Inside the castle of Ravenous Tigers
Wyndinn and Harrander are currently running around at full speed without restraint, both of them had a serious look on their face.
They glided through the stairs, rocketed passed the hallways and sprint past groups of bandits. As both of them are warriors of the 5th rank and 6th rank respectively, one could imagine the speed they are traveling in.
Of course, by running so haphazardly in the base of their enemies, it was natural that they would encountered upon some bandits along the way.
But these bandits are all selfish thugs that prioritized their lives before anything else, so how could they not be scrambling about trying to save their lives right now?
As such, whenever these bandits encountered the both of them, most of them wouldn't even spare a glance at them and minded their own business, leaving the two of them a free-way pass towards the prison.
Naturally, there are a couple of bandits that stopped and tried to block them. Merely, with their strength, how could they possibly be bothered by a couple of bandits? With a swish and a slash, those ‘couple’ of bandits were sent away to the next world.
It did not take them too long to get to the location where the captive and slaves are kept in. However, when they had finally reached the doorway that leads them to the the prison, they slowed down in their tracks and glanced at each other.
A look of worry could be seen in their eyes as the door that was supposed to be tightly guarded is actually left open. Despite of that, it had only caused them a moment of delay as they leaped up to speed once more, bursting through the door.
In spite of their worries, they were instead left dumbstruck when they saw that instead of the brawny bandits, there were around 10 youths instead with several captives, running around opening the locks of the cages.
When the two of them arrived, the 10 youths stopped for a moment to see the two of them and tossed them a ring of keys right away and ordered the two of them to help them, not taking another notice of them.
Wyndinn and Harrander stood in the entrance, taken aback by the scene before them, but not long after, a smile gradually rose from their lips.
“ No need for these. “ remarked Harrander as he threw away the keys and went into the closest still-locked cage in his vicinity, he then placed both of his hands into the steel bars of the cage and exerted his 6th ranked warrior strength, bending the bars into a hole in the size of an average adult.
The surrounding people bulged their eyes when they saw Harrander bending the steel bars so relaxedly. They then broke out into a great cheer straightaway..

The bandits scampered and scurried away, each of them had a ghastly look on their faces, some of them are even screaming “ it's doomsday!” Or “ it's an apocalypse!! “ as they ran away, magic beasts in tow.
High up in the skies however, Li Zun calmly floated high up in the air, his countenance looked otherworldly as if he did not care one bit of the storm that will occur.
His eyes closed, his divine strands stretched out. One by one, each of the strand surrounded the helpless and ordinary people that are bought into their lair by the bandits, protecting them from any serious danger.
Time passed by as he waited..
Soon, the leftovers of the Ravenous Tigers could no longer be seen within the mountains vicinity. They have quite a distance away from the mountain.
Aside from these bandits, Harrander and Wyndinn's group had also already escaped the castle, descending down the mountain and into the rocky lands.
They were already sweating nervously at the thought of the rumbling steps that neared them so they did not have the chance to relax at all. Of course their speed are much slower in comparison to the bandits because they had to help the captives and slaves in escaping as such, they had only reached the base of the mountain while the bandits are already running into the rocky grounds.
It was around this time that Li Zun finally opened his eyes, an unspeakable lamentation showed on his face.
“ 49 people, a measly 49 people out of thousands..” He murmured, thinking aloud.
These 49 people are members of the Ravenous Tigers that Li Zun saw who are willing to help the helpless in escaping, although not many of them went to the prison, at least they had still been willing to help those within their vicinity which was enough for Li Zun to forgive them.
He looked at the castle for a moment of time, then shook his head. " No use in lamenting, it's time for me to take care of those other bandits. "
The narrative has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the infringement.
With a swish, Li Zun disappeared from the skies, an invisible energy soon swept out throughout the rocky lands, pinpointing on the bandits that had escaped earlier.
With an intent from him, his Divine Energy flared and all thousands of bandits are suddenly teleported alongside him, he flashed and reappeared for another 3 times each with an staggering amount of distance between them before he finally landed on an island far away from land.
The clueless bandits, could only see flashes of white lights before the scenery before them changed completely, from the ragged rocky terrains to a sandy grass that stretched out into the distant sea.
These bandits were all dumbfounded, they had just been running away earlier on, some are even riding their magic beasts, but they had all suddenly appeared here?
And when they looked around, they could see hundreds of their comrades all here too, looking around in confusion.
The perpetrator, Li Zun did not even give them an explanation for their situation. He had only stood with his arms folded in the sky, glancing at them with a displeased look before he turned back and teleported away.
The crimes that these bandits have committed are far too heavy for Li Zun to just let them be free in the mainland, who knows what kind of act they would do to the helpless and ordinary villagers?
Although they had lost their most fearsome captains and experts, with a hundred or so of them, it is still enough to terrorize tens or so village, plundering and continuing their activities.
Of course the island Li Zun picked for them is by no means any normal island.
The island is as more than 5000 square miles, surrounded by high speed, powerful undercurrents that only 5th rank warriors could possibly withstand.
Beneath the waters are also home to vicious sea magic beasts and poisonous beasts, not to mention that most of these magic beasts are of the 2nd realm! It shows just how treacherous the underwater environment is surrounding that island.
Inside the island are also home to land and avian magic beasts, some which are relatively high grades.
While the island is full of colorful fruits and flowers, many 1st to 2nd grade magic beasts, and fishes to reel from the sea, the magic beasts that can appear from time to time are of no joke, they can tear the hundred of bandits apart and cause heavy casualties.
But this is in fact, already an act of kindness from Li Zun.
These bandits are all trashes of the society, none of them are worthy to be called a decent person, each and everyone of them are rotten and wicked to the bone, they will do anything necessary if it meant to be of use to them.
For Li Zun to give them another opportunity to live? This is only possible because of his transcendental powers, if he was only a mere 3rd realm warrior, he would've probably had to deal with them if he wants a foolproof method.
But with the power he had? He just chose to isolate them within an island.
If they lived? Then so be it.
If they were to die? Then, that is fine too.
~~~
Within the blue skies above the Ravenous Tigers base.
A white robed, golden haired Li Zun appeared out of nowhere.
He stood in the air in silence before he let out a deep breath and calmed down his turbulent emotions.
After a few breaths of time, his angered look is now gone, replaced by a sad and hurt expression.
It was only now did these emotions rose inside of him, killing all these people..even one is enough to affect his state of mind, a hundred of people..how could it possibly not cause grief and guilt to Li Zun?
This is because, although Li Zun is a transcendental God level being, his previous life is just that of an ordinary person!
He had never killed, nor had he even harmed before in his life previously. In this life, he was already forced to send some bandits he met outside the forest to their deaths, and now, he had to kill these hundred bandit captains personally..
Were he to send them along with the other bandits, their powerful strength might cause problems to the magic beasts living in the island, disrupting the ecosystem there.
Not mentioning that some of them might even have a chance to escape!
Because no matter how inescapable the sea surrounding the island is, if more of them were to breakthrough to the 6th rank, it might not be that much of an arduous journey to them.
But of course, Li Zun's disposition is no longer comparable to that of an ordinary human, he had been able to recover within moments after, his reclusive and otherworldly look surfaced once again.
It was just that he is far too lacking in experience with cases like this, and also, Li Zun had always been an inherently kind person.
With his emotions now calmed down, he then glimpsed on the escaping group of Wyndinn and Harrander.
Confirming that they are by now, quite a distance away from the castle, he turned around and casted his eyes on the Castle of Ravenous Tigers, his look determined.
He lifted a finger in the direction of the castle, and with an intention from him, a small part of his Divine Energy formed on his fingertip.
With a slight push of his finger, the conglomerated Divine Energy shoots downwards, with a ' chi chi chi ' sound reverberating throughout the sky, it swelled in size as it moved, eventually reaching the size of an elephant as it neared the castle grounds.
"BOOM!"
The explosion burst apart, causing a hazy white light blinding the naked eyes of mortals. Since the Divine Energy isn't visible to the eyes of ordinary mortals, it instead created a very peculiar phenomenon in their eyes where they could see a thin line of white haze that blinded their vision from afar.
However, because of Li Zun's illusion, they could see a vague outline of a humongous Saber-Fanged Tiger, the size of a mansion descending right after the explosion occurred, and with a thunderous roar, it shook the entire mountain as if proclaiming that the mountain is it's territory from today onwards.
Of course, all of this incident was intended by Li Zun to make the whole act more believable.
The terrified mortals, began to ran in an even more crazed manner, In which case the 5th rank Wyndinn and the 6th ranked Harrander are no different than them. While the both of them might be extraordinary characters within the eyes of mortals, they were not worth a fart in the face of a supreme creature like the Saber-Fanged Tiger, which are known to be powerful 3rd realm creatures in the histories of Floating Cloud Continent.
" Whoosh "
Dust clouds rose about as the aftermath of the explosion is brought to light.
Rubbles are everywhere within sight, the towering castle of the Ravenous Tigers are now nowhere to be seen, only broken walls and debris are left behind..
In actuality, Li Zun could just make the whole castle disappear into nothingness, but for the sake of authenticity of the Saber-Fanged Tiger's existence, he purposely left some debris and walls behind, with the addition of a few claw marks on the grounds and walls.
A month later, valiant 3rd realm heroes from all over the land visited the mountain to seek the Saber-Fanged Tiger, however, they were left disappointed to find the Saber-Fanged Tiger nowhere to be seen..
