PG.1.            My Three Angels

    Two hooded figures appear inside a dark room as a screen with a green alien of unknown origin projects a 3D model upon the room.

    “Subject Male whose age is 16, height is 5 10. The Subject's name is Issei Udo he is headed for Element Island off the coast of Japan. I want you two to apprehend him there.His powers are unknown to us so stay vigilant.HE IS NOT TO BE DEALT WITH LIGHTLY UNDERSTOOD?” the alien commands then the two figures nod in confirmation.

    Shining sun upon the fresh dew grass sparkles while twenty plus students await on bus 36 for their field trip to begin. Leaning on the wall is Issei Udo watching the others gossip. No one really notices him seeing how is the outcast of Sakura High School. He is wearing a blue hoodie,the design depicts two crossed katanas with flying shurikens going outward. Uncombed spiky brown hair,one green eye and the other is blue,also he sports black pants and white shoes.

    “Ugh hurry up already” he says looking up at the bus area full of students.

He looks down at his gym duffel bag and thinks “I hope it was a good idea to bring you two”.

    “Hey Issei” a familiar voice shouts from the crowd.

Issei shakes his head at his friend, his best friend ever since he came to Sakura High School. Wearing a shirt that says “YOU CAN'T HAVE THE BEACH WITHOUT THE BABES”; blonde spiky hair,blue jeans, blue and black shoes and brown eyes is Kusabimaru “Sabi” Chai.

    “Hey Sabi, surprised you made it” I tell him with a grin.

    “You're surprised!? I'm surprised u make it down those monumental stairs almost everyday” he says with an exhausting sigh.

    “Get your cardio up Sabi so u can be like me” Issei says running in place.

    Before Sabi could get a word out two arms wrap around me from behind and I can only guess one person who could do this.

    “H-h-hi Issei” a shy cute voice says from behind me.

    This is another friend of mine. Her name is Jiro Yamanaki. She and Sabi were the first to actually talk to me when I came to this school. Every other student just stayed away from me but they were friendly to me from the start. So when I turn my head I see a glimpse of her long red hair.

    “Hey Jiro, glad to see you but you can let go now” I say.

    She quickly backs off then begins to blush, I see this when I turn around and smile at her. Jiro takes her straw hat off to hide her blushing face, but she doesn't know that I've already seen it.

    “Sorry Issei” she says embarrassed.

I then notice her winking cat shirt with a black background, yellow skirt and pink shoes. Therefore, I pull down her hat to see her emerald green eyes….

    “It's okay Jiro” I say.

    She looks up at me then gives me the biggest smile. Our little moment is broken by Sabi making loud kissing noises.

    “Look at my two little love birds, ” Sabi says.

I just roll my eyes but a fire engulfs Jiro displaying her anger as she storms toward Sabi towering over him.

    “SHUT. UP. SABI” she says, increasing the flames.

    Sabi does a hand motion that indicates he zipped his mouth shut then smiles awkwardly. Suddenly, a voice calls from within the crowd.

    “How come everytime you three get together you cause a scene” says the voice.

We look to see our upperclassmen Kirinkishi Chao( Sabi’s older brother) walking toward in the most embarrassing outfit I've ever seen. He is wearing a green Mr.Frog outfit with his glasses almost morphed into his face. Why some of the senior girls like him is beyond me. Maybe it's his jewel blue eyes that he uses to hypnotize them.

    “Hey Kinshi, nice outfit” I say sarcastically.

    “Thanks it's a limited edition Mr.Frog outfit that glows in the dark” he says proud of himself.

    “Please don't embarrass me on this trip bro” Sabi says, sighing.

    The bus pulls up to the school entrance as we all grab our bags a black limousine pulls up. The back window slowly lowers and inside is Myumei Haku the most popular girl at Sakura High. Don't know why people see her that way in reality she's just a stuck up know-it-all.

    “Hope to have fun with all of you on this trip” she yells within the limo.

Before the limo pulls off I brush past everyone to get the back seat on the bus because I really hate it when people lie. I sit in the back right seat of the bus relieved that we can finally start this trip. Luckily Sabi gets the seat next to me and Jiro the seat in front of me. Kishi on the other hand decided to talk to his friends up front. The bus strolls off from the school to the highway in a matter of twenty minutes.

    “What are you looking forward to on this trip, Sabi?” I ask.

    “Hopefully some mouth to mouth with a hot babe” he says.

    “Well with that mentality it might come true, but the closest you'll get is CPR” I say laughing a little.

    “ In the moment of unconsciousness just the thought of some hot babe coming to rescue me is enough for me” he says happily.

   “Who knows you might get saved by Myumei” I say.

   “Do you really think that it's even possible for an angel like her to save someone like me?” he asks.

   “Of course why wouldn't the queen of popularity save someone's life” I say.

    “She would more than likely save my life but I don't know about you Issei. You two don't really see eye to eye” he says.

    “That's because she thinks she's better than everyone else because her parents are rich” I tell him.

    “ Yea true or maybe it's because you have a secret love for Jiro” he whispers.

    We both looked over to spy on Jiro but to our surprise she was fast asleep. Sabi puts a finger over his mouth telling me to stay quiet.

We resume the conversation but in a quiet manner.

    “It's not like that, Jiro is like my sister and…” I say.

    “So u have a sister complex, understandable” he says laughing a little.

    “No u idiot, the feelings I have for Jiro are like if I had a sister not a complex” i tell him.

    “Don't get jealous when I get the hotties and you're alone, don't worry I'll send some your way” he says smiling.

    Looking out the window I see that we are coming up on The Jade Dragon Bridge. The bridge was built a few years ago by Myumei's dad and his company of rich associates, it connects the mainland to Element Island. Before you'd have to take a boat to get there, I'll give it to her old man. He at least did one thing right. The bridge is pretty long, around 1000 meters so it's a long ride, but it will be worth it just to get to the resort.

     “Dude look at that” Sabi says pointing to the giant statue of the four elements.

     “Yea its the four elements dummy we see it all the time” Jiro says out of her slumber.

    She yawns then like everyone else looks at the giant statue of Fire, Water, Lightning and Earth. The Fire is displayed around the actual statue which is made of pure Earth, as for the Lightning it's held by the statue in a tesla sphere and the Water is just a fountain underneath the statue. Kinda a bit much when you think about it.

    The bus came to a complete stop in front of the entrance as Mr. Jin and Ms. Nara(the two teachers who volunteered for the trip) stood up to give us our schedule. Mr. Jin in his “Beach Party” shirt, shorts in tan and flip-flops with his short black hair and green eyes. Ms. Nara is wearing her “ Rules Are Meant To Be Broken” shirt, blue leggings, pink flip flops with curly blue hair and brown eyes.

    “Ok everyone Welcome to Element Island Beach Resort” Ms. Nara tells us.

    “We'll be here for three days relaxing and enjoying the resort( Finally some time off)” Mr. Jin says.

    “So don't mess this up for your fellow classmates or us teachers(maybe a hot man will come and sweep me off my feet and marry me on the spot)” Ms. Nara says.

    Everyone gets off the bus not for the large statue but because Myumei's limo pulls up next to it. All the students(except Jiro and me) rush to the limo. When she gets out her security stands in front of her like always.

    “Hi everyone, do u like my outfit” she says smiling.

    With her arms stretched to the sky she shows off her: black and white swimsuit, polka dot flip flops, long brown hair and amber brown eyes. She now has everyone's attention as they stand there in awe at her beauty.

    “She’s so beautiful,” Sabi says, mesmerized.

    When I walk past everyone to get to the resort doors I'm stopped by two of Myumei's guards. Then I hear the sound of slow clapping and Myumei laughing behind me, great this should be fun.

    “Issei Udo I'm surprised to see you on this trip seeing how you don't really fit in with anyone” she says.

    “Funny you say that because I was thinking the same thing” I say.

    “What do you mean I'm loved by everyone plus I'm the most popular girl in school” she gloats.

    “I see that popularity isn't really helping with your grades so, how did u get on this trip?” I ask.

    “Well if you must know being rich has its quirks, grades don't mean anything when u have money” she says flashing a large sum of money.

    “Let's see how far u get then” I say trying to move past the guards.

Myumei snaps her fingers then one of the guards puts his hand on my chest. He looks at me like he wants to teach me a lesson.

    “My father owns half of Tokyo, you'd be wise not to upset me” she tells me.

    “If you think these two meatheads are enough to scare me then we are in two different leagues when it comes to power”

    Myumei's face fills with rage but I walk around her guards and inside the resort lobby. Everyone else chats her up and conversates with each other. Jiro and Sabi run alongside me, Jiro’s face in shock.

    “Wow Issei you really stood up to Myumei like that” she says in awe.

    “Standing up to her is nothing compared to how hard it was growing up” I say

    “Thanks Issei there goes my chance” Sabi in sorrow.

    “Don't worry Sabi, you can definitely find someone way better than stuck up daddy's girl” I tell him.

Walking through the expensive lobby we see shops for merch,other buyable wears and trinkets related to the four elements. We all get our room cards and check into our rooms. Small hotel like rooms, a full size bed,clean bathroom and other accommodations. I place my duffle bag on the bed then leave my room to the lobby. Jiro and Sabi are already there waiting for me.

    “Where's Kinshi?” I ask Sabi.

    “Hanging out with some of the upperclassmen” he says.

    “So it's just us three”Jiro says.

    “Guess so” I say leading out the lobby.

Getting to the beach we see all our classmates having fun alongside the other people on vacation. Ms.Nara gets a tan while Mr. Jin is fast asleep in a chair and Kinshi showing off his Mr.Frog suit to his friends. I sit on the steps leading to the beach beside Sabi looking at the beautiful beach of Element Island.

    “I'm going to change,be right back”Jiro says.  

    “Well I guess we should…” I say to Sabi who has disappeared.

    I begin to look around for Sabi only to find him talking to a few chicks. No matter how many times he gets shot down he always gets up to try again. Sabi truly is my best friend and I wouldn't want anyone else to have my back.

    “I see u lucked out” I say.

    “Yea, but they'll be back” he says smiling.

    “Well I'm going for a walk, you wanna join me?” I ask him.

    “Jiro should be out any minute, don't wanna wait on your girlfriend” he says chuckling.

    “Very funny, I'll be back in a few” I say walking away.

    After a few minutes of walking I begin to feel a chill which is nothing new to this island. Some parts like the beach area give off a perfect summer vibe, but the restricted areas are cold almost in the negatives. The chill gets stronger and stronger the farther I get from the beach. Suddenly, I'm grabbed and thrown to the ground. Why didn't i….

    “I didn't appreciate the comment you made to me earlier” a voice says.

I look up to see Myumei and her two goons staring down at me. They crack their knuckles like they have personal beef with me. I slowly get up, dust myself off and stare down her two guards before looking at her.

    “So what, you're going to have your two goons beat the apology out of me” I say not losing eye contact.

    “It doesn't have to come to that if you just apologize” she says.

    “Why so you can be at ease knowing you’re in control, sorry better luck next time” I say walking away.

    In anger snaps her fingers then her goons try to seize me. One puts his hand on my shoulder and I can feel his grip tightening,while the other tries to grab me and pin me down. Swiftly I break away from their hold and get into a fighting stance. They both look at Myumei almost for confirmation.

    “Do what you must” she says, snapping her finger again.

    They both rush me simultaneously but I do my best to evade their attacks. Damn if only they were like me I wouldn't mind showing them how I really fight. I'm able to get a hit in on one but I can feel the other closing in on me. I duck and roll out of his swing then grab a handful of sand and throw it in his face. While he is blinded I go for his legs kicking them in making him fall to the ground,before he can recover I kick him hard in the face knocking him out. I look at Myumei and the other guard.

    “Still want me to apologize?” I ask.

The other guard rolls up his sleeves which  means he's getting serious. I see Myumei's face is full of rage and confusion which puts a small smile on my face. He quickly rushes me fast jabs while also protecting his face. This guy is the real deal Myumei's dad doesn't play around when it comes to her. Unfortunately, he's still no match for what I can do. I start with rapid body shots until he has to either back away or protect it then does the unthinkable;instead he grabs my wrist and hoists me up then grabs my other wrist and holds me there. Wrong move, I swing my body forward then connect my knee with his chin causing him to let go and stumble backwards.

     Quickly I capitalize on this small window by getting two fast swings followed up with a swift roundhouse. He hits the ground hard in front of Myumei causing her to jolt back. I stare her down and she looks at me in disbelief. Slowly I put my hands in my hoodie and walked toward her.

    “Please Issei don't hurt me. I'm sorry I won't try anything like this again!” she yells cowering in fear.

I walk past her like nothing ever happened.She looks at me walking away, at her bodyguards then back to me. The scene plays through her mind and tears fall out eyes into the sand.

    “Why… why didn't he hurt me?”she asks herself.

    I make it back to the beach and see Jiro having fun with some girls playing volleyball while Sabi is still shooting his shot with other girls. Sitting on the step I laugh a little while enjoying the setting sun. Jiro notices me then runs over to talk to me.

    “So, I see you didn't wait on me” she says sitting next to me.

    “Just went for a walk” I say.

    “Did you enjoy your walk?” she asks.

    “For the most part, until Myumei came along” I say.

    “What did she want?” she asks.

    “She wanted me to apologize for what I said to her” I say.

    “Did you?” she asks.

    I only give her a look and she begins to laugh. We talk about past experiences, our first meeting and how we've grown from that. Soon it gets dark as a few lights switch on toward the path leading to the beach. Sabi comes over to tell us goodnight and not to be put too late before making more kissing noises. I look up at the moon then the starry night sky and wonder if she's up there watching me.

    “It's getting cold, ready to go inside” Jiro says, shivering.

    “No, I'm gonna sit out here for a little bit” I say.

    “Well goodnight Issei” she says.

    “Goodnight Jiro” I say.

    After she heads inside I feel something out at the beach area,so I get up and walk to it. When I look around I don't see anything out of the ordinary,as I turn around my eyes glow a ruby red telling me something is coming and coming fast. I see it as I turn and catch it with swift speed.

    “A tranquilizer dart?” I say.

Quickly I surveyed my surroundings to find out who shot it,but no one was there to take the fault. I smash it to the ground as the contents start to flow out then again my eyes glow; a hooded figure runs up behind me brandishing a rapier swing and thrusting toward me. I easily evade his attacks but something seems off about him. I rush him quickly but he backs up as five black balls fly past my face, then smoke explodes from them blinding my vision.

    I sense an incoming attack near my midsection so I grab the attacker's leg and swing him away. To my surprise it's another hooded figure that pulls out two crimson revolvers twice the size of regular revolvers. Looking behind me I see the other hooded attacker with his rapier, they both nod at each other then each pull out a large orb like device. They throw it in the air as it strikes a beam of light into the other creating a light prism around us before disappearing.

    “To make sure you don't try and escape” the gun wielding attacker says in a female voice.

    They circle me like sharks in the water slowly plotting my demise. I watch their every move but I need to get away somehow. I would go easy on them because they're women who don't know what I'm capable of,but they are trying to kill me or at least subdue me.

    “Who are you?” I ask.

    “You don't get to ask questions monster!” the one with guns says before pointing them at me.

    This time the gun chick rushes in with bullets flying but I'm able to dodge all of them easily. The sword welder rushes as well and I dodge her too with bullets and sword swings alike going everywhere. I guess I have no choice then. I get away from both of them then slowly raise both my hands up to the sky. The water from the ocean begins to rise into a large tidal wave towering over us. They look up in shock and awe at the overwhelming force in front of them;quickly they try to rush me but I slam my hands into the sand causing the tidal wave to come down on top of us.

    The force of the wave breaks the prism sending all of us into the ocean. They begin to swirl in the water, then press a button on their wrist giving them instant scuba gear I've never seen before. I start getting shot at, so I move my hands in a swirling motion causing the water to swirl rapidly. Afterwards, I raise my hands again, having all of us rise with the water in columns as I stand in the middle. The one with the gun tries to get to the other one who isn't moving; I see this and lower us slowly to the beach. When we are on the ground she rushes to the one.

    “REA!” she yells out.

Rea? Is that the name of the other one? I see her removing the scuba mask which is cracked and broken. Something in the water must have broken it in the swirling. I see her try to give her CPR but it doesn't work and she starts to break down.

    “Please Rea please don't go, don't leave me” she says crying.

    I tower over her looking over them;in anger she turns and swings at me but I stop it with my hand and toss her aside.

Then I look at the other to see her orange skin and blonde hair. What is she? I let that thought go then put my hand on her mouth and removed the excess water from her lungs.

I give her CPR then I hear the click of a gun and feel it on the back of my head.

    “Get away from my sister” the other says.

    I stand slowly then back away from her then I see her scuba gear is off too. Her skin is blue like the clear ocean, her hair and eyes are purple while her expression is fear and anger. She slowly moves to her sister and puts her ear to her chest and hears a heart beat. Her sister rises up coughing up more water that I couldn't get to. She hugs her crying her eyes out.

    “I thought I lost you” she says.

    “I'm okay Niko” Rea says.

So Rea and Niko are their names. I break up their little happy moment with a few questions.

    “Who are you?” I ask.

    “Shut up” Niko says.

    “Are you forgetting I just saved her life” I tell her.

    “Wait, you saved me...Why?” Rea asks.

    “Because even though you two tried to kill me I'm not the monster your sister thinks I am” I told Rea.

    “Bullshit, I know you're a monster” Niko says.

    “Where's your proof?” I say.

    “One of your powers, regular humans, don't display those types of abilities” Rea says.

    “And two the fifty plus people you've killed so explain that” Niko says in anger.

    “I have my reasons, something neither of you would understand” I say.

    “There is no circumstance where fifty plus people should disappear within minutes, especially not from one one person” Niko says.

    “Issei Udo of Planet 283 “Earth” we are placing you under arrest for murder” Rea says.
