Nico

IT HAD BEEN THREE DAYS SINCE THE EXPLOSION, and Nico had been recuperating well. With Caleb's expertise as a medical student and Nico's desire to get well, he could pretty much resume to his old life. Though...

"No straining. Don't fight yet like your siblings does. They're a pain in the arse." Caleb complained.

"Yes sir." Nico answered in a mock salute.

They suddenly heard a crash and the noise of something breaking. The two dashed to the living room where Nico's siblings had been. When they got there, their eyes widened.

Three wooden chairs were broken and so were their swear jar (long story).

"Oh come on! That was the sixth one! And it's only been two days!" Caleb yelled in complaint.

Nico couldn't help but face-palm. They decided to make the living room a sparring area (despite the small space), and managed to break a few chairs, glasses, lamps and tables.

"You guys should restrain yourselves." he told them.

"Just the two of them. I'm busy here doing," Nis paused. "stuff."

"Hey!" Nica and Niche yelled.

Nico noticed Nis always doing something in his laptop. He wouldn't tell any of them though. They just didn't bother him, he might get ticked off. Nis getting ticked off is not good. It involved having a rash for a few days and an explosive pen.

"Anyway, you found any clue where Dr. Crazy might be hiding mom and dad?" he asked.

"Hey! Don't ignore me!" Caleb yelled.

"I'll, get you new stuff so shut up, Collins." Nica sneered.

"Tch. Fine! If you need me, I'll be at my room. I'm supposed to study for my exams." Caleb left the room.

The four were left with an awkward silence. The only noise they could hear was Nis' typing. Nico noticed Nica glancing at Caleb's door, and he wasn't the only one who noticed it.

"You lllllllike him." Niche said out of the blue.

"Don't roll your tongue too much like Happy does." Nica complained.

"I agree with Niche." Nico sat on the couch.

"Me too. What were we talking about again?" Nis also said, and looked confused.

"You guys! Don't say nonsense things! I don't like him." Nica grumbled.

"Yeah right. We've been noticing how the two of you has gotten closer these past three days. Helping him with Nico was just an excuse for you to spend time with him." Niche added.

"Totally." Nico seconded.

"Now that you mention it, you sometimes steal glances at him. And you turn as red as tomatoes when you see him half-naked." Nis commented, his eyes not taking off the laptop.

"Oh, you're ganging up on me now. And which girl wouldn't blush when she sees a guy of that build half-naked?" Nica got a point. Caleb was pretty good shirtless. And Nico isn't gay okay? "If that's what you're at it, then I'm not telling you where mom and dad is." Nica walked away.

This made the three stop. They immediately followed her. When they were able to catch up to her, Niche immediately said: "We'll stop teasing you. Just tell us where mom and dad is."

"Well, we could agree on that one sis."

They were back on the living room.

"I traced them in Phoenix, Arizona. Libero has a facility there, that I'm sure of." Nica started. "I tracked mom and dad's tracking chips by hacking a military satellite. Also, Dr. Collusus called last night, checking up on us. I traced the location of his call and all three were found at Phoenix."

"We have to leave immediately. We only have four days left to prepare and travel to Arizona." Niche stated.

"I can't believe I'm saying this, but Niche's right." Nica said. "Nico's already fine, we can now proceed. I don't think we'll be safe if we continue staying here. CIA can find us and it'll put Caleb's life in danger."

"She's got a point." Nico seconded.

All three looked at Nis who was still working on his laptop. "I was listening. I suggest we leave now."

All of their things (which wasn't much) were prepared. They were ready to depart. Almost that is.

"Thank you for everything you've done, Caleb." Niche said.

"You're welcome. If you need a quick student doctor to help you, you can always come to me." Caleb replied with a smile.

"Uhm, Caleb." Nica called.

"Time to bail!" Nis yelled and dragged Niche and Nico away from the two, with their things.

They got to the elevator door. 'I wonder what they were talking about.' Nico thought.

"You think she confessed?" Niche asked.

"Dunno. She's an emotionless assassin, it's hard to tell." Nis answered.

"But she's still a human being. And a teenage girl too. There will be hormones involved." Nico stated.

A few minutes later, Nica came. She was blushing and smiling like a madman, or was it a  madwoman?

"You two got together?" Niche asked.

'Girls.' he thought.

"If we survive this hell of a problem? Let's see." Nica replied.

They all nodded. They were back on track. Saving their parents. And trying to stop Libero from their plans.
