I am Marcos, a regular academic. I was a victim of a bus accident on my way home. My body was in intense pain, as if a thousand needles were piercing through it. With my whole body convulsing, I lost consciousness.
When I came to, I found myself in a dark and empty space... Until my definitive memories returned. Hmm... so this is how I died. I always thought that after death I would go to heaven, after all, that's what my parents always told me when I was a child. Unfortunately, my life wasn't like that. After my parents went bankrupt, I ended up in an orphanage and living in poverty. After turning 18, I left the orphanage and started working in a store. Most of the time I worked, but the rest of the time I studied. After a few years, I was able to get into a business university. In the end, I wanted to be like my father, but I didn't want to end up like him, kind and compassionate. In my opinion, the strong survive and the weak are left behind.
Anxiety built up as I waited for some sign of life. The silence was deafening, and uncertainty consumed me. That's when I realized: where was my body? I tried to feel my arms and legs, but I felt nothing. I shouted desperately for help, but there was no response. I was trapped in an absolute darkness, endless, hopeless. It was like being trapped in an endless nightmare.
I tried to recover my memories, but they only caused me pain and sadness. For a moment, I thought maybe I was in hell. But then, the darkness completely engulfed me, and I passed out.
I woke up to a robotic voice echoing in my mind.
[God System starting up]
I was confused and scared, but the voice gave me hope. Finally, someone had found me.
"Who are you?" My voice came out weak and trembling. After a few seconds, the voice answered.
[I am the system.]
"System? What is that?" I asked, trying to understand where I was.
[I was created to help you on your path.]
I was surrounded by absolute darkness and couldn't see anything. "What path? I don't see anything, just this darkness."

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. How could I, a weak and defenseless boy, become a god? It was madness.
[Shall we begin?] The robotic voice asked.
An intense blue light illuminated in front of me, and a transparent screen appeared in front of me with information.

I was shocked to read my status. I didn't want to be a puppy. Before I could finish speaking, everything went dark, and I lost consciousness.

I open my eyes and feel the sunlight caressing my face. The sensation is wonderful, as if I had been resurrected from a long sleep. I feel my breathing stabilizing, and the fresh air entering and leaving my lungs. With difficulty, I stand up and look around. I am lying on a green plain, with the sun shining in the middle of the day. In the distance, I see majestic mountains, which seem to stretch to infinity. I feel a sense of tranquility and hope invading me, and I know I need to find out where I am and how I got here. With this thought, I begin to walk, determined to find my answers.
I walked a little awkwardly at first, but soon I got used to my new movements. Then, a voice sounded in my mind.
[System]: Host, you can open your statistics by thinking or speaking the word "status."
I immediately spoke the word "status". A majestic and intimidating voice came out, and I realized that this voice was my true voice. Ignoring that for now, looking at my attributes, they seem to be above average in my head.
[System]: The host wishes to know their level of strength compared to any race in this world?
"Can you do that?" I asked with curiosity and a bit of anxiety.
[System]: Of course, I will scan all living and dead creatures and show the host the creatures that are of their strength level. This will take a few minutes. Do you have any other questions?
"Yes, are there humans in this world?" I asked, hoping to find some similarity with my previous world.
[System]: Yes, there are humans, as well as other races that are common in fantasy worlds, such as elves.
"Elves? Can you tell me some information about them? I also want to know about other races that resemble humans," I asked, my curiosity growing every second.
[System]: Sure, I will show you everything you want to know. While we wait for the scanning results, I can tell you more about the history and culture of these fantastic beings. They are known for their ability with magic and their longevity. They also have a strong connection with nature and live in harmony with it.
I walked through the hot plain, the sun beating down on my skin, when suddenly a system warning appeared in front of me:
I looked to the right and saw a forest with giant trees in the distance. I tried to force my vision to see something, but the sun was hindering me. I started walking towards the forest. After a few minutes, I began to feel my body getting hotter and hotter. That made sense, after all, I was a wolf. Another system warning appeared:
I started to feel a sense of calm and coolness spreading throughout my body, it was incredible. I had gained an incredible ability, "Heat Resistance", which allowed me to withstand extreme heat conditions without taking damage. I didn't understand how it worked, so I asked the system.
System: "I was designed to give abilities according to the host's needs."
"So, does that mean if I get hurt, I will gain a regeneration ability?"
System: "Yes, that is possible."
With this system, I felt practically invincible. Continuing to walk towards the forest, after a few minutes, I began to enter a dense and closed forest. It was an unknown place, but with the system, I was ready for any challenge. As I walked, I began to notice the change in vegetation, the trees grew taller and darker, the bushes denser, and the temperature higher. But with my new ability "Heat Resistance", I could withstand all of this without taking damage.
Minutes passed, and I got closer to the point indicated by the system, until I finally saw a small camp. It was composed of cloth tents, campfires, and a series of small beings with green skin, which I soon identified as goblins. Getting closer and hiding, I began to hear screams from what seemed to be women. Soon, I could see goblins carrying and taking women to their tents, while others stood guard with weapons. I even saw them beating a woman ruthlessly.
With my new stealth ability, I approached the goblin camp silently. I could clearly see the horrors they were committing, kidnapping and assaulting innocent women.
"WHAT KIND OF WORLD IS THIS?"
