Alex started bleeding. Ryan ordered Otis and his group to cover her and started to tear his clothes and put them on Alex's wound. Biomed continued to shoot at Ryan's group, but Ryan couldn't stop Alex's bleeding. Alex died. A group fled towards the forest. They started running and shots were coming towards them. Ryan ordered the group to disperse and each person went in a direction. The others went in one direction and Ryan and Otis in one direction. The shooting at Otis and Ryan subsided after the group dispersed and they kept running for a long time until they could no longer hear the sound of the shooting and hid in a small cave covered with grass that Otis's friends had prepared before. Otis and Ryan entered the cave and covered the cave and waited for the others to come. Ryan couldn't control himself and started hitting the cave wall. Otis stopped him and said to him, "It's not your fault. You did what you could to save her. You didn't want to poison her. They killed her, not you." Ryan sat on the ground and his hand was bleeding. He said to him, "We were living in a city that was strongly spreading propaganda in it a week before the virus started. The country's conditions worsened and riots began, the army withdrew from the army, and the government put Biomed in place of the army." Ryan was surprised by that and how brainwashed he was. Otis said to him, "We are going to a city that welcomes everyone and is not subject to Biomed. Its name is the City of Light." It is ruled by a just person who hates Biomed. Just control yourself so that we can get there. While they were talking, the rest of the people from Otis' group entered and said to him, "Otis, the road to the City of Light is far and it is filled with infected people. Bimod helicopters have started searching for us and armored vehicles. We have been eliminated." Otis said to him, "It's easy, don't be afraid." A person from Otis' group said, "How can I not worry or be afraid while Alex is dead?" Another person said, "I say that we surrender and hand Ryan over to them, they may be able to pardon us." Otis slapped him and said to him, "We did not hand anyone over. I know that Alex's death was difficult for you, but we must continue living. Let's start moving." We had a long way to go and while they were talking, one of the infected came in. He heard them arguing and bit one of Otis's group and shot the infected. Otis checked the person who was attacked and found him bitten, so he raised his gun and killed him. Ryan said, "Why the hell did you kill him?" Otis replied, "When an infected bites you, you turn quickly. No more questions, let's move." They got out of the cave and started walking, but Biomed's security forces heard the gunfire and sent a helicopter. Otis' group started running in the forest towards the main road. On the way, they were shooting at the infected until they reached a highway that was empty of people and destroyed cars. They stopped in the middle of the road, not knowing where to go, whether to head to the City of Light or hide, until people with Nazi crosses tattooed on them came out and shot Otis' group. Everyone was injured except Otis and Ryan. They took them hostage, covered their eyes and entered a tunnel they dug under the road. When Biomed forces arrived, they found only corpses, but they could not identify who had died because of the large number of infected people in the area, and the infected people began to eat the corpses.
