Chapter 1: Crime Scene

News is being heard from the television

"Good Evening Ladies and Gentlemen! I am your news reporter, Matthew James, and I am here to deliver the latest and most intense news as of today."

"As of 5 o'clock in the afternoon, a resident is found dead inside a trash bag, with several scars in his body, it is truly a horrifying death. The witnesses clarified that the cause of his death, is being eaten alive by a so-called cannibal roaming around in our neighborhood."

The television turns off

"Gosh, these bloodthirsty killers are getting out of hand."

"I know right babe? So disgusting..."

Vincent and Clementine spoke with each other as both of them looked terrified filled with disgust.

In the middle of the night, Clementine is hit with this sudden curiosity about what happened in the scene. So, she packed hee things and rushed straight to the direction where the body is last seen. 12 o'clock hit as she reached her destination.

Clementine opens her flashlight as she starts to find the trash bag where the body is in the backyard. But, a sudden growl is heard from a distance.

"Who's there?!"

The tale has been taken without authorization; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.

Clementine widens her eyes, turns to the direction where the growl is, and searched.

Nothing is seen, only the bright moon and the dark vibe the atmosphere gave, is visible.

She continued to search and finally found the trash bag. With blood covered around it and the disgusting smell it gave, she still tries her best to get closer. As she is finally about to open the trash bag, the growl is heard once again. She became frustrated as if someone is just trolling and pranking her. With rage, she turned her back to the trash bag and looked for the growl first.

She entered the abandoned house, rusty, smelly, and dark. It is a large house that can at least contain 3 average families inside at the same time.

"Hello?"

Her voice echoed throughout the inside of the house. But, no one answered. She made her way to the kitchen, because it is the closest part of the house from the exit.

Rusty fridge, dirty sink, messed up floor tiles and expired food is seen. Clementine covers her nose and enters. It is a dirty place indeed.

After a few moments of searching, a hand suddenly touched Clementine's shoulder. She hurriedly looked back, but no one is there. She is completely freaked out, and is going paranoid. She exited the kitchen and rushed upstairs, entered the bedroom, and hid.

Hours of waiting, she heard several footsteps coming downstairs. Sweating, and afraid, she barely couldn't move.

The footsteps finally disappeared, and she went outside and rushed downstairs, and exited the house.

She removes her sweats and breathes deeply, calming herself. For once, she has not felt this feeling of being afraid, nervous, and scared. This is a different feeling she felt once in her life.

After a few moments, she finally made her way back to the backyard. However, the trash bag wasn't there. She looked everywhere, but couldn't find it. A voice is once again heard. She followed the voice, and finds the trash bag, sitting on a gravestone.

The gravestone wasn't clear, so she couldn't read it. She hurries to open the bag, but a shocking sight hit her. The body...wasn't there...
