Nolaka took the time to bank his fire. Not wanting to burn down the rain forest, he called home. It had been three days since his vision of the woman and the spirits. He didn't see how the two visions correlated with one another, but he would hopefully find out tonight. Nolaka had prepared for a dream ritual once the remedy was ready to drink. He fell into a deep sleep. His body was safe on the fourth plane where the spirits lived. His talismans protected it from harm, admitting only his tribe's guardian spirits. Upon awakening, Nolaka found himself in the first vision, free from the ship's wheel.
