The devil fruits were completed after a while and Pate urged the trees to carefully place them in his hands, he couldn't help but carefully examine these two devil fruits.

With two devil fruits in his possession, a terrifying and impossible thought flash in his mind 'Devil Slayer' and look at the phantom cat in the ground who looked back at him with a frown on its face.

"What are you looking at, kiddo!?" the ancient voice resounded in Pate's mind interrupting his thought, and could only withdraw his eyes and pull a big leaf in a tree, packing the devil fruits and attaching it to the side of his shorts.

'If I could do that then the future knowledge of mine would disrupt the flow of the original plot of this world but I need a long time to achieve it.' he stopped his lingering thought and looked at the phantom cat "What do you need me to do?"

"I need your help to sink this island to the sea." the phantom black cat answer while it looked at the wrecked place with melancholy but a gleamed of anticipation could be seen from his eyes.

"Huh!? What do you mean to sink this island?" Pate was confused as he didn't get what this Guardian Forest what to achieve.

"Do you not understand what I just said here!? Sink the island into the sea." looking at him like an idiot.

Pate could not help but retort "Then how am I supposed to do that?"

"We can use the explosive thing of that marine, dividing it to three vital places that will sink this island straight to the bottom!" the phantom cat laid out his plan as he drew in the ground the layout of the island from the side view using a little thin green vine that moved at his will.

In the ground the island was supported by a large rock of pillar, it's a wonder how this narrow pillar can support an island this big.

"Ow, I plan to destroy the large piece of this island with many large pieces of debris, creating a massive gravitational pull towards the bottom. We are just keeping the forest area and the underground pond and you are going to help me protect it for the time being as we descend in the sea." The phantom cat looked at him with deadly serious eyes that he could only helplessly nod.

"Okay, I'll place those dynamites in the three target locations then." with his will, he controlled many roots to do his bidding and see through it "Ow, how are we going to detonate those dynamites?" he unconsciously asked.

"I don't know you should know how to do it, right?" the phantom black cat asked him back.

Pate just ignores him as he plans how to detonate it, placing it in the three target locations. He willed one of the roots to each target to rapidly rotate trying to penetrate another root.

As the friction of it get high a burst of flame birth under the ground and urge it towards the dynamites and a massive earthquake ensues on the island.

The black cat did the rest of the plan as the power of the earthquake was massive.

It created tons of crevices and fissures that ultimately split the island to many pieces as the seawater started to gush into the wrecked island.

Pate put himself down as he held onto the ground, magically the forest area didn't get the same damage unlike to the outside of its area where tons of it become a large piece of land that started to sink in the sea.

A large wave of tsunami was created and smashed to split pieces of the island "It started, the island is sinking!" the phantom cat was exhilarated.

"Ow, right. How can I swim back up to the surface after I help you to help protect the forest for the time being!?" He asks unconsciously and he receives a deathly quietness as the phantom cat coughs on the side after a dozen seconds.

"Y-you!" he want to curse but massive waves of seawater are trying to engulf the whole forest.
