When an alien-like pocket-watch falls to Earth, two friends, Kazue and Hideki find themselves able to travel back in time. An organization known as the Time Agency takes notice assigning them the task of traveling back. Ten universes including their own are in a constant state of flux, and time anomalies pop up that could spell doom. Their goal, to quench every anomaly until stability is found in all ten universes. Their first mission: Prevent Raymond Reed a politician from delivering a speech that leads to nuclear war in their timeline. Seems easy enough?
