Doctor Mannford fixed his glasses as he looked up to the camera "I am Hubert Mannford, I've been working for the Deus Corp for the past 80 years making way for the future of the human kind. I am here today my dear neo-sapiens to show you the fruits of our labor."

"Doctor before we start, do you have any comments on the attacks of the sapien terrorist? "

"well Tom, I'm not concerned about out dated lifeforms, when our kind were born they had all the power however we overcame and conquered, now that we hold power they won't be able to stand a chance before they are all exterminated."

Hubert's expression turned serious as he ignored Tom

"around 40 years ago we began our experimentations with new theories and around 1 year ago our experiments gave birth to Judith and Owen Maxwell who we believe are the beginning of a new generation.

one of the things that kept us back as a species was energy even though we have enhanced mental capabilities we are limited by the amount of the energy our body can absorb just like our homo-sapien ancestors."

Hubert paused as he drank some coffee from his cup

"you see my body absorbs some of the nutrients  of this cup of coffee however most of it is wasted because of the limits of my body, imagine if it was possible to absorb it all, our bodies would be bale to grow indefinitely.

It was 40 years ago that we found a mutation in one of our subjects that allowed for greater absorption of nutrients.

Owen and Judith are the 4th generation of testing."

Tom looked at Hubert and asked enthusiastically  "well doctor when will we be able to meet them?"

Hubert laughed and said "How about now?"

at that point a female researcher wearing a black lab coat entered the room holding the hands of a three year old girl and boy.

Hubert said "thank you Emily I'll take them from here"

"Judith dear why don't you introduce yourself?"

the one year old girl gave the camera a look that didn't match her age and said"I am Judith the first Homo Deus"
