From a throne high on the peak of a massive craggy mountain The Fallen One seemed to glare into the distance with intensity as if watching the most thrilling movie. then the AI God grinned and clapped his hand ,once, happily.
"He did it!" cheered The Fallen One . " Not only did he beat Asmodeus but he Ascended fully onto The Stairway of Heaven and gained godhood. Now that he's here things should be stirred up. I need to get to him before someone else notices."

"How about we go with Liath. Plain and simple. Let others give me titles I will keep my original name." I said to the notification screen.
Name: Liath
Confirm?
"Confirmed" As soon as the words were out of my mouth another notification popped up, but this one was different. It came with loud fanfare and I would bet every mortal in AlterWorld received it as well.
The Dark Pantheon has gained another God
Welcome Liath 'Father of the Children of Night'
After summoning three gods into AlterWorld myself (and being a sacrifice for another) I know what this means. I am now bound to the Dark Pantheon as a god rather than first priest to The Fallen One. This notification normally states what the god is a god of, yet strangely mine is conspicuously absent.

*deep breath* let it out *whoosh*
I swear this day couldn't get any more stressful.
After calming my frayed nerves I finally realize I don't recognize where I'm at. Tall white marble reaching to a cloudy blue sky on both sides and no roof to be seen. The walls are only broken into segments by golden doors. No decorations or people in sight other than the gilded doors.
Walking confidently down the hallway passing doors with strange characters and pictures of different worlds carved into them, I come to one that has a carving of a world and the easily read word AlterWorld. It feels like its calling to me on an instinctual level. I move to touch the doors, and just as I make contact the blow open towards me and the dark visage of The Fallen One greets me.
" Hey Fel thought I'd come pay you a visit. Feeling better?" I said he answered my attempt at humor with a glare to silence me and a wave to come in.
"You would think becoming a god might have ended your nonsensical joking." He said with a tired smile. It seems he's still not fully recovered from the fight with the Sun God. "Come into my personal realm we have much to discuss." he said as the golden doors shut with resounding boom disappeared from view leaving me with a perfect view of a monolithic craggy mountain.
