Chapter One: The Beginning.

The women thought long and hard about a name for her child, too long and it would be a pain to say too short and it would be unmemorable. The near impossible balance, she had to find a great name. a sudden burst of insperation, she would name him Velarian, as he looked so innocent and pure. (ps. velarian is a type of plant by the way I could not think of a name so plants ahoy(pss. why the fuck do people use plants as names?))

"I shall name him Velarian as he will be as sweet and innocent as the name suggests." Jenny

the maid nodded at this suggestion she seemed indiffrent yet again however their was a faint smile there, almost unnoticable to most people but it was there.

"Then I suggest taking my leave to meet with the master of the house." Maid

the women nodded with a gental smile on her face while cradling the baby in her arms. she couldnt help but wonder what kind of future this babe would have. filled with voilcence, with love, with action, with mystery? only time could tell.

(Ha time skip(ps. well placed in my opinion since this is a normal kid well kinda))

Three years later.

The wind raced through my hair my legs brushing against my skin, the feelling of running was awsome, the heat coming from my legs. as I ran I heard my mother calling out to me.

"Vel, come here please." Jenny

"Coming mom." Velarian

as I arrived infront of her I was suprised at how serious she looked.

"What is it mom?" Velarian

"In 2 years you will have to go and get tested for your affinitys, then go to school. this is very important." Jenny

I stared at her I was slightly confused. affinitys? what are those, I heard my father talking about them once but he just said they better be good. I decided to ask.

"What are affinitys mom?" Valarian

she looked at me a little shocked but then she seemed to pondor something and asked me.

"Has your father not assigned you a teacher yet? I thought thats where you went on mondays." Jenny

I looked at her a bit confused why would I have a teacher

"No, all I do is run around and lift up heavy things. OH MOM I FORGOT TO TELL YOU I BEAT MY PREVIOUS RECORD IN LIFTING HEAVY THINGS THIS TIME I LIFTED 3 OF THE METEL THINGS IN THE KITCHEN" Velarian

(note this like medival/victorian times so the metel things would be refering to a iron (used to press the creases out of cloth(they are usually about 300g-1kg)))

she looked a bit worried at first but then responded to me.

"Thats wonderful honey, but I need to go talk to your father for a bit I will be right back!" jenny

as she said that she rushed inside the house and about ten minutes later there was some shouting.

after he heard the first shout he immediatly started running and then he had a so called flash of insperation. He could run while carrying the heavy things. and so he spent a good hour running while carrying the heavy objects.

Welp thats the end of this chapter my keyboard broke near the end so I had to stop writing early.
