“Khafan! Come out.”

Suddenly a man holding two Katars jumped out of the wooden house ready to attack.

“Didn’t think you would bring a kid when you visit me. Hell, I didn’t think you visit me ever again.”

“Don’t be so cold old friend here I even brought you a new student

“He is even my own son, So you know he is great.”

“Tch if by great you mean a freak then sure, but you could have at least said something before you came.”

The atmosphere suddenly got awkward as the conversation became silent.

With a helpless look, he said: “I don’t have much time left.”

“I understand, I will just take this as that favor I owe you.”

The man turned to his son and handed him an old looking book.

“Son this is my gift to you… you will understand its use when the time is right, keep it close to you”

“When you wake up I will be already gone.”

“wha..”

“You could have had a proper goodbye at least.’

With a helpless look, the man replied: “Too much would need to be explained then.”

“Take good care of him.”

“I will raise him as my own”

The Giant of a man simply disappeared as he was never there, to begin with.
