Ok like it seems I was wrong when I said this was a cave the walls are ruff but it seems that this is a man made structure and I'm surrounded by goblin babies all of them placed in the center of the room. there seems to be a staircase on the wall to my left the light seems to be coming from its end. might as well see where it goes. As I reach the top of the staircase I stop for a moment to let my eyes adjust lining the walls are various cages most filled with bunnies all with sharp horns and all twice as big as a normal rabbit I walked to the end of the room and follow a passage way to what appears to be a mak shift sleeping area the floor has patches of hay across the floor and a few goblins sleeping and one particular lively pailr are creating new life. I go to the far end of the room where a particularly old goblin (old being relative to the fact that most goblins here look like teens and this one looks like a adult though he's just as short as the rest I open my mouth and before I can say a word he puts his finger to his lips and gives a quick run down of the rules and a little bit of information about the situation he seemed to have had this exact conversation before as he spoke in a dull monotonous tone the beginning was quite informative the end make me re think just how much common sense the goblins curse gets rid of he basically gave a dozen examples of things not to do like don't try to punch one of the horned elemental rabbits when they charge at you or don't deficate in front of the master. Any way during the beginning he explained that are goblin tribe was captive of a old hermit magus he explained that this magus kept multiple weak creatures to sell for money to buy the few things he needed and I do me few as he basically had are tribe farm a small feild outside he had us make his current house and he had us look after the various creatures that he kept. This included 50 elemental horned bunnies 30 dire wolves and 15 demonic hogs the part that astonished me was when he warned me about not sticking my limbs in the cages to give the monsters food apparently some goblins did it and depending on to what they did it to they would ever get burned cut stabbed or frozen and that was the bunnies the dire wolves would rip the arm off luckily for these goblins the demonic boors were to slow to hit the goblins up stairs was the library and above that was the masters chamber where the magus lived he was human and a magic user he was at the level where the he would once be in danger if all 30 of the dire wolves attacked together at night. And just for the record according to this goblin the reason he trusted us to work was because even if we didn't and attacked him he could kill all of us easily without any damage the thing I consider most interesting was when he talked about the elemental rabbits horns apparently they allow the rabbits to use basic magic and I do me basic they could create a fireball create gusts of wind freeze water and create rock spikes non of these abilities could be used though because we were to cut them off every two months so that the master could sell them I was already trying to think of a way to kill him there were about 60 adult goblins and another 40 babies which would grow to adults in two days I was betting through magic speaking of which in his words "your first job is to make sure that none of the new borns killed themselves when they woke up tomorrow I was actually quite happy for this job as it meant I could study the strange magic that would allow them to grow at such a rabid growth as for my own growth I was halfway to being a adult already and I unfortunately could unfortunately not gain much from studying my curse as it seemed to use that strange energy that formed the tube in the soul realm I have decided to just call it divine energy and after finding out it was surrounding my body and that no matter how much mana I threw at it I couldn't even effect it unlike the tube and the barrier this time the barrier seemed to be intangible though I soon thought of a rather simple idea to test the effect of mana on the body in games mana would often somehow reinforce the body or strengthen it when ever it saturated it I'm pretty sure just dumping mana into my body without a care in the world would not be to bad any way I think it's worth a shot I'll try to do this as efficiently as possible though as if this does work I would like it to be something I can do at a moment's notice so I start with my heart cause if my heart naturally pumps nutrients though out my body by using my blood as a medium there's no reason I can't try to do so with mana I begin to push mana into my heart and then into my blood that part worked partially as my mana imbued blood did move through out my body and did slowly imbue my cells it didn't have the desired effect not really surprising but I was hoping that the goblin body had some kind of natural use for mana but oh well I guess I'll have to go back down stairs and start analyzing the babies after all.
