Ext. interior courtyard city of trielles -- day
Dr. Idrari nervously shuffles, now wearing a new bio suit with a stack of folders in his hands, through a graveyard, Black Guard and citizens alike strewn all over, blood everywhere. The courtyard is vast with the river running far underneath it's raised dais and the sound of the waterfall rolling behind. Bodies cover every inch of ground, the Blackguard in pieces, rifles broken in half but also civilians, women and children and men not escaping death's miasm. The Doctor slips by, a silent nervous purveyor of carnage, looking up at the towering building that houses the council. He stops for a moment and sighs then strolls into the building.
InT. council chambers -- city of trielles -- day
The Raven sits sprawled upon a throne like chair above a long rectangular table with bodies strewn across the table and around the room, many men in long flowing robes of different colors and many guardsman. The large double doors to the room are open with one hanging by it's hinges. The Raven is covered in blood from head to toe with bits of flesh here and there. He looks lost in thought and doesn't seem to see Dr. Idrari inching his way into the room. Dr. Idrari shuffles down the left side of the room. He came to stop within 10 feet realizing The Raven was talking to himself.
THE RAVEN
The skein has unraveled, the dream falling in death throes What has changed? Everything is a blur, clouded, unclear. My dream is lost, the weave unthreading, it's breath in last gasps, a maelstrom of uncertainty. What changed? (A look upon his face grasping an idea) My sister? My sister, could it be? It must be, it must be her, she is, she is the bone in my teeth, destroying all the possibilities. She will make it impossible to be ready for when they come. Why can't I see her? How does she ghost upon the world? She will ruin everything, everything. Her blood must spill across the land. Her blood must fill my throat and be a graveyard to all that would interfere with my destiny.
Dr. Idrari clears his throat three times before The Raven looks at him, his cybernetics across his brow sparking and shifting from cables along his head into his eyes causing a brief glow. The Doctor takes a step back.
THE RAVEN (CONT'D)
Ahh Dr. It is good to see you have shall we say refreshed yourself. I have to be honest. I have made somewhat of a mess here. You will have to find some people still breathing to put it in order. And what is that you have with you? a gift by chance?
The Doctor looks nervous edging around a corpse laying on the steps leading up to the Raven.
Dr.IDRARI
Lord, uhh, Lord Raven. I brought you the estimated time computations on the accelerated growth of the beta models.
The Raven laughs and strikes the papers from the doctor's hands.
THE RAVEN
I have already calculated those numbers Dr. You must find yourself to be more useful to me in my grand design otherwise you endanger your soul to become irrelevant. And as you see around you the consequence of irrelevance I suggest you find inspiration to endeavor to reach beyond your peers and find yourself indispensable within my new realm. What I would like you to research and how you can possibly refind my favor is to understand how my dear sister confounds my visions. Where clarity once reigned within the slumber I recently awoke from now it is confusion and murky depths that sit upon the throne. Find me the answers doctor, and soon. You are dismissed.
The doctor, head down, walks out of the room with nerves tracking his every step. The Raven's eyes blaze along with all his circuitry. He arches back into the throne. He convulses and thrashes his hands cracking the arms of the throne, blood seeping out. The energy then dies down a flicker of it still in his eyes as his focus comes back into the now.
The RAVEN (CONT'D)
The key, he is the key! The Wolf is the fulcrum to lever my dreams! If I gain him I shall carve up the world!!!!

The Raven excitedly jumps down from the dais and starts laughing giddily grabbing corpses and flinging them around in some macabre dance, blood flying everywhere. Then continuing to laugh he runs to the broken double doors dragging a corpse by the arm, then seeing that he has it, flings it against the wall.
THE RAVEN (CONT'D)
Doctor!!! Dear Doctor!!!
He exits the room. Back on a high ledge above the dais, a young female, The Hawk, fades into view, cybernetic circuitry covering her face and limbs. SHe looks like she has a plan against this madness.
Ext. Desert of the waste -- night
A man in a dark robe sits in front of a fire with a small lizard being cooked on a spit sitting above the fire. Next to him is a large water skin. He looks around and pulls back his hood revealing a bestial face, bald with a large scar running over his skull and large patches of skin with old burns. He turns the meat then lifts the water skin and takes a good swig. As it leaves his lips he doesn't cap it yet and stares directly across the fire.
SAVARU ASUL
I know you to be hungry mi lady and dare I say thirsty. (pauses) But where are my manners, fear must be a dogged beast upon your heart. You are safe here, safe as The Waste permits I should say. No harm will come to you, this, I, Savaru Asul of The Burn, do promise. I know you have had a long journey and a longer one still I see upon the skein of your steps. (pause) The sooner started, the sooner finished I say.
He still stares across the fire and as his eyes never leave pulls the roasted lizard off the spit and takes a bite, grease and gristle dribbling down his chin. With that a girl of ten materializes out of the air directly across the fire kneeling and staring at him and the food intently. She has cybernetics scrolling on the side of her scalp and her eyes shed an eerie light. He takes another bite and then throws the rest of the lizard to her which she catches deftly out of the air and starts consuming voraciously. After many bites she lifts her head and looks at him, juices covering her face. He throws her the water skin which she also catches, pulls the cap off with her teeth then taking large swallows. She wipes her mouth with her forearm then stares at him.
The hawk
How did you know I was there? Noone sees me unless I wish it.
Savaru Asul smiles.
SAVARU ASUL
As to how I saw through your uniquely gifted camouflage, I did not. AS to how I knew you were there I dreamed a dream many ages back of this moment, where one who was destined to change all would need a helping hand. SO I, Savaru Asul, who owe a debt to the world we find ourselves upon the precipice of obliged fate's reaching hand and the dream I did heed. But as I have now mentioned my name twice, before thrice reaches my feral lips what is the name you would be called mi lady?
She looks at him in confusion.
THE HAWK
I have never thought about it. I have been awake so short a time and most of it spent, spent. Why did he kill father?!!
With that tears etch themselves in her eyes and great heaving sobs roll across her frame. The next she knows a large shadow is above her and impossibly long arms are sweeping her up leaving the lizard and water skin upon the sand and enveloping her in a soft embrace as her chest heaves in sobs.
The hAWK (CONT'D)
I feel so, so alone, and, and afraid. Why did my brother kill father? Why is blood the only thing he sees or wants? I slept for so long but in my sleep I dreamed of my father, many times. He always told me he loved me and that I was meant to make the world a better place.
Savaru Asul holds her till her sobs recede.
SAVARU ASUL
You are not responsible for your brother's choices little one. He and others hold that weight. But never the less I have dreamed what is to be and it is up to you and I and one other to stop what is to come, to change what has always been, before all is embers and ash.
Embers float of the fire into the air near their backs. The Hawk looks back up to him.
THE HAWK
My brother calls himself The Raven, death his flag. My name, my name, Hawk, sight as sharp as the edge of a blade, quick as the lightning carving the sky, a predator to all that takes wing. He shouldn't of killed father. He shouldn't of.
NOSTRADOMUS
Ahh my sweet, keep to the anger that flowers within your breast, you shall need it and much much more. And if Hawk is what you choose as your heraldry then Hawk it will be. We have a world to walk and dreams to weave. I took my final journey from my home to come help you put all that is wrong right. We have a long way in the doing.
More sparks flare from the dying fire.
