Chapter 1

On The News Today...

"As of today the world has been said to be doomed after newly found website called Stream A Death, as of now people are trying to take down the website, even so its not lead to much as of now" A news reporter said

In the past this website was probably thought up as a small joke made from just highschool kids, even so nobody would think It'll turn up this big, nobody knew someone was willing to have a straight row to a death sentence just for a bit of money. This was a stupid way of thinking and on this current day many people will agree, I mean after all multiple people commit crimes for the sake of money as well as some find it in them to make others people's lives misery since their lives were misery, these people's also tend to lean more to the suicidal type and are ready to go down while fucking up everyone else around them. Atleast that's what I Malliyo Polis think about when it comes to this current state of affairs

I am what I'd consider a normal kid I know a bit about society and their way of thinking, I also knew that this app would end up becoming a big thing thanks to the way us humans work, I'm currently 17 years of age and I am still to lack the common knowledge of what it feels like to be an adult, but today is when it changes, today is the day I get my first job at a local restore my uncle used to work on... or atleast that's what I thought

"I'm sorry, but we're not really looking for anyone at the moment" luckily for me, I had a back up

"Yeah... listen man we'd love to work with a little guy like you, but y'know right now we have great chemistry and well you'd kinda ruin it for us" He wasn't even the manager and he still rejected me, I could have just contacted the manager and actually ask them for a job, but the look on the guys eyes told me that I wouldn't enjoy my time, plus It would seem like that job is mainly full of his friends hence why they have a good chemistry

"God these people can be really annoying huh" I was on my way back when all I could think about how I couldn't even land a single job

So much for testing the waters as an adult, I better get home as it's getting dark and I have classes tomorrow

On my way back I happen to notice a fight was going on It seemed to be two people ganging up on some man, now I have no reason to step in and save this man, as a matter of fact I bet this is just another murderous scumb bag that is recording this guy's death for money, in which I shouldn't get anywhere near this as it could ultimately cause my own death

This world is a cruel world I personally won't say I'm a cruel person I'd say I'm just someone that isn't looking to risking their lives for the so called sake of 'Justice' as long at it doesn't get in my way then there is no reason for me to get involved with it.

Next day...

Just like that the next day came along and it was the beginning of the weekdays meaning more useless days of going to school.

I stood up, put my uniform and didn't even bother to comb down my bed hair, as I'd just be a waste of time I was walking over to the living room when my mom seemed to have the news up in which it told us about an update the update was being displayed on screen, It showed the certain rules of the website and how it functions

* Rule 1- money shall be given to people who successfully upload a stream at the end of the week(money given would depend on the amount of views)*

* Rule 2- If failed to upload a weekly stream It will ultimately result in death of the owner and people working with the owner*

* Rule 3- Fights against other streamers are allowed and if successful killing a streamer It will result in a bonus of 1 million of you're currency*

* Rule 4- All deaths must be streamed if not streamed then It will result in death*

* Rule 5- Last but not least have Fun :)*

Judging by the rules I'd seem like once you join in the fun then you can't leave unless you're ready to give you're life away. An interesting approach by them, one that would catch even more people into their little trap

On my way to school I happened to bump into one of my old school friends

"Oh hey Malliyo long time no see huh" his name was George he'd be the type to have multiple friends yet still hanged out with someone like me he has black hair and is about average hight for a boy although today he didn't seem to get much sleep as he tried to hide his bags with some makeup that he probably got from his sister

"Yeah it's only been two days" I on the other hand was a loner, I only had George and Lia by my side and I believe having two other people is the perfect amount any more and it'll be a waste of you're time as they begin to nagg you about every little thing that's bothering them

"Oh come on, can't you atleast crack a smile or something?" He pouted, something that doesn't really fit him yet he still does it at a regular bases

"I do smile, just not when I'm hanging out with you" I reply with something rather cold

As we make are way to school is when George starts separating away from me as he makes moves to talk to other people that he considers friends, the guy to his right is the type to hit on him but not because he's gay but mainly because he gets a kick of getting George flustered, I bet George is the closest that guy can get to when it comes to hitting on girls

I look at George, George is what some people would call a femboy, though to give him the benefit of the doubt I'm pretty sure he himself doesn't do it on purpose, if it was his school persona then It'll be a wierd one to have

"Oh hey Malliyo!" Coming from my left is Lia Mount, she seemed to have just gotten here in a rush thanks to her bed hairs sticking up on her beautiful blond hair

"Hey Lia, waking up late?" I asked her in order to check out if my prediction was right

"Ugh yes, my alarm didn't go off and you for some reason didn't decide to check if I was awake" Lia seemed rather annoyed something I understand as I myself promised to stop by at her house in the morning

"I was late myself" I said that as I pointed to my bed hair

"Liar! You always have you're hair like that, for some reason you never bother to get ready" Lia somewhat pouted, something I found pretty cute

"Lia how about instead of arguing about getting ready we begin to make our way to class as it is getting pretty late" I begin walking in which Lia doesn't follow, she instead stays still and rubs her arm she was also getting a bit red from the tip of her ear

"Uhm Malliyo" Her voice was different it was quite obvious what was about to happen, even so I don't think I'm emotionally prepared for what she's going to say

"Lia tell me later, right now we should get to class" I rushed Lia as a way to avoid are situation, I like Lia but I don't think I can handle the responsibility of being a good boyfriend

We both make are way to the same class as I sit on the front right hand side of the classroom and Lia sits on the one right behind me

"Hey Malliyo what's you're thoughts on the website thats going around?" Lia asked

"Well personally I don't really care about it" as of now its been something that hasn't bothered me, although I'd be lying if I said that I don't get worried about what could possibly happen to my mom while im at school

"I see" Lia seemed rather uninterested on my opinion on the matter

"What's you're thoughts?" I decided to pass the ball back and make her answer the same question she gave me

"Well, I think it's scary and I want to walk from home to school and vise versa with you from now on" seemed like a normal request since we've been doing it a lot in the past just not every day

"That's a deal" I agreed to the terms

The class had finished and it was lunch break in which for some reason Lia decided to blind fold me

"Uhm okay what are you doing?" I was rather confused at what Lia was doing

"Well I want to see how well you can navigate with a blindfold" She said

"And why is that?" I questioned her reason

"Well I saw a video on the news where apparently they cut someone's eyes out and slowly begin to chase them while the person panicks and tried to escape without seeing a thing" She explained

"And why would I be in such situation?" I asked her

"How about you stop asking questions and just do it" She didn't answer my question and instead began to walk to the doorway

I began making my way to the doorway in which I successfully got there without hitting a thing

"Okay so where are we going?" I asked

"Oh we are going to the rooftop" She answered

I only visited the rooftop once and that was because my special spot in the lunch room was taken

"Got it" I answered with confidence, even though inside me I was quite sure I was going to fail this

If I remembered correctly the school lay out currently we are at the classroom all I need to do is turn left and then I'll find some stairs, Problem is after this part the lay out gets complicated

"Can I touch the walls?" I wanted to ask that as a way to help me out through this mess

"Nope, no wall touching of any sort" Lia said that with a smirk

"Right..." I decided to make progress as I made my way to the stairs I did have to dodge some people luckily for me I could easily do that if I just focus in on one thing that thing being the sound of their footsteps, I made my way to the stairs with zero casualties once o ever and as I climbed the stairs I happen to lose my footing

"Oh!..." Luckily for me Lia managed to rap her arms around me and managed to catch me

"Are you okay?"

"Yes I'm fine" I could tell I was blushing hard at that moment, we stood there for a moment before I decided to stand up and get ready

"Are you ready to go again?" She asked me

"Yes" I'm currently on the stair these stairs would then lead me to the second floor in which if I turn right I will be meet with the bathrooms and the main lunch room while if I go to the left and then pass 2 or 3 lockers then there should be a hallway one where I'll have to pass 2 more lockers till I can meet the stairs that would lead me to the third floor

I do exactly that as I focus in on the noises of every locker that's getting opened if I remember most lockers have atleast 4 right next to eachother if I could just estimate the locker that is being opened I should be able to get a somewhat rough estimate of where the hallways is

I do just that and I managed to successfully get to the hallway even so I did happen to be a few inches away from that hallway as I happen to hit a wall right next to it

I managed to make my way to the third floor in which here's where problem starts as I have only been on the third floor once during lunch, this is where I call in my trump card

"Hey Lia? Can you call George for me, ask if he can come over" I asked

"Yeah sure! What do you want to tell him" She questioned my reason as to why I want him to be here

"I want to race him" I answered somewhat honestly

"I see" Lia agreed without questioning me any further

Couple minutes went by and George was now here I asked him on a race the catch being that he'd have to walk as a way to make it fair, by doing that all I did was focus in on George's footsteps and make my way to the rooftop in which undoubtedly I ended up losing the race and made some people mad as I kept on bumping into them

"Finally!" I take of my blindfold in which I see George smirk as he knew he had beaten me at something

"Well I'll be going now, I have some friends I want to talk to" Just like that George ran off leaving me with Lia alone at the rooftop

Chapter 2

A Romatic Scenery

Up at the rooftop was a garden one could smell all the roses as well as watch as a newly born tree begins to blossom as I was spacing away I was brought back to reality by none other than Lia

"Hello Mayillo?" She was tapping my shoulder ever so often

"Ah yes, sorry what were you saying?" I asked even though I knew what was coming, I was struggling to breath as these few seconds were feeling like an eternity just then though Lia opened her mouth...

"I love you!" She said the words I was expecting, the words I wanted and didn't want to hear, the words that would make me the happiest and yet most anxious man alive

"Lia..." if I had multiple chances then I'd explore the multiple routes that this has for me, even so that's not how it works I have to choose one route and that route has to be one that I'd never regret, which is exactly why my answer was quite obvious "Lia I love you too" After those words came out my mouth Lia instantly jumped at me I could feel a strong breeze hit us as her hair blossomed like a newly born flower has just hit its peak right infront of me. She was beautiful...

Lunch break was over and me and Lia were now officially boyfriend and girlfriend, something I never thought I'd say and a progress that I was afraid to make

"Lia can I tell you something?" I locked arms with her and began to hold her arms tight

"Yes, feel free to tell me anything that's on you're mind" She smiled, she really was beautiful. I must have really lucked out huh

"Well I'll tell you some other time" I smiled at her as we walked are way back to are classroom

The thing I want to asker her should be kept between me as it would probably lower are moral If I just say that I'd be a terrible boyfriend or atleast something among those lines

Classes ended and it was time to head home, or atleast that's what I thought till I ended up locking arms with Lia once again but this time it wasn't at a school but instead at the mall

"Uhm what are we doing here?" I asked as if I'm being honest I don't even remember how I got here

"Well were going shopping" she smiled again and I couldn't help to blush

"I-I see" I really can't with her, she just brings out something from me that I can't seem to understand

We went to store Lia tried multiple things and out of the 20 things she tried we seemed to have finally founded one that she liked

"Well what do you think about this one?" She asked me, by the way she looks she seems to have some general interest on that dress

"It looks good" I faked a smile as I couldn't help to notice a small blond hair on her white dress, It must have been one of her hairs.

"Really?" I'm not sure why but she didn't seem to believe me

"It looks good" the dress wasn't to revealing and it wasn't that short nor too long that It would get in her way, I personally liked the dress quite a lot

From there we decided to play some games at the arcade in which it didn't end so well for me

"Hey I won again!" Lia said

"Yeah yeah, look we can't keep on playing the same game over and over"

We played a total of 10 other games. In which I only won 2 out of those 10

"Look who lost" She smirked at me

"Well the winner deserves a reward"

"Oh really?, what might the prize be?"

"Oh you'll see"

"Wel-" I didn't let her finish as I have already decided the perfect reward, I blocked her lips with my own she accepted the reward as she closed her eyes, a few seconds go by in which I decided to separate the kiss

"We should get going"

"Yeah" Lia said blushing a bit

On are way back Lia decided to bring up a topic that took me rather off guard

"Hey Malliyo, what do you think about the Website about streaming people's deaths?"

"Well if I'm being totally honest, I don't really care" The same question again?

"How come?"

"It doesn't involve me, I've only seen someone get killed but as long as it isn't someone I care then I don't mind"

"H-How could you say such things?" To my surprise Lia seemed rather taken aback from what I said

"Well people die everyday, for some people they don't care as it lowers the population, ofcourse that's as long as they aren't the one to be affected"

"Can you show me where you saw them die?"

"Sure thing"

We walked over to the alley way in which I saw the death of some random

"It's here" I said

"Here? Where did you see the cameraman?"

"Not sure I didn't see him, he was probably up on the roof if I'd have to guess"

"Up the roof?"

"The cameraman is an object that's supposed to go unnoticed the best spot to do that and get a good view would be up on the roof"

"Why should they go unnoticed though? I mean they'd definitely get a better view if they were down here"

"Well fights against other streamers are allowed and my guess would be that the cameraman is is the one that would get targeted as they'd ironically be the main man"

"I see"

We didn't spend much time there, rather we went to sit on a bench near by

"Malliyo?" Lia said

"Yes?"

"Well you see, since this is are first day dating I wanted to buy you something"

"Well..." I didn't necessarily think that It would be necessary to buy something for her on just the first day so I didn't get her anything

"It's fine if you didn't get me anything, it's just that I wanted you to have something that would connect us both" Lia smiled as she pulled a necklace out of her pockets

"Oh!" It was one of those friendship necklace where one person has half of the object while the other has the other half

"Yeah, look you have LO and at the bottom an L to represent my name..." She chuckled "And I have VE and at the bottom an M to represent you're name"

"How thoughtful" I grabbed the necklace and put it on we then connected it together to complete it

"Let me take a picture"

"Hey!" A sudden flash got in my face, I wasn't a big fan of having my picture taken, even so I guess I could make an exception for this time

"Oh my look at you!" Lia chuckled harder then ever before

"That bad huh?" I didn't even bother to take a look as I'd already know that I probably look extremely awkward

"I think it's cute!" Lia shoved the phone into my face to show me the picture she has just took

"Hey, not bad" I did look awkward, but not as bad as I thought I would

"Malliyo, it's getting late"

"Yeah you're right, do you want me to walk you home?"

"Oh no, my house is nearby please you should be going as you're house is further away"

"Ah, right I can't have my mother waiting any longer I'm sure she's worried sick right now"

"Yeah can't have you're mother getting to worried now can we"

"Yeah, maybe you can come by sometime? I'm sure my mother would be grateful to see you"

"Yeah let's schedule sometime" Lia stood up and and gave me her hand, I took it as we hugged before going are separate ways

Chapter 3

The Unbloomable Flower

Next day came around as I get ready for school

"Oh honey!" My mom seemed rather surprised by something

"What's wrong?"

"You're hair, did you get a girlfriend?"

"I'll introduce you to her later" I smirked before leaving the house

Man it really is obvious that I got a girlfriend huh, I mean I did properly do my hair

I decided to stop by Lia's house as she did say she wanted to begin walking to school with me...

A couple minutes go by and Lia hadn't gotten out

"Man how much of a lazy bum can she be" I murmured to myself

I walked to the door before knocking three times...

Nobody answered

"Wierd" Lia's family haven't gone to work as their cars are still here

I grabbed the door nob and gave it a twist, to my surprise the door was unlocked

"Lia you forgot to lock the doors!" I yelled yet no response was made

"Lia! Hurry up its getting late!" Still nothing

I decided to make my way to her room...

"Hello Lia? Can I come in?" She didn't say a thing, I couldn't help but believe something was wrong

"Lia?" I slowly opened the door to suddenly find Lia, she was asleep she was resting naked she only left the necklace on

"Lia?" Tears came out of my eyes Lia, she wasn't waking up

"Lia!, Lia! Wake up!" She didn't move an inch, she was sound asleep

"Lia! D-Damit, wake up!" I was struggling I don't know what's going, she was resting nicely on her bed, so why wouldn't she wake up?

"Lia! Hello? Lia Dammit wake up!" She was as sleep as a baby, didn't budge or make any sudden movements

"Lia? D-don't tell me" Lia was up in the sky, she was flying she was overjoyed, she was resting for good

"N-no! How?! Why didn't I walk you home dammit!" I couldn't help myself, I started to kick her furniture

"D-Dammit Lia..." my legs were weak as I fell to the floor holding both my hands to my head

"Lia?!" I saw her, her face, her hair, her beautiful smile, Lia! She was awake! She finally woke up

"Lia!, you woke up!" I reached over and hugged her, she was still naked but I didn't mind, I was just happy that she was back

"Ofcourse I'm awake Malliyo..." She looked down and a small and quick blush was shown on her face before screaming and giving me the hardest slap I'll probably ever get

"Lia, I love you" I was talking with her through the door as she was changing

"I love you too Malliyo" She said it somewhat annoyed? Was I being annoying to her? Am I bothering her?

"Lia I-I'm sorry!" I bursted into tears Lia couldn't help but open the door immediately and give me a hug

"W-what happened? Why are you crying?" Lia told me as she put her hand on my head and began caressing it

"I-im sorry, I thought something bad happened"

"It's all okay, I'll always be by you're side, after all as long as we have these necklaces their is nothing that can separate us" Lia smiled

"R-right, you're my first love I guess I just thought that you'd leave me"

"Oh, I'll never leave you your the only person at the moment that I care about"

"Really?..." I always wanted to hear those words come out of someone's mouth, someone who I adore with all my life, but "what about you're family?"

"Huh, well duh they are also up there dummy" She trough a weak jab at my shoulder

"Ah yeah, right"

A couple of minutes go by not a single word was said just then Lia opened her mouth she seemed to have said something, yet I couldn't tell what she said. I couldn't hear a single word that she has just said

I was back at her house though this time she wasn't waking up. She was dead the beautiful girl known as Lia, the girl I loved with all my heart, my first ever and my last ever girlfriend was never able to bloom

Chapter 4

An Unbreakable Love

After that day I decided to stop going to school

"Honey, I know it's hard but you have to start going to school" My mom, she constantly tells me that as she leaves a tray of food at the door

"Mom I know" My voice had no life in it, none at all

I could hear the footsteps get further away, once I couldn't hear them I decided to get my food

"Lia, I love you" Everyday every morning I have to give my prayers to Lia. As the girl I love and as the girl I'll forever love, as our love is unbreakable

My mother tolled me that I came back crying, she told me if the girl was someone special to me

"Yes" I remember saying, as the news show a stream yesterday of Lia getting killed

"I see, go to you're room you're not going to school today" my mom understood, ofcourse she would after all we did lose both are father and sister just a couple of years after I was born

My mom was in labor, sadly though after an accident we had the baby didn't make it. She died from the accident my father being the irresponsible man he is, just left us

"Hello Malliyo?" Knocks came from my door. It sounded like George

"Yeah, what do you want"

"Look I wanted to come and check up on you, I was also wondering if I can come in?"

"Not right now"

"Then when can I come in?"

"George..." I didn't say anything after that it seemed George understood as he began walking away, one can tell he was upset he's bringing himself down for not being able to get me to my feet again.

He's my best and only friend now, and all I hope is that he'd find a better friend that won't be constantly bringing him down

"I'm sorry George..." I muttered to myself "I'm sorry everyone"

It's only a matter of time before the police begin to question me, is it possible that they believe I killed her? Is that a possibility? I'm her boyfriend why would I kill her?!

I knocked over some books from my table

"Damn it!" I began crying again "Damn it, Damn it, Damn it!"

Why?- why did this have to happen to me? I finally got the love of my life just for her to disappear right infront of me? I couldn't even protect her for a fucking day damn it!

A week goes by during that week I was asked a couple of questions by the police I was someone rather close to her, after some questioning the police left me be, it seemed to me like they really didn't think I'd be capable of such thing

After some time I was able to enter Lia's house, I took up the opportunity to take one last look into my girlfriends house

"Lia" I muttered to myself as I stood infront of the house

I took a few steps in. The house was empty there was no noise the walls had no color and the lights didn't bright at all, instead they felt rather dim

I made my way toward Lia's room it was all the same the room didn't change a thing, I made my way toward her bed, I found a picture on her bed it was a picture of a crowd of people in the corner of the picture it said *I wish*

"I wish?" I couldn't really understand what that would mean, she wished for herself to be loved by tons of people? Or was she wishing to live in a crowded place? Even so why would the police keep it here? Unless it wasn't there when the police was working on this?

I decided to make my way out of the room I ended up walking past Lia's parents room, I decided to stop and take a look

"I didn't even meet her parents" there was a picture in a cabinet next to their bed, it was a picture of all three of them the odd part was the fact that the fathers right side was caught off. The father was still fully intact the thing that was missing was the rest of the right hand side of the picture

I couldn't help but test out the bed a bit as I laid down I seemed to have laid down on the TV remote as the TV turned on being at full volume, I couldn't help but get a little jumpy after that sudden surprise

I turned the TV off and made my way to the exit, when I came outside I saw George.

"Malliyo" George called me out, even so he didn't make any move to get near me

We are still separated. This bond we once had seemed to have been broken it also shows no sign of repair

"...." I decided to not say anything instead I left him. I want to catch the person who killed Lia and having him involved would lead to loosing him

I walked passed him and it seemed as if he didn't make any movement to stop me, no

Instead he looked at me with those eyes, the eyes of someone that doesn't seem to be living anymore

The next day comes around I decided to attend school. Even so I didn't necessarily pay attention to anything, all I could think about was Lia It was getting obvious that I've now grown obsessed its also been obvious to me that the killer is a Streamer, not only that I'm also pretty sure I know what pattern the Streamer killed in

They first killed Lia's parents as they had to turn the TV volume all the way on that way Lia wouldn't possibly be able to hear them kill her parents, after that was...

The bell rang as I made my way to my favorite spot, also known as the tree on the roof top the tree was nice as it seemed to be growing well, I turned to my side Lia was there, she was smiling we were holding hands I could smell her, she smelled the same as last time that was shalimar

"Hello,? Hello!" She was talking to me, Lia was talking to me?!

"Hello?!" I seemed to have been brought back to reality as I realized that the person next to me wasn't Lia but instead a girl an underclassmen

"Ah! I'm sorry!" I noticed how I was holding her hand, I quickly released it

"Yeah you better be!, after all you were sniffing my hair"

"I'm so sorry, Y-You just reminded me of someone else"

"Oh? And who might that be?"

"I- couldn't say"

"Huh?!" The girl had a somewhat attitude toward me, even so it's understandable since I did end up sniffing her

"It's something I'll like to keep to myself, I hope you understand"

"Yeah that's fine everyone has secrets"

"And what's you're secret?"

"And why would I say something that's supposed to be a secret?"

"Ah right" I took a good look at her I couldn't get anything all I could focus on was the tree, the tree me and Lia sat next to

"Hello? Please atleast pay attention to me Jeez!" The girl seemed annoyed

"Ah right! My names Malliyo Mount and I'm a upperclassmen"

"Okay Mount-kun, my names Asami Aikawa"

"Please just call me Mount, uhm I'm really sorry for the wierd first interaction"

"Don't even mention it, that's all in the past" Aikawa seemed to lighten up, just a little bit

"Aikawa, what are you doing here?"

"Ah well I'm just out for some fresh air"

I once again couldn't seem to focus on Aikawa instead my eyes just seemed to have locked on to the tree

"Hello?!"

"Ah I'm sorry"

"You can't just ask me a question and ignore my answer"

"I'm really sorry"

I can't seem to really focus now all I can focus on are things that remind me of Lia

"It's fine, did you even hear what i said?"

"Uhm"

"Ugh Fine, I said that I was just out for some fresh air"

"Right, yeah I remember now" I smiled at her before standing up

"Where are you going?"

"Lunch is almost over, I better get going"

"If you want to leave me just say so, I mean there's 15 minutes left of lunch"

"Ah that's not what I was trying to do, it's just I like to walk around the school for a little"

"Okay then I'll be joining you"

"Huh?!"

Just like that we both began our walk around the school. Aikawa is a wierd one, at one point she's nice at the next she has a knife right next to my neck

"So... I actually need you're help with something" Aikawa spoke up

"And why would you ask me?"

"Well you just happen to be here, plus I think we are already getting along right?"

"Yes ofcourse I can already see are bond growing bigger" I said sarcastically

"Yup! Anyway I have a slight problem with the upcoming exams"

Ah exams! I completely forgot about them, I didn't even try to learn anything over my couple of weeks off

"Uhm well here's the thing-"

"You're in the same boat as me" She quickly spoke up before letting me finish what I have to say

"Huh?"

"As in you also haven't studied for the mid terms"

"Yeah, I haven't really put much attention"

"But I'm a Underclassmen surely you remember somethings from last year"

"Well maybe if you'd show me a somewhat idea of what you've learned, maybe then I can teach you"

"Yes! Let's call it a date!"

"Huh?!" Aikawa didn't blush nor did she hesitate while saying that, was she even thinking of what she was saying?!

Chapter 5

Let's call it a date, then

Just like that after school ended I met up with Aikawa she brought me to a local dinner

"I hope you know that I didn't bring any money with me" I told her

"It's fine, I offered the date so I'll pay"

Even though I didn't necessarily like the fact that we were having a date I still couldn't tell her as I don't believe she means it in a romantic way

"Well then shall we go in?" I opened the door for her as she walks in

"What a gentleman" She slightly teases me

We both sat down on a table farthest from the door and close to a window currently nobody was around us.

"Well then where shall we get started?" She offered my assistance so I think it's best I'd go straight into it, even so Aikawa didn't seem to be too fond about that idea as she decides to get food first

"How about we order som food first? Once we finish eating you can teach me okay?"

"Okay"

We both ordered pasta although when the waitress dropped off are food it was all in one place, only one fork and one big plate is this some type of couple bundle or what?

"Uhm" I couldn't help but be slightly blushed about this currently events

"Is something wrong sir?" Said the waiter

"Oh its nothing you can go" Aikawa decided to step in and tell how everything is fine

"Why is it like this?" I asked

"The waiter must have gotten it wrong" She smiled

"Can't we atleast have different forks?"

"Nope"

"But why?"

"Cause we can't how about you take the first bite?"

"That doesn't really change much, how about I first finish what I want to eat and then you can have the rest?"

"No, because you'll finish it all we have to take turns"

"You can tell me when to stop and I'll leave the rest to you"

"No because then you'd call me fat if I get more food"

"I wouldn't"

"Just take the first bite"

"But"

"Take it or I'll take it"

"Got it" I decided I'd be best to take the first bite atleast that way I don't have to Indirectly kiss her for atleast this once

"Alright pass the fork"

"Mhm" I passed the fork as I saw Aikawa rap her lips around the fork.

Was it just me or was Aikawa really taking her time licking the fork? I decided to block my eyes with my hands that way I don't have to see this disgusting behavior she's having

"Malliyo?"

"Huh?" I moved my hands away, I could see her blond hair it was Lia!

"Oh Lia I missed you!"

"What do you mean?"

"Nothing"

I was sharing some food with her. One pair of chopsticks and a big plate, I always wanted to do this with her

"What's wrong Malliyo?"

"Nothing, I'm just really happy"

"From what?"

"This" I pointed to the food and the fact that we had one chopstick I looked up to Lia and she was trying to hold her laugh

"Malliyo we do this all the time"

"Huh?"

"We always share food everyday after school"

"Ah right, I forgot"

What's going on? Am I imagining this? How come I don't remember us ever sharing food?

"Lia can we play a game"

"20 questions"

"Okay, I'll think of a random thing"

"-Yes"

"Is it you're dog?"

"Yes" She didn't look surprised at all it seemed like she's used to it?

"I'm sorry I ruined the game"

"Not at all this is the fun part, I want you to tell me how you figured it out"

"Well you slightly paused when I asked the question of whether it was male a sign of somewhat uncertainty meaning an animal as they'd be a question were you'd somewhat think about"

"So you got it because of my pause?"

"Also the fact that you recently got a dog"

"Wow you always impress me huh"

Lia reached over and grabbed my hands

"You're the best friend I've ever had" She smiled, she was hurting inside though

"The same goes to you" I told her

"Mount! Mr Mount!"

"Huh?"

"Jeez what are you doing its already you're turn to take a bite"

"I'm gonna pass"

"Oh my goodness I'm trying to help you here"

"I'm sorry" I grabbed the fork, they were now chopsticks Lia she was infront of me I took a bite it was nice I loved it

"Well what did you think?"

"It was lovely Lia"

"Lia?!"

"Ah, I mean Aikawa"

"Jeez, so you liked are first Indirect kiss?"

"W-What do you mean Indirect kiss?"

"I put my lips on that. You did see that right?"

"Ah I forgot!" I began making a slight tantrum as I began spitting as an attempt to get rid of the Indirect kiss

"What's so bad about me huh?!"

"Oh nothing is bad with you, it's just me"

"Well it better be you because i would've found it quite disrespectful if the problem was me"

"I think I'm gonna call it a day"

"What? We haven't even studied"

"I'll do it tomorrow"

I began to make my way back to the house, before I did that I went over to the house that Lia lived in, I'll make it a habit where I'd pray for her everyday without fail right here infront of her house till the day I die

The next day came around before that I had a visit with a local therapist according to them I seem to be blocking out a good chunk of the memories I had with Lia before I got to be her boyfriend

I made my way to the school just tommorow left then we have the weekends, once the week ends it'll be time for exams the snow hasn't come but I'm sure it's only a matter of time till it begins to snow

I walked passed Lia's house I stopped there for a bit in order to give my prayers

"Something doesn't feel right" I muttered to myself

I don't know what but I seem to be missing something, both from Lia's death as well from what's currently going on with Aikawa a girl like her wouldn't be asking me for advice right?

I made my way to the school while there I was able to see some two people fighting they seemed to have some type of dispute

"Listen Haruto, I'm not going out with you no matter what you say got it?!"

It was a really painful sight to see, a common misconception must have happened where the girl was being her helpful and charismatic self while doing that she probably helped the boy once and now we're left in a situation where the boy doesn't understand her personality or the way she works instead he probably thought that he was getting treated like this because of love

I decided to leave the two as I have no business with them once o ever, or atleast that's what I thought till I got an idea as to why Aikawa is acting so friendly toward me

Chapter 6

The life of a girl like me is unlike any other I get along with a good chunk of people in this school even so from time to time I'd rather keep my distance you can say that people bore me they are all just so similar yet I can't help but to somewhat like that atleast that's my opinion an opinion only I, Asami Aikawa has

Yesterday has been interesting I've been introduced to a rather challenging young man I call him young even though he is older than me, even so he seems to be somewhat troubled my goal was to break him out of this rather challenging phase but failed to do so

Today I think I can't do a thing, he seems to have fallen to deep for this person. I believe if I make any moves on him or anything that will get him further away from this person it could ultimately break him, I'll let him choose the path he wants if he chooses to stop contacting me then so be it I want what's best for him and I want him to choose his path, although I truly do find him one of a kind and if he does break stuff up with me then it's bound to break me

"Asami?" A girl called out to me it was my so called group of friends, I say that because in order to grow in popularity you yourself must unite with someone with high-ranking. People would say I'm in the top of that chart and it's quite obvious that they are using me though any movement I make can crash both my popularity and theirs I'm stunned locked where one either uses me or I ruin my life as a highschooler

"Yes?" I answered back

"Oh nothing we just wanted to check up on you, you seemed out of it"

"I'm alright" those fake smiles say everything it's obvious it's almost like they don't even bother hiding it well

Class ended as lunch break began I got ready as I made my way to the rooftop this is where I met him this is where he's eventually going to make up his decision his name was Malliyo Polis yet for some reason he told me his last name was Mount a last name that I'm pretty sure I've heard before I'm guessing his family was originally from America hence his American last name although he was probably born here hence his Japanese name

I opened the door it seemed to me like he hasn't gotten here yet,I decided to sit down in the same bench I meet him. I've been realizing this but in truth we are both troubled people a troubled person can't possibly help another troubled person

I heared the door open I could see him slowly make his way toward me, the same aura of someone who's been broken this time though his face doesn't represent that aura

"Has something happened?" I asked

"I want to talk to you, it's something important"

"Go on"

"Well I have a feeling that the reason you were up here wasn't because you were walking around, but rather because of you're somewhat hatred to people"

He stopped and looked at me. Waiting for an answer although I didn't say a thing I signaled him with my hand that he can continue

"I believe you are a nice girl helping people out, even so this niceness came to bite you back as you've then realized how people began thinking things they that you yourself never ment to do in the first place..." Mount stopped for a while he then continued "what they were thinking about is somewhat unknown my guess would be romance but it could be multiple other things"

"Impressive some things you got wrong but other than that this is impressive"

"Do you mind telling me what stuff I got wrong?"

"My hatred toward people is wrong, I don't hate them I just find them predictable yet I still love that about them" I knew that this outcome would happen I knew that I would be put in a troublesome predicament yet I still tried to act surprised as a way to spice my life a bit

"I see and the other thing I got wrong was the romance, right?"

"Yes, why don't you take a guess at what my predicament is"

"Well it isn't romance you're in a troublesome predicament meaning you're probably stuck in a position where you can't really do anything kinda like they have you checkmated..." He stopped and took a closer look at me before continuing "my guess is due to you're popularity that you can't really begin breaking up friendships even if the friends are using you as It'll lower you're status"

"Well everything you've said is true you've nailed it"

"Ah really? I think I'm going to go now"

"Sorry?"

"Eh? I'm going I need to get to the house"

"But what about me?"

"I'm sorry but I can't really bring you to my house"

"No, that's not what I meant I mean what is are relationship going to be like"

"Ah I'm not really good at this but I'd say we're friends, as a matter of fact here's my phone number"

We exchanged phone numbers and he left, he seemed to have been in some hurry all he wanted to say was that? He didn't even finish the school day something isn't right at first I thought what he had was an ex problem but know that I think about it the way he acted and the way he spaced out I doubt it was an ex problem but rather the lost of someone. The lost of someone he loves

Chapter 7

A growing addiction

Slowly but steadily i started to realize how the app known as streaming someone's death was growing on me, it felt like a drug u just couldn't stop myself from watching these gruesome videos still I seem to have sometime of empathy left on me as I can't make myself search Lia's name on this app, I'm not ready to see her death I'd break me again

"Hello? Malliyo are you back home early again?!"

"Yes!, sorry mom I promise this would be my last time"

"If you say so"

My mother has grown soft on me ever since I lost Lia, at the time I can't really do anything to help her as the more I venture into this site I can't seem to log myself out, the one question would be just how far can I go into this before it dangers me? Will I eventually end up the same as everyone else? Just a streamer taking out people lives for the sake of both the lost of Lia and this addiction? Or can I find a different way? Something that can calm this addiction?

As I was watching one of the old stream vods I couldn't help but realize the mistakes these people were making during their killings most of them are all personal hence most of them do a sloppy job which makes sense for some but the one I was watching seemed to have already made previous streams all are sloppy leaving evidence

"That letter" I muttered to myself

The ability to edit streams seem to be somewhat available as the stream switches cameras for a slight second before going back to the regular it's a slight change as the camera seems to be slightly slanted in a way where you can't see where the letter was at but when he walks past that desk again the letter is slightly dented from the bottom right corner, but when he walked into the room and killed the lady there was no dent on the letter, he's searching for something and he seems to have yet to find it.

"I got to sleep" I decided to go to bed and forget about most things starting tomorrow I'll let Aikawa know about everything that's going on with my addiction hopefully she can help me out and fix somethings.
