After the reveal of Nolands highest mana core amount, Arthur falls into disappears. This is quickly cleared up by Noland's optimism and unyielding spirit. His spirit is tried again after Shane gives him a view of how skewed his odds are. His flame doesn't even flicker as he refuses to give in to such impossible odds.
