Introduction: I Am A High School Girl
High school girls are the best.
Do I really need to elaborate?
The mature, but youthful blushing face, the way the pure white shirt clung to the swelling bosom, the short skirt fluttering in the man-made (boy-made….) breeze, the fringe dancing maddeningly and occasionally flipping to reveal pale, delicious skin and hint at—Ahem. Right? No need for elaboration.
Actually, it should be time for my introduction.
My name Geihar Von Arpen, Legendary Moonlight Sculptor. Emperor of Arpen. The Greatest Artist Ever, the Ultimate Lady Killer, the Most Handsome Man Alive. Or, you know, once alive. Yada yada.
That’s right, I’m dead! My body is probably already a pile of (very noble)(handsome)(insert narcissistic self-praise here) dust.
But I’m technically alive, in the sense that (most) of my original memories and personality are intact.
Wait! Don’t run away yet! Actually, I also have a living, breathing, human body.
What’s the English word? Reincarnation?
Yuppty-yupyup. My name is Daisy. Last name, not telling! Can’t have anyone stalking me. *Wink*
I’m currently a high school girl living on the planet ‘Earth.’

This new world is really strange. For one thing, it has no magic. Instead, it has something called ‘science.’
Cars, cellphones, robots. There were similar magical equivalents in my world, so I’m not actually that much surprised about these things, but nevertheless. This world makes up for its’ lack of magic with ingenuity.
Another thing—there is no concept of levels in this world. No material, explicit concept of strength as easily processed visual stimuli such as, say, stat boxes and stuff.
There also isn’t anything like kings and queens, lords, upstart farmers-turned-emperor. Instead, there are a bunch of other dudes running the system, who apparently spend most of their time lying, cheating, backstabbing, etc.
So this new world of mine is relatively peaceful.
Well, for now.

The class is advanced math, something-or-other.
“...ax plus b equals….” The teacher is droning on about something or other, which happened to be very helpful for my meditation.
That’s right, meditation. Training my mind by altering my state of thinking. In other words…sleeping!
I’m already past the need to learn! The Emperor Geihar Von Arpen was a genius after all, there’s no need to learn complicated…easy stuff like this!
Ahhh, at my old age, I should be lounging in a palace, being fed grapes by the beautiful, scantily dressed women of my harem….
Eh? You want to know what ax plus b equals? Ha! Don’t be ridiculous. a and b aren’t even numbers, they’re part of the alphabet!
Unicorns barfing sunshine and sweating rainbows...
Oops, wait!
Actually, there’s something I’ve forgotten to mention. Due to a few incidents when I was younger, inexperienced, and careless…I have a small, almost not worth mentioning, reputation for being ‘creepy.’
Thus, my lack of friends.
So, everyone, please look behind me (figuratively). That’s my best friend, the boy bent studiously over the textbook, possibly, maybe actually following the teacher’s words.
Let’s see…tall. Muscular. Silky black hair. Chilly blue eyes. Sort of gives of the ‘loner’ vibe. If I were to describe Frey in three words: ‘A younger me.’
Give it a few years, and maybe he’ll reach my level of handsomeness.
His above-average face is bit wasted on his uptight and slightly boring character. On the other hand, over the years, he’s more than proved himself as a loyal minion.
We grew up together, you know? From a young age, he would always follow me around. From flipping girl’s skirts to hiding porn, we did everything together.
…And farting glitter and—
The bell rang.
Most of my besieged peers fled immediately at the sound, but I lingered, watching my serious best friend finish his notes.
“Sooo-o,” I rolled the word on my tongue. “Notes?” I wiggled my eyebrows suggestively.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the reason why I am in advanced math, something-or-other.

Frey closed his notebook with little ado and much silence, heaving a tragic sigh of epic proportions.
I helpfully scooped up the textbooks for the next class, since I never bothered to bring my own.
“Huh…? Hey, wait, why do you have two copies of the same book?”
He gave me a “Why do you ask?”-type glare, which I felt was totally unmerited.
“I’m honestly surprised that the teacher didn’t call on you, your head was so low in class.” He grumbled.
I cheerfully recalled today’s uninterrupted meditation. “I think he just got used to it.” I leaned back against the wall, content to bide my time. There was only one more class left today, after all.
The afternoon sun streaming from the windows at my back illuminated Frey’s scowl in harsh warmth. I turned, reacting to the movement at the corner of my eye, and instantly spotted a familiar figure.
I shielded my eyes with the textbooks. “Oh, it’s Sonia!” I opened the window. “Sonia!”
The girl hurrying across the grounds below didn’t react.
I turned around. “Ah, Frey. Go on without me. I have to catch up with Sonia.” I pulled one foot up onto the window sill. Sonia didn’t share the last class with me, and she almost always immediately left when school ended, so this would be my only chance.
His eyes widened with alarm. “Hey…Wait! This is the third floor.” See? I told you, uptight personality.
“Ah…Don’t worry about that, there’s a ledge.” After that, it’s only a two-story drop, no biggie!
I dumped his textbooks on a desk. “Sorry, bye!” I threw my body out the window, landing on and just barely catching the edge of the ledge. “See ya!”

“He-ey! Sonia!”
Her short honey hair flew as she whipped around, beautiful chocolate eyes widening as she took in the sight of the flying girl.
That is to say, me.
I’m pretty confident about my athletic ability, and over the years, I’ve almost perfected my falling technique.
That’s right, almost.
So as I cheerfully limped over to the disbelieving Sonia, I was happy to total up the extent of my injuries to a few bruises and a sore ankle.
Oh, wait, I almost forgot the introduction. This girl over here, with the extremely mature figure? Her name is Sonia. She’s my future legal wife.
That’s right! Because this country bans polygamy, I can only have one wife and take lovers instead.
I first met Sonia…about a month ago, when she tried to assassinate me. That is to say, by exorcizing me. You know, because she’s a ghost buster.
“Hi!” I smiled and started the conversation.
“Are you even human?” Her rude reply was not particularly affectionate, but I put it down to her tsundere personality.
“Actually, Sonia, I have something to tell you. Um…You’re going to do ‘that,’ today, again, right?” I widened my eyes expressively and wriggled my eyebrows, trying to convey the hidden meaning.
“Stop doing that, you look like a fish!” Sonia snapped.
Yep, definitely tsundere. After all, what woman could resist my handsome fa—Oh, yeah. Cute. Cute face.
“Actually, I can’t go home today. So I was wondering if I could tag along.” Just thinking about it made me depressed. That damned sister of mine, hijacking my apartment just so she could play some game…
Sonia stared. Her expression of abject shock and horror did not particularly cheer me up. However, I had a secret card…
“I’m bringing Frey along.” Granted, I had not asked him yet, but he’d definitely end up being dragged along.
“Really? Then, okay…” Sonia blushed and fidgeted.
Really, this sort of situation, where your future wife likes your best friend/minion… Women are truly fickle creatures.
But it’s hopeless, after all.
Since he’s gay.

Hi, Nmixx here. This is my first fanfiction, and my second chapter. The reason why I replaced the original chapter? Because I felt it was too troublesome to start from that awkward beginning!
Also, I wanted to fit the introduction of most the characters in the first three chapters. Thus, I was forced to delete all the scenes I’d planned, and introduce the characters at the beginning in a concise manner. Since there’s only been three characters so far, I hope you can remember them…
Also, if you’ve read the original chapter, you can tell that this is set a month later.
Sorry for those who left comments. Outside of typing and reading stuff, I actually suck with a computer, so I don’t know how to save them… T.T
