Neforia, a small village far away from the capital of the country of Nazar with a mere population of 1200 people.

In a town with so little people it looks as though there are way more people than there actually are. The road is bustling with all kinds of people. If you look good though you would see a bright boy looking very happy. He comes out of a building that has a big sign on it that says Library. 

If you look around you'd see tons of smal buildings. Right next to the 2 story library you had a small general store. On the left of it was a tavern with people coming in and out of it. On the road you could see more buildings like Inns, securty station and blacksmiths. 

The boy who came out of the library is our main character. His name is Jayden Argento. He is 16 years old. He has black eyes and also short black hair. He is dark-skinned and about 5 ft 9. 

Jayden knew about everyone in the village. Walking along the road with 2 books in his right arm. Jayden loves reading. Everytime he is done with his chores he reads as much as he can. Because he reads alot he knows a lot of trivia. Jayden likes to handle everything with logic. He isn't like all the other people in his village. In the country of Nazar there is one religion that almost everyone believes in called the church of the light. Jayden does not agree with most of the points of the church, because the church promotes slavery, racisme and all kinds of nasty things.

Walking home he heard some people talking about an interesting topic.

[Have you heard about the war going on?]

[Yeah, i heard that the church convinced the king to attack the neighbouring countries.]

[I heard that the army of Renta will attack us via this village]

[We have nothing to worry, the church will protect us!]

Hmph! Jayden snorted. He thinks that there is no way that the church will come all the way here to this remote village to protect us.

When jayden got home he yelled: Mom! I'm home. he heard footsteps coming near him and he readid himself. Ducking getting lower to the ground. When the footsteps got really close he could see a fist coming towards him. Jayden was ready though. He dodged the fist going to the right of his assailant and countered with his right fist into the left side of the attacker. The assailant dodged the fist by stepping back. After that the attacker kicked Jayden in the chest. Sending Jayden backwards.

That was Jaydens older brother called jonathan. He is 19 and around 6ft2. Jonathan has long, curly and black hair that goes just above his shoulders. Jonathan has black eyes and big lips. All in all he has a rectangular-ish face. People always say that Jonathan and Jayden looked alike. Jayden didn't think so though. The two brothers have a sort of tough love situation.

The dinner was pretty silent. Nothing really happened until their father Mason came back.

Suddenly we heard a scream outside and people running everywhere.

Jayden went outside and what he saw shocked him. Dead bodies all over the ground and most houses on fire. In the far distance Jayden could hear horses and see a couple of soldiers.

Holy shit. Jayden whispered sweat running all over his face.

Suddenly inside the house Jayden heard a scream. Running inside Jayden saw a soldier in white chainmail and a short sword fighting with his father.

Jayden couldn't move thinking to himself hoping it was a nightmare. Anaise was screaming and crying and wouldn't want to get away from their dad. 

The soldier tried to go after Anaise, but Celine got in the way and got stabbed in the back while she was hugging Anaise. 

[No, mom]

[Nooo celine]

Anaises eyes were wide open tears running. The soldier went again after Anaise but this time Mason stood before him preventing him from getting a hit on her.

Go now! Jonathan,Jayden take Anaise and go.

Jonathan grabbed Anaise and ran as fast as he could. Jayden went after them but when he turned around he saw his father getting slashed across his chest. Closing his eyes Jayden kept running until he couldn't run anymore. Somehow he got disconnected from Jonathan and Anaise. Searching around he found Jonathan on the ground. He ran to him crying.

Johnathan w-what h-h-happened. W-w-were is Anaise.

Jonathan was lying on the ground all slashed up. Cuts were everywhere on his chest. 

[Don't worry about m-me s-shitface. Cough cough cough. They they took her Jayden. I'm sorry i couldn't protect her they took anaise.]

where did they go?

[i dont know. You need to find her. Jayden it was the church who did this]

[the soldiers were talking about how the church payed for them to start a conflict. I dont know what for]

i will go get anaise back. Don't you worry about that.

Jonathan slowly died in Jaydens hands.

no no please dont go. Dont leave me here all alone. Please...

after a while he went back home were he found his dead father and mother and soldiers. It seemed like his father fought of 5 solders before he got taken down. Jayden picked up his father and mother and buried them with Jonathan in their backyard.

Jayden looked at the grave. He wasnt sad, dissapointed or any other emotion. All he could feel was a burning rage.

In his head he heard a voice.

This is sad. You're parents and brother killed by the church. You're sister kidnapped probably used as a sex slave. And what did you do. NOTHING!! FUCKING NOTHING! All you did was stand there and watch. What are you going to do now.

i am going to find Anaise and i will DESTROY the church!
