"Okay, my wish will be complex, so bear with me for a minute." Said Leo to the genie.
"I have all the time in the world." Answered the genie.
"For starters, imagine a huge tower, with a hundred floors. Each floor represents one rank, and once someone arrives at the peak, they become a god." Said Leo with fervor in his eyes.
"In the instant that this tower is created, all living beings that have a minimum amount of self awareness will notice the obvious presence of it, no matter how far in the universe they are.
Everyone can enter this tower by simply willing. And once they enter they receive a bunch of information, explaining what the towers' purpose is.
Everything that enters the tower shall have its power ranked, and will start the ascension at the same level, and will need to grow in power to be able to move up the ranks, and ultimately become a god." Explained Leo.
"Well, that's quite a lot." Said the genie in astonishment. "I am powerful, but that's almost outside the scope of what I can do.
I will be breaking some rules by doing this, but I want to see what will happen with this universe after I do it." Said the genie with a smile.
"Secondly, I wanna have total control over my body, to the point that I can transform into any living thing." Leo continued.
"Ok."
"Thirdly, I wish that from the tenth floor up, qi start to appear, and we need to develop a way to use it to improve ourselves." Leo said as he looked at the genie.
"This one is useless, what you call ki already exists, and if i understand your ranks correctly, every creature from the 9th rank should be able to use it to some extent." Said the genie with a wave of hand.
"Oh, really? That's cool." Answered Leo with a huge smile. "Then I think there's nothing more I should add, you can do your part. As the last wish is not used, use the last part of the power to add something you think is missing."

"Your wish is my command. It was a pleasure meeting you Leo, I hope we get to see each other again." Said the genie as he vanished from Leo's vision, leaving only a spec of light that quickly entered Leo's body.
In the middle of the Milky Way, looking at a super massive black hole, the genie started chanting and gesticulating.
A huge wave of power, so powerful that was able to match the presence of the black hole came out of the genie's body, enveloping the whole center of the galaxy, creating a ball.
Changing everything Inside the ball, the genie used 90% of his powers to break the black hole and the stardust, and use its energy to shape a huge tower, so big and majestic, that a planet near it would look like a speck of dust. It has a circular shape, similar to a Pagoda. Its walls are made of a cloud-like substance, and within that substance are runes, floating from side to side.
This tower is so big, that even the genie, its creator, can barely see the whole of it.
Taking a short pause to admire his creation, the genie looks out, to somewhere far from this side of the multiverse, and smirks.
"I wish I could see their faces when they discover this." Said the genie as he took his last step in this life. Fusing his body with the tower, and becoming permanently one with it.
With a weird wave of energy, the tower became one with this universe, its cloudy walls and moving runes start to become dull, and look like a piece of the environment. The base of the tower fuses with the universe around it, and for a moment, it looked like the whole Milky Way was trembling.
In thousands of planets, all sentient living things felt for a moment the space itself around them tremble, and immediately they felt a connection that has never been there appear. It felt like something really important for them was just created, and no matter how far it is, it feels like it's important to them.
