In the year 2025, amidst global escalating frictions between nations, mankind gets its first solid proof of alien life-forms. Contrary to popular beliefs, humankind didn't meet grey stick-men with humongous heads and oval eyes. None of that sort, humankind was met with a small exploration craft filled with stubby small humans that claimed they were a part of the 27th Confederacy of the Dwarvish Clans.

           The revelation that humans are not the only sentient species in the know universe was met with mix responses edging from religious fervor, mass panic, end of the world uproars, to curiosity and a hope for one day to have human feet amongst the stars.

        The nations of the world presented a united front towards the emissaries of the 27th Confederacy of the Dwarvish Clans, an accord was reached between the two races, ensuring technological and resources trades, sovereignty of each earthbound nation and of the Confederacy assured. The relation between the two races developed as the humans greedily ingested the superior technology of the dwarves while paying steep prices in natural resources for each bit of it.

      Year 2027, global conflicts across Earth are at an all time low, breakthroughs in science and technology are made, human lifespan increases by 20 to 30 years due to advances in medicine, religions are losing followers at an alarming rate.

       End of 2027 the first rumours appear that the 27th Confederacy of the Dwarvish Clans might not be the only race out there as they claim, a hacker, known under the name of “Delver”, posted on multiple dark web website data caches, stolen from the Confederacy, containing data about other alien races, namely the Vampires, Werewolves, Dark-Dwarves and Elves, contrary to the statement of the Confederacy that we are the only sentient race that they met in their thousand years history of space travel.

     Year 2028 the Confederacy increases the rate of technological and scientific exchange, rumours about space battles taking place at the edge of our solar system, leaders of nations appear apprehensive while the Confederacy refuses to make any clear statements. 

    Early 2029 the 27th Confederacy of the Dwarvish Clans cuts contact with the Earth nations, various theories sprung up, more data about various alien species is revealed by the hacker “Delver” on the dark web. Unidentified objects are detected on a collision course with Earth moving from the edge of Sol System.

      Mid 2029 the unidentified objects are discovered to be starships, a battle fleet with a humongous city-ship at its core is heading towards earth. Earth nations scramble to meet the new arrivals, no communications are made. Mass panic and hysteria grows. Religions become one of the largest spreaders of fear.

      Early 2030 - “Landfall” - The Vampire City-Ship makes landfall in Switzerland, soon after all contact is lost within 50 kilometers of Switzerland's borders,all satellites and the international space station are destroyed by the vampire space fleet.

The world's nations scramble to present an unified defence force, Frankfurt, Lyon, Venice and Munich are lost in the first month, the UN forces are massacred, no communication or news from the conquered zones.

    Hence started the 2 year war where central Europe is systematically defeated and enslaved by the Vampire Hegemony`s First Expeditionary Cohort.

     2032 Communication is lost between most nations, central Europe is under Vampiric domain, rumors about a different races laying waste to America and Asia.

Humanity start to gather in Sanctuary Cities, a huge undertaking of any remaining nation to defend their populace, with limited success at best...
