In a typically noisy classroom at lunch time, amidst the cliques and couples, a student with disheveled hair sat.
He had his head down resting on his crossed forearms, taking a nap. If you listen carefully, you might even hear his light snores.
If someone were to see this person, they wouldn't be that surprised. Other than him, there were a few other students who were also sleeping. What they don't expect is that this kid is actually starting his path as a hero!

I looked at my status screen with a complex expression. This is accurate, yes, but it still hurts! Haa~ Nevermind. No use crying over spilled beans. One the plus side, at least I can use magic sooo...
Anyway, where were we? Ah right, stats.
"Raise strength by 4, agility by 3, constitution by 3, and magic by 10." I said out loud. I check my stats and they all raised accordingly.
I still have 96 points, since raising a stat by 5 only costs 1, so I checked the shop if I could buy any useful abilities

Points: 96
Traits looked interesting but I first opened the skills tab and suddenly, a list of skills and their cost appeared before me.
Hmm~ if I'm going to get a magic build, then I'm gonna need some of the basic magic spells for now.
I ponder for a while about what might be important for a magic build before saying "Filter out everything except for the most basic meditation techniques, mana sensing skills, and mana manipulation techniques."
From the filtered list, I chose a meditation technique that costs 20 points, a mana sensing skill that costs 15, and a manipulation technique that costs 20. 41 points left to go.
I decide to open up the Traits tab to see what it's all about. It didn't take long before my jaw hung wide open.
I was astonished by what was being sold in the Traits tab. Race changes, body modifications, magic affinities, everything was so cool!! I was going to buy an affinity for Earth Magic, that is, until I saw the price.
100 points!! I need 100 points to buy a normal affinity?! This is a scam! A scam I tell ya!!
I calm myself and closed the Traits tab. I may not be able to afford it now, but sooner or later I will and nothing's gonna stop me!!
I bought a staff for 10 points and yelled "I'm ready!!"
Are you sure you want to proceed to the 1st Mission?
"Yes!!"
