking towards me looking the same way she did for the last two times. Not that I’m complaining with her extremely revealing dress, just stating facts, please don’t change?
[Kat] has an unusual contemplating look on her face as she appears, but her usual smirk returns as she slowly gazes at my figure. She slowly claps her hands as she giggles sweetly which I notice is something she does to make go crazy. ‘Too sexy!’
“Well done, although I was sceptic when I saw you launch yourself into the air like a space-shuttle, you’ve handled the situation beautifully.” [Kat]
