After some centuries of the harmonic relationship between the human, werewolves and vampires, The vampires and werewolves ceased to exist. Only the humans remained.

The scuffle for the strong hold led to an all out war which resulted in the destruction of the integrity of the nation. Ultimately in order to overcome the prevailing circumstances the eight leaders came forward to lead the people with common interest. The greed for power resulted in the death of millions. This led to the birth of the eight factions which are now called states.

It was a scientifically developed world with advancement in military technology. Mankind had their own renewed defense forces. There were scientifically modifies domes between each and every state which used to detect day to day activities of people entering and living the state.

Each state had two gates. One in the north and the other in the east. All the states had their own commander. All the eight commanders had a committee to maintain the peace of the country. The committee had a superior. Without his approval no one could implement any new rule in their states.

The committee was known by the name Phantom Observers.

It was April. The sun rose as usual resulting in a new day. The people were working as usually in all the states. “It is peaceful as usual” said a person standing next to commander seeing outside the window of a building. “Indeed it is” said the commander to the person while he was looking at the documents which were brought to him.

He was commander of the state five which was said to have the strongest military might. He was Ivan Charles the man of his words. He was a great leader who led the state in the best form. Most of the commanders had respect for him as he was a humble man. And the person who assisted him was Varl Ignus a person of strong will.

While both of them were busy with their work they heard the alarm which was a sign of an intruder. Soon the room got a call which said “We have an intruder. We are going to deploy the military as it is not possible to stop the intruder”. “Go ahead said the commander” while picking up the coat on his chair. He left the room with guns in his pocket and coat on his shoulder. His assistant followed him.

They both went out to see the people panicking. The intruder was in a fighter jet which was never seen before. He dropped missiles which started to destroy the building.

Seeing that the Ivan said “Let the military base know that I want the Re-5 to be activated”. “Yes sir” said Varl and left the place. “This will be a mess” whispered Charles after Varl left the place.

“Commander has ordered to activate Re-5” said the assistant contacting the military base. “Yes sir” said a person. “All units stand by we are now going to phase-0. Everyone note we are going to phase-0” announced the military general all over the place. Everyone hearing that went in standby mode and the Re-5 was brought up.
