Bluwater eyed Loki carefully. The young wolf had been sent on his trial at a tender age and didn't know the Trickster God as his father had. Loki had the scent of Pandora on him for he had been on the world for a very long time and was actually a member of the Pandora Pantheon, though not many knew of him being the Patron God of the Ice Giants of the Polar Icecaps.
Speak, Bluwater demanded. Even though he was in exile, it was still his mission to protect Lynefra. He had seen Loki around Lynefra before and even witnessed Loki act on behalf of Traigar and Freyd.
When Lynefra had fought with Allenrael, her rage had coursed through Bluwater so fiercely that he had almost lost his sense of self and attacked the annoying divine fox spirit who would always fan her scent over in his direction. The fox was extremely off-putting to Bluwater.
Why do you smell similar to one of our kind? Bluwater questioned further. Kuzunoha had always been around and her scent had always masked Loki's. It wasn't until just then that Bluwater actually caught Loki's scent.
Yes, yes, Loki replied smiling. I'll answer your questions in just a moment young one. Loki then pointed in Micah's direction.
Between Loki and the massive wolf, who were unexpectedly NOT killing Athena or eachother, Micah had felt it was time to quickly and quietly depart. A white pentragram appeared directly beneath Micah's feet and sealed of space around him, barring his retreat. The boy turned around wearing a sheepish expression.
Ahahahahaha, Veritas unexpectedly giggled at Micah's expression. He's like a sheep in front of an actual wolf! The laughter from the being of truth increased in intensity until her legs gave out and she clutched her stomach in pain but the laughter wouldn't stop. The irony was just too poetic.
Lynefra didn't feel like laughing, her date had just been interrupted and she witnessed a brutal animal attack, though the one attacked by said animal had been brandishing a weapon and approaching her. Or had the woman been after Micah? She still wasn't sure.
"Just what are you all doing?" Lynefra demanded, full of indignation.
By the time Traigar arrived, the sun had already set, revealing a radiant full moon. Loki had already explained to Bluwater why he smelled similar to some kind of Godly Wolf. Unable to wrap his head around how a not wolf was able to father a wolf. Bluwater decided on his own that the parent or parents of a wolf must be a wolf.
Loki had also explained that the real Micah had probably been killed by Dolos sometime after he had helped Loki and Syble "punish" Dean Hallel.
The conflict between a creature that represented Wisdom and a Goddess of Wisdom had also been pinned on Dolos. He had used his powers of treachery. Unfortunately what had been said and done couldn't be taken back and undone so the emnity between Athena and Bluwater would remain.
Lynefra was crushed when she learned all of Micah's advances were a lie. Lynefra had cried so intensely that she once again affected the weather, and her sorrow was transmitted through the bond she had forced on Bluwater when she was born; Resulting in a series of beautifully mournful, yet eerie howls. Thanks to these howls, Traigar had found his way to his daughter and the group of deities.
Traigar wasn't the only one to hear the howls though, several other howls were heard around the Imperial City that night and it was later said that the entire Southern Mountain range had errupted with a Symphony of the sorrowful sounds.

Alarmed by the howls, Syble, Lystall, and Kuzunoha had also made their way to the Botanical Gardens of the Royal Academy. Syble and Lystall only knew what kind of creature had made the howls and were filled with great dread. Kuzunoha, on the other hand, was ecstatic. She knew exactly who howled and yelled, 'Finally out of the shadows!' as she launched hug against Bluwater. The the amusement of Veritas and Loki, Bluwater yelped in surprise.
The wolf, looking incredibly wronged, scurried over to the Depressed Lynefra and actually hid behind her.
After being apprised of the situation, Syble stood with Traigar looking absolutely murderous, eyeing Dolos with malice filled gazes. Lystall was the one one with enough sense to provide first aid for Athena. Though, the Elf Goddess had clearly spent too much time with Loki and Kuzunoha because she ripped a generous portion of Veritas' robe away to use as a bandage for Athena.
It happened so quick, Veritas didn't know how to react until Loki added salt to the wound, How very greek of you Veritas. Should I call you Aletheia, like old times?
Please, she's wearing far too many clothes for you to call her that, Athena said wryly, wincing slightly in pain.
That's about enough out of you two! Veritas huffed. I was young then.
The laughter died down as Veritas walked over to the sobbing Lynefra and placed her hand on the girl's head. Bluwater growled protectively.
Oh calm down, stalker boy, Kuzunoha whispered just loud enough for Bluwater's canine hearing to pick up. He whined piteously and layed down behind Lynefra.
Everyone watched as a blue power flowed from Veritas to Lynefra. Veritas' eyes rolled back as she muttered something in latin.
What did she say? Syble asked Kuzunoha, who only shrugged her shoulders in repsonse. Lynefra's sobs stopped and she drifted into sleep, falling back against Bluwater.
The influence of Dolos prevented her from remembering, Veritas explained. As I command Justice and Truth, I awoke her to the truth of herself and granted her justice by awakening her supressed memories.
"What about this thing called Dolos?" Traigar demanded.
Yes, what should we do with him? Not only did her hurt my great granddaughter but I quite liked the real Micah. The boy had a proper sense of honor, Syble commented.
Throw him to the wolves! Kuzunoha yelled excitedly but then abruptly looked at Bluwater apologetically, Sorry, figure of speech. She didn't expect Bluwater to lick his chops eagerly at her suggestion though.
Sorry to burst your bubble Noble wolf, Loki said. But I happen to know another wolf who would love to have Dolos for dinner.
Oh? Kuzunoha replied, excitedly again. Something about scornful humanoid creatures being mawled and ripped to pieces in a gruesome fashion excited her.
Yes, Loki nodded. I think Dolos would make an excellent chew toy for my son, Fenrir. Loki then bowed to everyone gracefully. Keep watch over Dolos for me. I'll be back with Fenrir shortly.
As soon as Loki went to go get his "son," Traigar immediately sized up Bluwater. "it's a good thing you're not a human. Ahaha! If you could turn into something on two legs and Lynefra fell for you I would definitely have to eat my words!"
There was a loud crashing noise as if a tree was being chopped down. Traigar turned around to see Syble doing his best impression of a woodpecker - smashing his face against the nearest tree trunk. It left an interesting impression of Syble's likeness (Years later it would become a place of worship for the High Human students. The reason for Syble's likeness on the tree trunk was never recorded or discussed).
"Syble, what are you -" Traigar looked at the others in confusion only to see some mocking smiles returned to him. His mood immediately soured.
"What words would you be eating?" Traigar heard a youthful male voice ask behind him.
Traigar whirled around to see a young, Naked youth with long white hair, blue bangs, and amber Lupine eyes staring at him. The wolf was gone.
Kuzunoha fanned herself, looking slightly red and it seemed as if steam was coming off Lystall's head as she started to sway slightly. Athena's jaw dropped while Veritas covered her eyes and yelled INDECENT! Though the deity of truth was peaking through her fingers, sneaking a look anyways.
Traigar facepalmed so hard, he bloodied his own nose and said in defeat, "Oh, you've got to be kidding me."
