Leon: (But what are we going to do?)

I said as i just sit there looking at the desk.

Irene: "you okay."

Leon: "eh, ah yes I'm sorry."

When I look around everyone was gone already.

Phew, thanks goodness.

Well the only one here is Irene and Jean.

Irene: "what happened, are you okay."

Leon: "w-well, um, I feel like I'll trouble other and left behind since I haven't awaken yet."

Both eyes widen when they heard his words but went back to normal.

Jean: "well don't worry, it not about whether they good or not, it all about survival. If they can't do that, they should at least try and do not give up. But if they can't then they could quit."

She taps his shoulders.

They then left the classroom, Leon went towards the locker room, while Jean and Irene went to our to wait for them...

Leon: *sigh* (this gonna be hard.)

I said as I look at me locker.

The reason why I'm saying this its because I'm to weak, I can't keep up with them since they are way above.

But then I remember that the higher level their resistance are, lower attack can't affect them

So pretty much they can't feel cold.

Only I and other who's level 0 or haven't awaken would be cold.

Chris: "no problem, just do your best."

Jean: "Well, let all start running around the field, and do 50 pushups, pullups, sit-ups, dips, and squads. After that we would have a mock battle."

Chris: "hey, hurry up."

Leon: "eh, oh yeah."

While preparing myself, I was brought but by Christ.

JEAN POV

Seeing other run around the whole field, and getting here faster, they move on working out.

While there was one boy who's way behind.

That one boy is name Leon.

Leon who haven't unlock and awaken his power yet is a normal human being.

This exercises isn't for people like him since it for people who already awaken theirs, that could run and fight dangerous beings for more time than a normal being.

But even with this workout Leon haven't given up.

Not just that, but with this coldness, the thick snow and the slippery floor.

It's impossible for normal people to do this. They would have quit in second by now.

But to for Leon, he didn't give up.

Leon: *sigh* "s-so cold. how do. people. do this."

He said as he try to control his breathing.

Jean: "okay, now do the rest of the workout."

She hold a large sword that is way bigger than her body.

Jean: "now choose a weapon you use or you can use magic."

After they pick what weapons they want or use, the teacher then took them to a different place.

Jean: "Here is to test our ability power, that dummy doll is made out of a very powerful dragon scales fill with strong defense and durability that we got fro-that the government made for us. So you can use your strongest attack or magic and it won't break."

There's multiple of dummy doll but exactly the same.

But something unexpected happened, the doll started to twitch and move around.

Leon: "eh! They could move?!"

Leon scream in surprise far away, while doing sit up.

Jean: "as you all can see. You would be having a battle one on one. So, who would like to go first."

???: "I'll go."

The one who raised their hands and shout was Maria, a British and Russian girl.

Jean: "I see that you are holding a spear and a sword. Is that your power."

Maria: "yes, with magic as well. I was able to use magic."

Jean: "got it, you can go. Just be careful. This isn't originally."

Maria: "I got it."

Emily & Emilia: "be careful miss, we would jump in if something happens."

She then left towards one of the dummy to fight it.

MARIA POV

Finally.

Finally I was able to meet them.

Not just that but also join their team.

It all happened last week.

When I went to my locker, there was a letter.

I didn't know what or who its from but decided to grab it.

So I grab it and open it.

When I read it, I was surprised by what it written.

It also didn't have any name on it, check all around it from back and front still don't know who it from.

From what it says, it is Saying to meat him or her at the field after school.

So I decided to go because I want to see who it is whether I know him or her, or not...

When the school ends, I said goodbye to my friends and left the freshman building.

When I got there, there was a boy with black hair sitting down under a shelter as snow falls.

I didn't know who it was? But I can tell it was him who put the letter in my locker.

So I went towards him.

Maria: "um, hello were you the one who put this letter in my locker."

When I got there i told him this words.

???: "eh, oh I thought it was you who put this letter in my locker?"

Maria: (E-eh, no way!? It can't be?!)

Why is he here? Was he the one who put this letter in my comment.

No, he was also confused.

But but, I can't believe I'm talking to. I can't believe it him.

Maria: (ahh! Why did I say it like this. Why did I, why! Am I stupid. It literally sounds like confessing to him. I mean, I want to date him. But it weird to just ask him without knowing each other first! I'm the dumbest girl ever!)

As she was ridiculous herself.

Chris who was stutter by her actions was confused.

But later got back to himself and thought for a moment as he look at her.

Chris: (um, well. I don't mind if she joins. She not those type of people who want to join us for frame or anything. We have something to do first. To protect someone more important.)

He looks around for a moment, then look back at her.

Chris: (plus if I remember correctly. She comes from a rich family that helped 2 president. With her help we might be able to protect him from anything.)

-"here."-he then held out his hand towards her.

Maria: "so, c-can I join you guys."

She looks at him with puppy eyes, thinking that she won't be able to.

Chris: "sure, if it's okay for you. Would like to meet tomorrow in class after school."

Maria: "yes, I don't mind. Oh, but is it okay if my personal maid and bodyguard comes."

Chris: "sure."

Maria: "yay, thank you very much. I look up to you guys ever sinec. I may not be as strong as you guys but I hope I can help. Please take care of me."

-"like wise."-both shook hands.

Maria: (yay! Finally I'm able to join them. My dream came true.)

She scream happily inside as she rans towards the front of the school.

She then met up with Emily and Emilia at the front of the gate with other guards, guarding the Limousine, she then went in and other went in with her.

They then drove off.

Emily: "um, my lady. You seems to be happy my Lady."

Maria: "o-oh, am I?" *Wisper* "Did it show?"

She try to trick her by playing dumb, but knew it wouldn't work so she wisper to her ear.

Emily: "yes, it so obvious with the aura that you're releasing."

Maria: "o-oh my, how dare my."

She cover her red face and look away.

Emilia: "so what happen?"

Emilia who's looking out the window ask curiosity.

Maria: "U-um, I actually talk to Chris. The guy from "other worlder" group, the leader. And, I ask if I could join them."

Emily: "oh, so, did you?"

She nods.

Emily & Emilia: "congratulations my lady. Your dream have finally came."

Both hug her tightly.

To them, Maria see them as older sister, not some personal maid and bodyguard, but as sisters even though they ain't blood related or anything like that.

Maria: "also, I ask if you guys could join and he said yes. I'm happy that I'll be able to join but I'm more happier when you guys are with me."

When she said that, both girl began to cry and hugged her tightly.

Emilia: "my lady, you shouldn't have done that."

Emily: "yes my lady, like she said. You shouldn't done that. We are okay with you being Happy without us."

Maria: "eh? That's not right, I love you guys. So please come with me."

She looks at them like a abandoned puppy.

When they saw her like that. Both cry even more and tightly their hugs.

Emily & Emilia: "we are happy as long as you're happy."

The next day, Friday, came.

Right now, everyone from "other worlder" was in Chris class after school.

She like their names, but what surprised her was that Fubuki and flan are the sisters of Leon.

So she ignored it and listened to the group.

They also talk about their power.

Chris have hero power, while other are vampires dragon, is Saint, magic swordsmanship, sage, and many good powers.

Which surprised the three of them, and even made Maria feel more useless.

Seeing her like that Chris spoke to her.

Chris: "you know that even if we have this. We still have trouble dealing against opponent when we fight alone or when we split from each other, or if something unexpected happens. So we too have our own trouble some."

He said, but Maria wasn't convinced by his words.

Chris: "I'm not trying to make it up or convince. But I'm actually saying the truth, The reason we were able to capture those dungeon, is by team work. Knowing what to do and how to work as a team. Even with this, we still loose and have our own trouble."

Maria: "so, what are you trying to say."

Chris: "it means that no one is perfect, everyone always has a wall that they have to overcome. Everyone still have their own weakness."

When she heard him say that, she was surprised because she thought he was perfect.

She more surprised, even when she heard his hero power. She never knew he took would have trouble.

But she also noticed his words and other reactions.

Maria: "I feel like someone told you that. Or was it you who made that up?"

Chris was surprised from her words. But went back to normal.

But was stop by Maria glance. She knew that they would do this so she quickly look at them telling them to stop immediately.

To her, she too wants to know who's this person is, but respect their choice.

If they don't want to tell her, she would respect it.

It may be naive move but to her, she doesn't like it much and just want to go on a adventure.

Chris: "well, let's just say, he should do what ever he want now. If he needs help, we would help him."

Maria: "help? It sounds like you are protecting him at all costs, which is why you need to become stronger?"

Chris: "ah? Well-"

Jean: *slap* "enough already."

Before he could say anything, Jean got next to him and slap him.

Maria and other were surprised by the sudden turns of events.

Jean: "jeez, by this you already give too much information."

He said as he rubs his head.

Jean: *sigh* "let just say this. He's someone very important to us that even I would give my virginity to, even though I'm already 30 years old and haven't dated anyone."

Maria was shock by her sudden words, even her age which she thought it was a freshman with dragon horns and tail with vampires teeth.

Jean: "a-anyways, enough about me. He just someone important to us. You might or have already seen him. He not what you thought of him. But the opposite way, he looks very normal. But his personality is a whole nother level."

Her cheeks flushed red when she remembers something.

Jean: "well we won't say anything else anymore, we would protect him because he deserves it more than us."

Irene: "you know you said a lot."

She fainted after hearing Irene, which made her realize that she made a bigger mistake.

She then fell backwards but was caught by Ein.

Maria: (who is this person that they are talking about?)

Thinking about it, if he not big and strong, but looks normal, who might he be?

She also said it the opposite way.
