Follow Zed as he wakes up in a post apocalyptic world with little memory of the past. Time teaches him that the world is not what it's supposed to be. He will face monsters, meet people with the power to call on fire and light with the sound of their voice and simple gestures, and sieve through memories he isn't certain even belong to him. In the end, he must regain the memories that belong to him and find a new purpose, all while showing no affinity for magic. At least not in the fashion everyone commands. This story has weak to strong MC elements.
