As the birds fly through the air. As the wind guide them through their path. The grass sways to the beauty of nature with a man sleeping in a green grass plains wearing a white lab coat with blue jeans and a white sandals. That man named James Holt is a brilliant inventor. He created an invention that man thinks impossible. A personal assistant that has an Artificial Intelligence that no man can build. He named the invention ‘Ay’

He woke up.

Where am I? He told himself. Seems confused He grabbed a device that looks like a tablet. That device is where his invention is built. He touched the screen and suddenly the device showed a loading screen. After the loading is complete the A.I. greeted his inventor.

“Good morning Sir.”

“I don’t even think its morning. Since we don’t know where we currently are.”

“Can you tell me where we are Ay?”

“I will gladly do it Sir but it seems that I can’t connect to the internet.”

“Hhhmm… it seems that this place doesn’t have internet towers here. How about accessing a satellite nearby and gather information?”

“I don’t recognize any satellites nearby Sir.”

Impossible! The Earth is covered by satellites. No matter where you go there’s always a satellite nearby!

“Are you broken Ay?”

“Sir I’ve done a troubleshooting and it seems like there is no problem within my systems.”

Wait! I remembered something… Earlier I was just in my laboratory sitting in front of a computer desk working on my new software updates for Ay and suddenly we are here? Weird.

“Isn’t weird Ay that Earlier I was just in front of a computer desk working for your new updates and suddenly we are here?”

“Seems unrealistic Sir”

“Yeah right? Am I crazy or something?” gasp “Don’t tell me that I have some sort of mental illness!”

“Don’t joke around Sir… According to your past performance and monthly check-ups you currently don’t have one. But you didn’t have any proper sleep because you we’re working for those new updates for me Sir”

“Hahaha yeah I do... But it doesn’t mean that because of the lack of sleep we’re suddenly transported into this unknown place… Is this even Earth?

It is highly impossible that we are not in Earth… How can we be suddenly transported into another world? So unrealistic!

“Ay this is surely weird. How about let’s gather more information about this place! Starting with this grass over here?”

“Okay Sir”

James cuts a piece of the grass beneath Him. After that he pressed a button on the right side of the device then the tray opened. He puts the piece of the grass into the tray and pushed the tray back.

“Okay Ay analyze the organic composition of this grass and if it’s not the same with the ones on Earth then tell me.”

“Will do Sir”

Although it seems impossible that we are in a different world. Just to be sure. if this grass composition is not the same with the ones in Earth then maybe WE ARE IN A DIFFERENT WORLD!

“Sir I have successfully analyzed the organic composition of the grass and according to my database it has the same composition on the ones on Earth.

Phew!!! B-but wait! We just can’t rely on only one data alone we have to make sure that we have enough data to prove that we really are in Earth. W-why am I like this? Why do I think that we are on a different world? this is science fiction! B-but what will I do if we really are on a different world?

With this train of thought he shakes his head.

That’s right! No ideas are science fiction if it has data to prove it! Hhmmm… What data should I analyze next?

He looked around looking for the next data to be analyzed. But then…

The air feels refreshing. W-wait, WHAT??!? It shouldn’t be like this!!!

“Sir Have you noticed it too?”

“What do you mean?”

“The air… I’ve analyzed it and it showed that the oxygen in the atmosphere is 42.09% higher than Earth’s 20.95% there is also no polluted substance in the air also.”

We need more data!!!

He look and looked for the next data. And he found a lake

“Ay over there! There’s a lakez let’s go there!”

They ran off towards the lake. James uses his hands to gather the water. Then He puts it into the tray and pushes the tray back.

“Sir this too is different from the ones in Earth. The water here is much cleaner and natural.”

“Well… That’s it! I’ve concluded that we are in a different world!!!”

“Just to be sure sent out a SOS signal. Do not stop until I say so…”

“Ok sir.”

“Hhmmm… What kind of force that lets us be into another world? Aarrgghh!!! This is too confusing! This is too much fiction for my brain to handle!!!”

Because of the confusing things on his mind he squat down to think it over.

“Time travel…”

“Ay… What did you say?”

“Sir Maybe it is time travel… We have time traveled to the past.”

“What do you mean?”

“Sir based on the data we’ve gathered don’t you think it will be time travel to the past? The grass are the same but the oxygen levels are higher and the water here is cleaner. Doesn’t that mean we are in the past? Maybe in the medieval ages or in the stone age?”

“B-but due to the limitations and paradoxes of time travel then… Time travel is impossible!”

 “But what if those paradoxes don’t apply since we’re the duplicates of our present selves… Therefore no matter what happens to us even though you kill your grandfather we will not disappear since we are only a duplicate of ourselves. Super position is what I call it sir. We are just a copy of ourselves the future no longer exist. We are not currently creating the future. Basically this is the present no longer the past.”

“But how does duplicating even possible?”

“Sir we can learn this in the natural world. Your cells Sir can duplicate itself to create tissues. Same as this concept Sir because since it is possible in the natural world then it is also natural that duplication is possible.”

“Yes I do agree Ay but what causes the division? What causes us to travel back through time?”

James waited to let his A.I. answered but then he noticed that the device becomes too hot.

“A-ayy!! Stop with the calculations! You’re becoming too hot!

“CanCEllINnnnng C-C-CalCuLAtions…”

The screen turned off. After 3 seconds the screen turned back on. After the loading screen the A.I. is back.

“Good morning sir…”

Sighs

“Are you okay Ay?”

“Yes Sir… I’m deeply sorry.”

“That’s okay it’s also my fault for letting you calculate such harder question.”

“Well after I have a proper place I’ll surely optimize your software so that we can go back to the present!”

“Sir we also have one thing to be careful off…”

“Hhmm?”

“Every time you breathe, Every time you walk, Every time you do certain actions it affects the future.”

“So that means…”

“One single flap of a butterfly wings can cause a tornado in a faraway land. Or in other words… One single action you do sir can cause a massive change in the future…”

Meanwhile in the future…

It’s a normal day here in Earth but suddenly all of the big screens, TV, computers, cellphones all of it shows an Alien like figure.

“Attention Species of Earth… 100 Billion years ago. You declared war on us! And today we answer your call! WE ACCEPT! YOUR BEHAVIOUR SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED. YOUR WARMONGERING SHOULD NOT SPREAD THROUGHT THE COSMOS. WE THE UNITED PLANETS OF ASGARIN PLEDGE TO PROTECT THE GALAXY! EXPECT THE DESTRUCTION OF YOUR SPECIES!!!”
