*piiiiiiiiiiiiiii*
Waking up to the stupid alarm I got up and check the foxes……… I guess that I can’t call them puppies anymore they are now the size of an adult fox and still didn’t wake up what mean that they are still evolving…… maybe I can help a little……
Picking up the male fox I concentrate on my mana turning it to the wind attribute and ‘force’ the mana into the fox…. What happen next surprised me; the fox actually drain half of my mana when I only wanted to see what a little mana could do….. And then something even more amazing happen the fox fur start to turn green……but as a green fox is weird so I start giving him earth mana, and then I saw brown spreading like fire on its green fur and the result was much cooler than before, now the fox have most of the body brown but with wild lines of green that don’t follow any pattern what makes this fox a piece of abstract art….. Very awesome…..
Finishing the fox alteration I turn to the two females…… I want to do something especial to them but first I need to gain some EP……
Mmmhhhhh until now I only win EP by chance or by killing animals but I need 50 EP and that are 10 foxes level: 0 or 5 lizard level:1.
‘You can say evolutions are levels…. I think’
But finding and kill so many will be dangerous and take too much time….
Mmmhhhhh… I know maybe if I can fortify my bones as I was trying to do last night maybe that will earn me some points…. And even if it doesn’t, it never hurts to have sturdy bones.
I spent the next hours injecting my bones with raw mana, only stopping to eat some fried meat that was left from yesterday, feed the sleeping foxes and to refill my mana.
4 hour later I received what I wanted…
*ping*
System MessageBy infusing mana into your bones, your bones are now as hard as steel.
1 of 4 steps to: ******** evolution complete.
Wow, I was expecting the steel bones or something similar but this also counts as a step to evolution???? But why it doesn’t show the evolution name???
Mmhhhh Can’t do nothing about that now…… what I can do is see if this give me the points I need….
“Log evolution points”
[
System message(First) You successful complete the first step to the next evolution -> 20 000 EP
For completing the first step to evolution within the update period you have been awarded with-> 50 000 EP
For being the first human to take the first step towards the next evolution you have been given the title-> Pioneer
“JACKPOT” muuuuhahahahhaha I hit the jackpot this is what I needed lots of points and now I know that I can for sure evolve hopefully to something better….. And I gain a title….. I never saw my own title because I thought that was something to tell people apart like some get the nerd title and other murder title but it looks that it’s not like that……
Let’s see what they do…
“Titles”
Title: LazyDue to your lazy nature once you gain +1 WIS for every 24 hours of sleep without interruption.
[tr]
Title: PioneerAs a pioneer you are always one step ahead of your peers.
Discovering new things (animals, dungeons, plants….) will grant you random stats points.
Mmmmmhhhhh maybe dragons also have this title and that’s why they sleep so much….. I can’t sleep so much, unless I can transform in an immortal dragon or something….
But the pioneer title could be very lucrative…… or useless, once it only works if I’m the first to find the new thing…… I guess I’m lucky in this valley there are maybe 500 people and most of them are in the other side so I should some new plants or dungeons in my side…….
……..wait dungeons??????? Wtf the system didn’t said nothing about dungeons……it will only be incorporate in a future update???? Now that the dungeons were mentioned the big lizard room could be considerate a boss room in a dungeon……A dungeon with only one tunnel and the boss room….. But I didn’t receive any message from the system…..
Doesn’t matter for now I’m already way too much sidetracked…
What I wanted was 50 EP to buy 1% light affinity but now that I gain so many points I will buy 1% light and holy affinities.
I buy 1% because I discovered that I can’t even transform mana to light or holy attribute without having at least 1% affinity……so now that I can transform my mana to all the elements (light attribute is white and holy is yellow) I can start improving the two remaining foxes…..
………..
……………
……….
A couple of hours later…
There I’m finished and I must say I did a pretty good job, the first fox is now white with the tip of the fur blue and the other one is black with the tip of the fur red. As you can guess the in the first I used light and water mana and for the second dark and fire mana…. Ohhh I almost forgot for the white fox I changed the right eye to white and the left to blue and did the same for the other right eye black and left red.
I can’t wait to teach them ability’s and see them rip apart an army of lizard’s hahahahahah.
With all the excitement I spend all the morning on this…….
What to do? What to do?
…………
………………
………..
After having lunch I determine that the weapons that I currently have are too weak so let’s make something nice.
In front of me are all the materials that I could gather from around the house: 1 hammer, 1 sledgehammer, some iron bars, my bat, 3 cement maces, 7 kg of cement, lots of nails and screws.
From my previous hunt I have: 2 small lizard scale pelt 20 small claws, 1 fluffy fox pelt, 1 big lizard scale pelt and 10 big claws.
Mhhhhh what to do with all this???
Ohhh!!! I know let’s try the new skill. I pick up 1 mace and some steel and use ‘Merge’ and the result is good, it’s not as strong as a normal medieval mace but is far better than before…now merging some more iron and some steel nails I have now a resistant useful mace that I have no idea how to use….. well before I just use it to distract the opponent by throwing hit ……

Now that I know that I can fortify object I can do the weapons that I want I only need to have good materials something that I currently don’t possess…..
No use crying for what I don’t have let’s do the best I can with what I have….
Preparing the cement (very useful if you have a way to make it more durable) I make 2 spears, a long sword and a katana. Why make so many different weapons?? Well I don’t know how to correctly use any of them so I built different weapon in the possibility one enemy is immune to one type of weapon, like skeletons I will have much more success if I fight them with a mace or the sledgehammer.
Now let’s experiment a little while the cement is still fresh I fuse a spear with iron and after cement is dry I fuse the other spear with the same amount of iron.
The result is different from what I expected this is the information of the first spear:
Before merging the spear with iron:
[tr]
Cement SpearDurability: 10/10A crude spear done from cementDamage:5
After merging the spear with iron:
Cement/iron SpearDurability: 30/30A crude spear done from cement and then merged with ironDamage:15
The second spear despite displaying the same ‘lore’ has different values and this indicates that different methods of ‘crafting’ led to different results…
Cement/iron SpearDurability: 20/20A crude spear done from cement and then merged with ironDamage:20
The damage is higher for the spear that was merge with iron after drying but its durability is lower that the spear that was merged with iron wile drying…
After the test with the spears I make some tests with the long sword.
While shaping the cement into the long short form I’m constantly inserting mana into it and before the cement dry I merge some iron. I only stop inserting mana into the sword when the cement dry and this was the result.
Cement/iron SwordDurability: 50/50A crude sword done from cement and then merged with iron, due to mana presence during the crafting the sword become sharper and more durable than a sword made from cement could ever beDamage:25
hahahahah… I wonder how many more things can I do in order to make my weapons stronger???
I know the strongest type of weapon…. A sentient sword…. Can I make one??....only one way to find out…..
First I need a core to contain the mind and then I need a way so that the sword can evolve …
Picking up some earth and with earth manipulation I compress it into a small ball and when I was thinking that I couldn’t compress more the earth become grey… I become confused then I noticed that the earth become iron…. Some experiment latter I find out that I can transform earth into iron but I can’t control it, so if I want an iron spear I can manipulate the earth to form a spear then transform it into iron, what means that all the work I have done so far I was in vain……*tear in the corner of the eye *
Well at least learn something…..
Moving on, I pick up the metal sphere and start infusing mana into it while trying to make a copy of my brain network but for more connections that I create they disappear once I try making another one……
Why can’t I make an artificial brain? It’s because I’m doing it wrong or the iron sphere isn’t suitable for what I want? Well I guess is just impossible to do a sentient weapon with what I have….
Despite being distracted I never stopped providing mana to the sphere and when I noticed the grey iron sphere was now glowing, surprised I stop my mana and the sphere stop glowing but instead of grey was now blue.
Small Artificial Mana CoreDurability: 10/10An artificial made mana core, its uses are unknownMana:150/150
Ohhhh maybe now I can make the connections….. no still can’t make the network, but now I can make 5 connections before the first one disappear…. What I’m missing???
Mmhhhh…. Let’s try cheat a little, I pick up the brain from the carnivores water lizard (I really need to dispose of the bodies, they are starting to smell) and fuse the brain with the small mana core.
??????: ???#$#$ERROR$#&$#&$???:???
Well that’s new… I guess that I’m doing progress if the system can’t identify it.
……………
Yes, I just create a copy of my brain on the mana core/brain it only took 2 hours….. now that this is done I have to build the sword.
Now instead of losing time with cement I control the earth to build my katana, I don’t know much about crafting but I know that katana is one of the hardest type of sword to craft and that’s what makes it such a good sword…. So instead of making the katana in one go I make 3 pieces, the blade, the back of the blade and the handle. After making the 3 pieces and turning them to iron I pick up the blade and fuse all the steel I can find (nails, screws…) to it.
Now the hard part I have to put together all 4 pieces, for this I have to only fuse part of the item in a way that they stay together but don’t fuse completely. This process demands much more concentration and once I fuse 5 mm of the blade to its back I stop and check if it doesn’t break at least force… 5 hits from a hammer later I confirmed that 5 mm is enough to partially fuse objects together without risk to break from each other. Before finishing the sword I completely fuse the mana core to the handle, it’s safer having it on the handle, one blade I can easily do but the mana core/brain it’s too hard to replicate and I don’t know if in the future I will have the luxury of siting on my ass for more than 3 hours without having to be on high alert…
Finally the last part, fusing the blade with the handle….
*ping*
“Ooohhh…. Really?”
