As Alduin turned seventeen years of age he had grown even
fonder and more familiar with his new abilities. Regeneration,
evasion and telekinesis have become like second nature to him
and his excitement of his progress was prominent. He began
resembling a true Araqhaiit, an inexperienced one for sure but
still one of great potential. His lack of experience didn’t bother
him much as he knew that it will come in time. The daily routine
consisted of breakfast with Lysander, agility training, lunch
with Lysander, blood magic training, dinner with Lysander and
then reading about Vaermiraiit and Vaonical culture prior to
bedtime.
He was fascinated with the story of the ‘Creation of All’ and
found it very poetic. Apparently spiritual philosophers from
all around the solar system had been discussing the conflict
between Austomia and Vaonie and the question of who was in the wrong between the two. Another figure from the story that
had caught his attention was a certain Sarathiin named Hanali.
This Sarathiin was entrusted with the commandment of loyalty
which makes one ask themselves the question ‘How were they
able to choose a side in the war if the act of choosing a side by
itself demands the break of loyalty to the other?’. He was curious
about what was going on inside the head of this goddess during
the dilemma.
‘Do divines get punished for going against their own tenet?’
He wondered, ‘do divines get punished for going against the
tenet of another divine?’
So many important questions that demanded an answer but
no one to answer them. He was preparing himself for bedtime
but only after his daily telekinesis training of reorganizing the
entire book cabinet. Suddenly, he heard someone knocking on
the door.
‘Who is it?’ He asked.
‘Lord Lodus, you have been summoned to Lysander’s court
for a task! Please come at once,’ a voice said.
‘Fine, I’ll be right out,’ he sighed.
He got up and dressed quickly. It was Gozo who was instructed
to fetch him.
‘Hey, Gozo. Isn’t it a bit late for a meeting?’
‘Hello. It is but you also lack a choice in the matter. Follow
me please...’
‘Okay.’
Eventually they reached Lysander’s living quarters and graced
their lord with a bow.
‘I am sorry for calling you on such short notice this late at
night but the matter is quite urgent, Lodus,’ Lysander said.
‘What happened?’
‘Vaonie has sent a messenger to my castle. They issued your
first task as an Araqhaiit.’
‘What?! But I don’t feel ready!’
‘Unfortunately, this is not for you to decide.’
‘How do I get there?’
‘The demon gave me this ring and told me to hand it to you.
It said that it gives a person entry to Tyronah.’
‘How do I use it?’
‘You need to say ‘Los ant di Tyronah’.’
‘Doesn’t that mean that just any wizard can teleport there?’
‘The ring would guard you from getting evaporated by Ty-
ronah’s magic protection.’
‘Understood.’
‘Take the ring,’ he handed it to him, ‘I wish you luck. This will
be the last time we see each other as my duty as your supervisor
is done.’
‘I want to say goodbye to my teachers before I leave.’
‘As you wish.’
They both bowed in farewell. Alduin said goodbye to Gozo and
then rushed to say goodbye to Edward and Lul. She was of course
very excited to witness him leave but Edward seemed depressed.
Alduin was the only other mortal that he had met since he turned,
making their interaction remind him of his childhood. .
‘Take this,’ as a sign of respect he handed Alduin his earring.
It was a dangly earring with the symbol of Vaonie as a pendant,
‘I bid you farewell. Go wreak havoc and destroy the lives of those
who wish you harm. Be strong. Be brave.’
‘Thank you. Goodbye.’
Alduin wore the ring Lysander handed to him and let out the
chant.
‘Los ant di Tyronah!’
He was immediately teleported to Vaonie’s throne room and
reminded himself to kneel.
‘Welcome to your new home,’ Vaonie proclaimed.
‘Am I going to live here?’
‘Correct. Do you have any complaints?’
‘Not at all. I have just always been curious to see the outside
of this castle.’
‘You will soon enough but only after you fulfill a certain task.
Listen carefully as I will not repeat myself.’
‘Yes, my lord.’
‘Very well. As you know my son has been dead for quite a
while, and because of that my army hadn’t been strong enough
to exact my revenge on Austomia. Now I can finally unleash my
wrath on Heonmeyu. Your task is to join your kin and invade it.
Kill anyone and anything you come across except for the spirits
that reside there, they have nothing to do with this conflict. Is
that understood?’
‘Yes, my lord.’
‘Good. Now, it’s time for an introduction. Araqhaiits, as-
semble.’
‘Yes, my lord,’ faded figures chanted in unison.
They started walking towards Alduin and with each step their
appearance became clearer as they manifested a visible form.
In front of him stood five beings.
‘My name is Kans,’ the one on the left said.
He was wearing hooded dark-gray robes and had several arm
rings. He seemed to lack any physical weapon. He was tanned,
wore a fully grown mustache similar to that of the French and
his eyes glowed in reddish purple.
‘I am Fema,’ the one next to Kans said.
She was wearing silver knight armor and a marvelous looking
golden spear was attached to her back. She was a beautiful
brunette with a golden circlet on her forehead. She had a paul-
dron shaped like a mammoth’s head to which was attached an
olive-green cape.
‘My name... Is Ophiin.’
This one was rather odd because he was crouching instead of
standing tall like the rest of his kin. He wore nothing but black pants and black sandals. His hair was extremely long and was
pitch black. He glared at Alduin like he was analyzing his strength.
Breathing heavily like a beast. His eyes had the strongest red
tint in the group.
‘My name is Anor.’
He had short red hair and wore royal armor made of pure gold.
A crimson red cape was tied to two lion-shaped pauldrons on
his shoulders, alongside a longsword that was attached to his
hip. He also appeared to be analyzing Alduin. Unlike his kin he
bowed to Alduin as a way to show respect for his new brother.
His eyes had the weakest red tint in the bunch.
‘My name is Pholexu.’
The last figure was also strange. She was very thin and short
unlike her muscular siblings. She wore leather clothes that re-
sembled clothing of peasants in Euphata. Her white hair was
covered with a black hat. Alduin could not identify any weapon
in her possession.
‘Now that introductions are over you should head out. Lo-
dus, Do not dare to fail me,’ Vaonie said firmly.
‘Yes, lord.’
‘You remember your vow, right?’
‘Yes.’
Kans started chanting with his fingers, making his arm rings
glow in green. A portal had been opened.
‘Don’t you have to chant in Omnitongue in order to use
magic?’ Alduin asked in confusion.
‘You are not in Vanthea anymore, Vanthealing. This is how
gods use magic,’ Kans answered and seemed disappointed in
him.
The portal was large enough to take all of them at once. They en-
tered. Instantly the entire atmosphere changed. Alduin arrived
to Heonmeyu and was struck by its astonishing beauty. The
land was full of snow-white grass and blue trees. The rivers and lakes were colored like light-blue crystals. The sky had a white
tint to it. There were neither a sun nor clouds in the sky.
‘What are those?’ Alduin asked Kans while pointing at fig-
ures (not shoes) flying in the distance.
‘Those are Tyrewhiins. They are celestial beings that act as
Austomia’s army. There are a lot of them here so we’ll have to be
prepared for a fight. They do not go down easily.’
Kans was right. There were so many of them that he couldn’t
count them even if he tried. Alduin sighed.
‘I only have experience with fighting mortals. Are you sure
I’m ready to fight celestials?’ He asked.
‘First of all, you have us to aid you. Second of all, we have not
been sent here for nothing. Doubting yourself is a direct insult to
our lord’s wisdom and as such it is blasphemy. I recommend you
to not head down that path, it would only lead to your demise,’
Anor responded angrily.
‘Okay.’
‘Mhm.’
Fema cracked her knuckles and summoned her mount. They
all did. Each one of them had an entirely different beast to ride.
Fema summoned a silver and brown colored griffin-like creature,
Anor summoned a giant black lion with cream colored fur, Kans
summoned a winged white and blue panda bear, Pholexu sum-
moned a dark brown horse and Ophiin summoned a gigantic
dark-purple serpent with void-black eyes. They were all staring
down at him, waiting for him to summon his own mount so
they could depart. Unfortunately, he hadn’t perfected his mount
yet and deemed his last mount unworthy. He cared about the
Araqhaiits’ opinions of him.
‘Come on, we should make haste, Lodus,’ Fema said firmly.
‘I’m sorry... I don’t have a good idea for a mount yet.’
‘Then think of one. Fast,’ Kans replied.
‘Don’t be so hard on him, guys. He’s new...’ Pholexu said.
He sat down on the ground, thinking hard of an idea. A fox
was his favorite animal so that could be an option, maybe? He
wondered whether a fox mount would be fitting. He decided
to go with that. But, what kind of fox? How would it look?
What would be its size? Its characteristics? He needed details.
He recalled an old human myth about a demonic fox with nine
tails that he had always found marvelous. Next up was figuring
out details like colors and size. Having the need to impress his
comrades, he decided to go with the size of a mammoth. As
a young Elf he was always hypnotized by the beauty of the red
snow foxes who inhabited his region. Also, he recalled the name
of the clan of Vaermiraiits that had abducted him. He figured it
could be majestic to make his mount bleed in the color of silver.
His idea was finally ready and was waiting to be summoned.
‘How do you use magic without using verbal chants?’
‘Divines need to merely think the chants in Omnitongue for
them to activate. We don’t have to physically utter the words.’
‘Fascinating! I will try it!’
He tried his best to describe the fox in his head and then tried to
summon it, using Vaurcarya to spill a sufficient amount of his
blood. Nothing appeared for the first five tries but the sixth one
succeeded. Kind of. He got everything right apart from the size
which was that of a horse. In front of him stood a nine-tailed
fox with crimson-red glowing eyes, red fur on his back and head
and snow-white fur on its lower body. The beast also had the
mark of Vaonie on its forehead colored in black. He got on top
of it and addressed Kans.
‘This is what I thought of, what do you think? I tried to make
it a lot bigger but it didn’t work. Do you have any idea why?’
‘Maybe you can’t control the flow of conjuration magic well
enough. Practice will probably improve your performance. We
need to go now so enough chatter, follow us.’
‘Evisi’
‘Well done, Lodus! Very fancy ride!’ Pholexu shouted.
‘Evisi!’ He smiled.
‘What do you call it?’
‘Acaroth’
‘Hmm... Interesting name... Against whom?’
‘It’s personal,’ He said and frowned for a second.
‘Mhmm... Okay.’
The group began riding towards the cloud of Tyrewhiins with
Alduin following them from behind, trying to learn as much as
he possibly could. Fema decided that Kans and her would bring
the angels down from the air so the rest would obliterate them
on the ground. They immediately set off. Fema used her spear
to cut down the angels’ wings swiftly and Kans used magical
projectiles that obliterated their wings entirely. The Tyrewhiins
refused to go down without a fight, ganging up on them using
their celestial weapons and magic. This battle ended with the
price of Fema’s left hand and both of Kans’s legs. Fortunately,
their limbs would regenerate soon enough due to their regen-
erative ability. Much to his surprise however, theirs was slower
than his.
When all of the angels finally hit the ground Kans and Fema
levitated down to aid their siblings in battle. Their task was to
defeat them all before the Sarathiins would notice what was
going on. Anor welcomed the falling angels with a mighty war-
rior’s roar and marched on his lion towards them. Ophiin used
his serpent to devour as many angels as it could while shooting
arrows at them, cornering them into its mouth. Pholexu got off
of her horse and bowed to her opponents. She loved fighting
barehanded. Bizarre but practical as she had godlike strength.
She began rampaging through the angels, knocking them down
with just a few punches. Her technique was similar to that of the
professional martial arts fighters Alduin’s uncle had told him
about.
He decided to get off his mount and levitate above the ground
using blood magic. He had finally found a unique fighting style
for himself. Using levitation to dodge attacks and maneuver
around the battlefield while also using Vaurcarya with and with-
out telekinesis to slash down enemies. Those who would be too
far away would be slain by his ultimate blood magic. His Elvish
and Araqhaiit reflexes allowed him to produce this style with
utter harmony. A combination of telekinesis with sword art,
blood spikes and life drains. He had become a mighty fighter.
‘There will be many more of them as we go further in. Be
prepared, Lodus,’ Anor said.
‘Yes, but in the next fight the Sarathiins would probably join
in as well. They are much more dangerous than these underlings.
Be wary,’ Fema added.
‘Okay.’
—
‘The children seem to be enjoying their gift, Vaonie. We had such
a great idea!’
‘We?’
The silence was very loud.
‘I am joking of course. Did you invent any new things in
Vanthea?’ Vaonie said.
‘Ah, yes! I just created a thing called an ‘Insect’. I invented
some species called ‘Spiders’, ‘Ants’, ‘Flies’ and ‘Bees’. They all
have a very unique purpose!’
‘Which is?’
‘Just look and see! I am sure you’ll like it!’
‘Alright. By the way, do you have an answer about that thing
I asked you for?’
‘What thing? Oh. Adding natural disasters to Vanthea? Yes.
I didn’t like that idea. Mortals shouldn’t face dangers that are

beyond their ability to handle. So, my answer is no.’
Yet again the silence was very loud.
‘Don’t look at me like that... You should suggest things that
would actually progress humankind.’
‘What about something that would push their desire to
study about their bodies? Like tiny beings that make them die if
not taken care of. I called those ‘Diseases’.’
‘Why must you suggest solely destructive additions?’
‘What is the point of judging someone who has a perfect
life? Of course they would follow our laws if all was good in their
lives...’
‘The answer is no.’
‘But!’
‘No buts. It is final. I highly disagree with your perspective.
I don’t think torturing them is necessary to ascertain their true
self. I disagree that a good human is only good because his life
is good!’
‘You are naive! What reason does a human have to complain
if they have no hardships? What reason does a human have to
sin if they already have everything they need and desire?! It is
foolish. It is delusional!’
‘I have made my decision.’
Imagine a visual representation of ‘...’ appeared. Vaonie grew
mad at Austomia for disrespecting their opinion. Vanthea was
theirs just as much as it was Austomia’s. As a parent Vaonie
had an equal say regarding their children. Regarding the gift
they had both decided to grant them. In their anger Vaonie
had started their own rogue work, in secret. At first they were
scared of Austomia finding out but eventually grew out of it.
The first things they created were the "Tornado" on land and
the "Tsunami" on seas. Both very deadly to mortals. They made
those appear randomly throughout Vanthea. Afterwards, they
enlarged the arsenal of predators and added bears, carnivorous
white mammoths, magical green koalas, snakes, deadlier spi-
ders and Vaonie’s own personal favorite – ‘The Flying Cockroach’.
Such mighty creature shall leave any foe who would dare stand
against it in utter fright and disgust.
Vaonie had also added malaria, diabetes, sexually transmit-
ted diseases, herpes, cancer and many many more. One of their
favorite activities was unleashing yet another plague through a
simple activity like eating a camel or a cute bat. At first Austomia
did not notice this activity somehow. Eventually when the death
rate of humans reached never-before-seen heights they started
investigating. Initially they interrogated the children, thinking
maybe they had begun abusing their powers and headed down
the path of an evil god. This proved to be incorrect. Shortly after
they checked the average personality of a human on Vanthea to
see if humans had simply turned evil... Again, incorrect.
After a thorough investigation they had finally come to the
realization that Vaonie had a hobby of making the humans’ lives
harder. This happened entirely by mistake. While investigating
the mentality of an especially twisted male human, the man
was suddenly struck dead by a group of gigantic bee-vulture
hybrids with venom that could kill an elephant in mere seconds.
This realization had enraged Austomia. They could not believe
that their life-long companion had betrayed them this way and
decided to confront the traitor. They caught Vaonie in the act of
inventing a new disease. One that made humans’ bodies remain
in the initial phase of a baby until their last day in the average
age of nineteen.
‘Oh! Austomia... Hello.’
‘I... I don’t know how to deal with this situation, Vaonie...’
Vaonie had manifested a physical body and sat on an enormous
black throne.
‘Deal with what situation? Me having a backbone?’
‘With you destroying what we built!’
‘We? How is it a we? You did everything and didn’t let me
intervene at all!’
‘Because you practically refused to give good ideas!’
‘Who are you to decide what’s a good idea and what isn’t?!’
Austomia went silent.
‘Exactly.’
They were staring at each other, both very eager to win the argu-
ment.
‘I-I... I am sorry for betraying you but I stand by my deci-
sions. I do not regret creating everything. They serve as my own
touch to Vanthea.’
‘I simply cannot let them exist, Vaonie...’
‘Why not?’
‘Because mortals are not supposed to be dealing with dan-
gers that are beyond their capabilities to handle! Because it
would simply break them. It would turn the good humans into
bad humans due to their frustration from life and the divines!
Because your inventions will lead to needless deaths and poten-
tial wars between mortals. I refuse to accept your ways!’
‘Fight me for it then.’
‘What did you just say?’
‘You heard me. Fight me for it. The winner’s decision will
be the official one.’
‘I don’t want to fight you...’
‘Does it look like I care, Austomia?’
They both went silent and stared at each other.
‘Right now?’ Austomia asked.
‘Mhmm...’
‘I-I... Alright.’
Vaonie got off their throne and summoned their battle armor.
The armor the divines were using was mainly for protection
against magic, not physical attacks, in case you were wonder-
ing... Austomia was already in their battle suit because of no
apparent reason. Their weapon of choice was a staff, possessing
the ability to manifest and control the only material that had
existed in Heonmeyu in the beginning – ‘Talismirit’. When
controlled its color would change according to the wielder’s po-
sition on a concept called "The Cosmic Purity Scale". Austomia’s
Talismirit was blue and Vaonie’s was red. Just before Austomia launched onto Vaonie for a strike Vaonie opened their mouth,
making Austomia stop in mid-swing. Vaonie was left utterly
unfazed.
‘We shouldn’t fight here,’ Vaonie said.
‘Where should we fight then?’
‘Remember you created another dimension that remains to
be unnamed?’
‘Yes.’
‘Let’s go there. Also... I hereby call it ‘Olana’. The realm of
justice.’
‘Agreed.’
They teleported to Olana instantly. It was complete chaos. There
was neither light nor darkness. Neither sound nor silence. Noth-
ing had been invented yet so it was simply nothing yet also ev-
erything at the same time. A 42 joke if you will. Austomia and
Vaonie decided to invent a few things it like sound, light and
other concepts so the fight would at least be more entertaining.
They had also added a few floating surfaces for them to fight on
should they wish to battle on the ground.
‘Are you ready, Austomia?’
‘Yes.’
Austomia began levitating and took out their staff once again.
Blue Talismirit began floating all around it. They suddenly
began shooting the Talismirit towards Vaonie. Each piece was
transformed into something else. One shard turned into a rock,
another into a ball of fire, another into ice, another into a ray
of light and some into pure spirits that tried to bite off Vaonie’s
body. In response Vaonie summoned their own crimson-red
Talismirit and made it form a shield around them. Any projectile
that hit it immediately faded away into nothingness.
Then Vaonie went on the offensive and shot Talismirit at
Austomia, hoping to make them fade away as well. This proved
to be unsuccessful though as Austomia had known this would happen and teleported themselves to a nearby surface. The bat-
tle raged on for many long years. Some say it took thousands,
some say it took millions. The grasp of time outside of Vanthea
was different than that outside of it. Just when it seemed like
Austomia’s Talismirit succeeded in killing Vaonie, Vaonie made
the attacks evaporate. And just when it seemed like Vanie was
about to send Austomia into the void, they evaded the attack.
Maybe the two forces were equal in power? Maybe that was why
they were both created in Heonmeyu instead of just one?
‘Hanali, have you any idea where our parents are?’
‘No. Why?’
‘I haven’t heard from them in a long while and Austomia
assigned me a task they had wished to hear an update about.’
‘Ask Kyyn. Maybe he knows...’
‘Alright.’
After hearing that Kyyn had also known nothing of their parents’
whereabouts Lodus decided to call a family meeting. They all
gathered in Heona’s main throne room.
‘As you know our parents are missing. Now, I am aware that
both of them are the most powerful beings in existence. I don’t
fear for their safety against an outsider. I fear for their safety
against each other. Both are very ambitious. Maybe even too
much. Also, maybe there are other gods? Someone who created
them in the first place?’
‘I fear we can’t really know the answer to that last question,
Lodus,’ Kans said.
‘Understandable. Has any of you noticed any change in
auras lately? Maybe noticed them going somewhere?’
‘Why are you acting like you’re our parents’ parents? They
made us. You shouldn’t be the one to be worried...’ Pholexu said.
‘Parents took care of us. Tutored us. Gifted us many things.
It is the honorable thing to do to try and return the favor in case
they really are in danger.’
‘I agree with Lodus,’ Fema said.
‘Now when I think about it... I did feel a change some time
ago... I believe they disappeared into the nameless realm. Re-
member they told us about it?’ Ayurë said.
‘We better investigate that lead then!’ Anor said.
Kans summoned a portal and the twelve deities went inside
immediately. Instantly they were struck in awe to the sight of
their parents fighting each other using everything they had to
offer.
‘What the fuck are they doing?!’ Pholexu said.
‘This is bad... This is bad...’ Hanali began panicking.
‘Why are you shivering, Hanali? All we need to do is to make
them cease fighting. It will be easy.’
‘Because... Because conflicts, by nature, have sides to them.
If we find ourselves unable to stop the fight then we must even-
tually pick a side. Picking a side means betraying the other. I
will be forced into breaking my own commandment...’
‘Oh. THAT IS BAD. How do you reckon your body would
react to that? What are even the rules regarding that? They never
told us!’ Jaone joined her panic.
‘Calm down. We will get through this, don’t worry. You are
our eldest sister. You will be fine,’ Fema tried to cheer them up.
Eventually they gathered up bravery and flew up to stop the
fighting. This proved futile as the parents refused to listen. Each
one was shouting their own point of view.
‘AUSTOMIA NEGLECTED ME! PUSHED ME ASIDE! I AM
THEIR EQUAL YET I WAS PUT INTO A POSITION OF INFERI-
ORITY. THEY DESERVE TO BE PUT DOWN!’
‘VAONIE BROKE MY TRUST AND WENT UNDER ME. THEY
DECIDED TO BETRAY US ALL AND KILL MILLIONS OF MOR-
TALS SIMPLY FOR THEIR TWISTED IDEOLOGY!’
The children were very confused, unable to make the battle end.
Their parents’ power was way beyond their own and they were
forced into taking a side. Just like Hanali had inferred... Or
rather, feared. Eventually eleven of them had chosen a side.
Jaone, Astrugiel, Ayurë, Gonuiel, Kyyn, Kans and Fema took the
side of Austomia. Lodus, Pholexu, Ophiin, Anor picked the side
of Vaonie.
Hanali found it incredibly difficult to choose. Witnessing
the fear in her eyes made Fema reconsider her decision. The
numbers were greatly in favor of Austomia which had put the
others into a great disadvantage. In fear of the outcome of for-
saking one’s own tenet Fema decided to switch to the side of
Vaonie. Kans who had also begun fearing said outcome felt
a great need in his heart to switch sides. Out of empathy for
Vaonie’s dire situation.
It was six for Vaonie and five for Austomia. Hanali was the
only one who hadn’t picked a side yet. Witnessing her siblings’
resolve in the matter, her senses had come back and the required
character traits of an eldest sister kicked in. She must protect
as many siblings as possible. She picked the side of Austomia.
Despite being an even fight it had a tragic side to it. She would
be forced into fighting Lodus, her favorite brother.
The battle was incredible. Each deity discovered their own
Talismirit ability, with the price of hurting their kin. None
of them enjoyed it, especially Hanali whose heart was broken.
Fema found out her Talismirit could cancel out another divine’s
Talismirit for a fixed period of time. Lodus found out his Talis-
mirit was almost identical to that of Vaonie. The same realiza-
tion was made by Kyyn regarding Austomia.
Hanali discovered her Talismirit’s ability (which was a strong
bluish purple) was copying the Talismirit ability of another for
a fixed period of time. Lodus unleashed his talismirt towards
Austomia from all directions, hoping for an end to the fight.
Witnessing this Hanali copied Fema’s ability and launched it
at Lodus. Tragically, instead of neutralizing him it made him
disappear into thin air.
It had not been known yet that mental focus was incredibly important when using Talismirit. While trying to copy Fema’s
ability she had accidentally copied Lodus’s, thus making him
fade away. Never to be seen again. She started sobbing. Her fa-
vorite brother was practically dead now. She had never intended
for this to happen. She cried her guts out, kicked and screamed.
She teleported in front of Vaonie with an angry face.
‘THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT! You made him die! It is all your
fault!!!’
Austomia and the remaining children stopped in place.
‘What happened?’
‘Lodus. He... He is dead!’
‘WHAT???’
Lodus was Vaonie’s favorite child. He inherited their Talismirit
ability after all. This broke their heart and enraged them greatly.
‘AUSTOMIA! WE MUST STOP THIS!’
Austomia teleported in front of them.
‘Listen, Vaonie... I grieve our son’s loss as much as you do,
even if I don’t show it... However, this matter aside, you are now
at a great disadvantage... I offer you this accord. I will banish
you and the ones who stand by your side to Tyronah. They will
be your underlings. I grant you control over that realm. This
way no more death will occur. Agreed?’
‘I-I don’t think I have another choice... Fine...’
Vaonie was exiled into Tyronah alongside the five children who
had supported them.
—
They went back on their mounts and began riding further into
Heonmeyu’s royal grounds. He used ice magic to clean his
sword from the blue blood of the angels.
‘If Austomia is that strong why don’t they just kill us and rid
themselves of this invasion?’ Alduin asked in confusion.
‘Austomia doesn’t like killing their own family. That is why
they banished Vaonie rather than killing them,’ Anor replied.
Alduin was quite afraid of the upcoming fight with the Sarathi-
ins. The fact that he was unable to die didn’t necessarily mean
that he cannot be defeated. Plus, being sealed away was much
more painful and pathetic than dying. Such was the way of a
warrior.
