The world was stable for millions of years. the gods didn't involve themselves in the matters of mortals and the Umi ruled over the lesser races and, one at a time, members of the lesser races rose up to join the ranks of Umi or sometimes even become a god. Wars and deaths were rare, with the exception of the Calaminlty that occurred every few thousand years.  But all of that changed when a few gods had an idea. They planed for something and that something wasn't for the good of the word. With their immense power, they wiped out all opposition from the other gods, and soon after, the Umi were either killed off or forced to slumber.  But two thousand years later, a phoenix-human hybrid was created. With the sacrifice of a god, he becomes the last King of Umi. Will he be able to get strong enough to make a difference?
