The summers in my country are mostly harsh especially in the north and so is the school homework and I just realised that I had so much to do. Oh by the way I am Kittu, and I always wanted to be my hero, but apparently I was not. A fifteen year old teen and as people always described me rude, ignorant and what not, I let them choose whatever they think of me. I am So, where was I yes, I was doing my holiday homework given by my teachers and was writing an essay, I got stuck and called my friend Sneha.
"hello", a male voice I heard, I said "hello, can I talk to sneha?,
"who is this and what is your name?", he asked. Well Sneha had a brother, so instantly I thought it is his brother, and I said I am her friend Kittu and I study in the same school as hers, so can I talk to her, its about our homework.
He said " well, there is no Sneha here", I was surprised and unknowingly repeated the number and then he said "you misplaced 2 numbers in between". As soon as he said that I disconnected the phone dialled a right number. But she didn't picked up the call. But unknowingly I got a call and it's again a male voice said" Kittu, i want to talk to you".
As soon as he said that I told him I am not interested in talking to him, so not to call me again. He called 2-3 times, and my mother got know about it and she scolded him. He stopped.
I go up next day thinking everything was over last night and not thinking too much about it, but little did I know that the person started pestering my friend sneha as she called me and said " what the hell did you do". I was so naive to understand that I mistakenly tally sneha's number and his number, which of course he has that in mind, which led him contact sneha.

She spoke again with scared voice" Kittu, what were you thinking, come home and wipe your mess".
I said" fine, I will be there by the afternoon".
I went to Sneha's home, and called that creepy man, and as expected he clingy too and wants to be my friend ( in this context everybody knows what actually he wants). I respectfully declined that cringy offer and told him not to call again and threatened him to report to the police. Well, the last straw that I came with was effective and helpful.
He neither called us or messaged us again, and we thought its over now.
Soon our classes at started and our vacation was over. We got ourselves on the daily routine of home-school-home, cheering with our friends, tests and classes and all school gossip unrelated to the subjects. Sneha and I were close friends, she was attractive and boys used to stare at her. On the other hand I was tomboyish and didn't gave much thought on these things. I was more of imaginative and living in my own world kind of a person. I didn't have much friends in school, to be honest I hated school, because it did no good to me. I wasn't able to understand many thing in my adolescent especially. Well we were living in our daily routine and relaxed without knowing what was coming ahead for us.
