With a quick horizontal pull of the blade Kazuya feels a searing hot pain across his abdomen. The blade that burns with incredible warmth leaves a large gash directly under his rib cage. An overwhelming pain emanates from the wound, knelt down and no longer able to catch his breath. Red blood pools around his knees the sight is disgusting, Kazuya feels the flow of the blood oozing out of the wound. It’s warm to the touch, its wet, and soft seeing his hands covered in blood it quickly becomes a struggle for him to stay conscience.
“ stay awake… you have to complete the ritual… it’ll never…” a distant voice calm yet demanding, in such a terrible state Kazuya can barely make sense of what the voice is saying. Ears ringing with such ferocious ping that his vision steadily becomes blurred. Unable to stay conscience Kazuya falls to the ground passing out from blood loss.

A loud knock on a thin wooden door. Kazuya sits up out of bed. It’s bright out; the sun is shining down through the window. The harsh light accompanied by a splitting headache, Kazuya has no recollection of how he wound up back in his apartment.
“kazi it’s been three days” Sylvia enters the room peeking her head around the door. She looks at Kazuya with a concerned look. “Don’t you think you should get out of bed now?” She picks up a few bottles laying around on the floor.
“You’re wearing my jacket.” Sylvia was adorned in a blue and yellow Bathing Ape track jacket. The colors separated by a black trim with the letters “BAPE” embroidered into the fabric. “Take it off right now it’s not yours!” Kazuya snaps sharply at her. Sylvia was used to it, he has always been this way especially in the morning, and certainly about this jacket.
