I also just realized I need 500 words to publish a chapter, so to fill up space, I’ll put down some random character concepts, trivia, and fun facts.

Urn and his locket was very much so inspired by Yugioh- specifically Yugi and his Millenium Puzzle necklace. I also listened to the “DU-DU-DU-Duel!!” theme while writing, lmao.

This book is actually the second version of the story; there was another version, the one which I wrote first but never published cause I..you know, I don’t really remember.

In that version Urn had lightning powers and time magic.

This Urn got shafted big time power-wise lmao.

Alci and the Epe Tribe are heavily based on elves if that wasn’t obvious.

Originally magic wasn’t something you were born with, but in this version it is.

In the first version you just learned magic.

Naadi is probably my favorite character if it wasn’t obvious.

Urn in the first version was just as calculating, however Urn in this version is especially calculating and….morally questionable at some points.

I never really enjoyed Urn’s character because although he can be cool when he gets to cooking, he was a drag to write otherwise.

And I can’t think of anything else so I’m going to fill up the rest of space by repeating myself.
