I highly doubt aliens would just drop off a piece of technology to simply get us 'connected', we don't even know we speak the same language or the cultural differences. let's just say we won't get along humanity is a very xenophobic race as a whole"

"to connect with the virtual world, you need to use the headset if you try to connect without it you will just find your world no connection to the virtual one, and most races use a single currency in game that you can use as actual currency in the material world"
