Vervain. A town where it never stops raining.  In this town resides a girl named Roseanne Park who hates the rain and the town too. Rose starts her second semester of her high school life at Vervain High and things doesn't start off great for her. She finds a mysterious envelope on her doormat when she comes home from school. This envelope will lead a chain of events that will change her hometown, Vervain for her.
