It was impossible to travel directly to Earth. The mere presence of the physical body of the Lord of the Seventh Hell and even the slightest trace of his mana would cause the dimension in which Earth existed to collapse. However, as Earth was connected to the 3000th dimension, the way to reach it would be through the 3000th dimension.
"But even traveling from the Seventh Hell to the 3000th dimension would not be easy," I said.
"The burden of that task should fall on the Lord of the Seventh Hell himself. Most of his power will be lost, and his power will weaken even further in the lower dimensions," replied my companion.
"Is that so? Then would you like to go with me to Caspiel?" I asked.
"Sure, why not?" my companion replied.
The Seventh Hell was the highest of thousands of dimensions. There was no higher dimension than the Seventh Hell. The 47th dimension was ranked second in the hierarchy.
The many kings of the higher and lower dimensions lived in grand palaces that befitted their reputation. The Seventh Hell was dominated by a massive palace of the Lord of the Seventh Hell that was so huge that its height and breadth could not be determined. The palace was built entirely of black bristot, a legendary mineral that could only be extracted by mining tens of thousands of tons of dark ocher, the highest grade of obsidian.
However, the Lord of the Seventh Hell lived in a desolate, ashy wasteland with nothing in sight except for a single unremarkable rock. Upon closer inspection, the rock was nothing more than a pile of ordinary stones. In that barren place, where there was nothing but a rocky plain, a dark, pure black smoke coalesced into a human form. The shadow of the dark smoke in the form of a human figure began to grow bigger and bigger, covering everything in the sky and on the ground with an incomprehensible darkness that dominated everything in that space.
Then, the body of the dark smoke in the form of a human sat on the rock, chewing on a strange weed, and in front of it, space trembled, and a black vortex appeared.
"Are you still eating that weed?" I asked.
"Is that you, Caspiel? Haha, that was the only food I could find when I fell into the Seventh Hell's garbage disposal. Thanks to that, I could delay the collapse of my body. I can't forget the taste," the Lord of the Seventh Hell replied.

"Isn't that event over four million years ago? You seem to be very sentimental," I said.
"In the old days, I used to forget everything, good or bad, in just a moment. Wasn't that called forgetfulness? But as my level increased, there came a point where that forgetfulness disappeared. Not only that, now I can know everything about the thoughts, experiences, and emotions of all beings in the Seventh Hell without even trying. I can know the information of countless creatures without even opening my eyes. I should be insane by now, but it seems natural. Caspiel, as the original owner of the Seventh Hell and the oldest being, tell me what should I do now? And why didn't they destroy me in the past? Or do they still have the power to destroy me?" he asked.
With a hearty laugh, the voice proclaimed,
"My lord, I have already pledged my allegiance to you. Until the day the 7th realm perishes, you shall be the ruler of the underworld. For the great and endless void of time, destruction is a blessing to the demon lords of the 7th realm. The lesser demon lords play their games of conquest and domination, even annihilating other dimensions over the course of many eons. But beyond those countless ages, rage, greed, and madness prevail, leaving only an immortal husk and emptiness for the demon lords to dwell in. It seems that even my lord has caught a whiff of that emptiness."
"So that's why. The countless demon lords of the 7th realm who faced me in battle for countless millennia, never once were they able to vanquish me. In fact, many of the highest demon lords gave their power to me and willingly perished at my hands."
"Hahaha, do you remember Eurasiel, the 17th ranked demon lord of the 7th realm?"
"Of course, she was one of the longest and most challenging to defeat. I still possess her spear."
"I remember her as a beautiful child. But one day, she came to me in great excitement, the likes of which I had never seen before. She told me about a pitiful human who, during the cataclysmic upheaval of the 3000th dimension, fell into the 7th realm through a tear in the fabric of reality. He was discovered by the trash collectors, who considered him to be even more insignificant than the bugs and decided to spare his life by tossing him into the garbage dump. His body was already starting to decompose, his eyes falling out and organs spilling out of his body like tentacles, destined to dissolve into nothingness."
"Interesting, so Eurasiel already knew about me at that time."
"Indeed, but this seemingly insignificant human surprised everyone by surviving for a hundred years by scavenging and eating garbage. Impressed by his resilience, Eurasiel captured a low-ranking demon and cut off its limbs, then sealed a message in its heart for the human to find. The message read: 'Take my heart and seek revenge on the demon lords.' She then threw the demon into the garbage dump along with the human."
"So, that means the low-ranking demon who gave me the power to absorb the darkness of my enemies was the one sent by Eurasiel."
The voice chuckled, "You catch on quickly, my lord. Indeed, Eurasiel's gift allowed you to gain strength from your enemies' darkness, making you even more formidable."
