Only one guard escaped, flying deep into the Astral. She passed the ruined carcasses of great beings, gods torn apart, and the sparked fury of the Great Astral Beings. Carmen. That was her name. She knew it to be so. Travelling the Astral was complicated but she knew where to go.

There, Carmen could find the man who could stop them. The one who could rebalance the multiverse as a whole and prevent this from happening. She heard rumours of his exploits, standing up to gods, fighting The Builder, restoring the dimensional integrity of two worlds, and many more tales, each sounding like a fairy tale. They were all true. He was needed for his unique amount of aura strength. She expected him to be the perfect hero. Blonde hair, blue eyes, a calm and collected demeanour, no eccentricities.....

Jason, the entirety of Team Biscuit and Jory immediately summoned various shot glasses and downed shots of various liquids. Jason then flipped the burning meats on the magic cloud palace barbecue.

"Really?" said Rufus.

He looked at all of them disapprovingly.

"Well, don't talk about it then Ruff. We all know how fancy your family's school is," said Jason.

"And we all know how that chin can still cut through steel, despite you being diamond rank, Jason. Humphrey, how did he convince you to join in?"

Humphrey turned red and muttered something under his breath. Sophie hit him on the leg, and he spoke up.

"He promised not to call me Humpy anymore."

"Humpy?" Sophie said. "You can stop talking now."

"You started it-, hey!"

Sophie pinched his ear and used it to throw him off the skyship with her diamond rank strength before whistling innocently. Statch dove off the deck after him and caught him before hauling him back to his chair and threw Sophie into the air in retaliation.

Jason caught Sophie with his aura and set her back down as well.

"I didn't need that, Jason."

"Friends are there for when you need help, big or small, Sophie. That's why they're friends."

"Still, maybe ask before touching a woman next time?"

Jason laughed but quickly stopped and turned his attention towards an approaching cloud of blue, orange, and black.

"Hey Jason, is that Gordon?

Jory pointed it out and everyone crowded around that side of the boat. Jason summoned the actual Gordon who immediately started flying towards the cloud. Everyone followed him, summoning various weapons and armour.

The cloud slowed down and condensed into an exact copy of Gordon but with one difference. It had 12 orbs.

"Hello hero. It is I." said Carmen, orbs flashing with each syllable.

And it could speak apparently.
