Before continuing, I know people are going to be all like this 'isn't all the character a bit childish"
Well actually that's not true
When you read my fiction keep this in mind
Phoenix love to share, if its their land, knowledge or other things. So they can be taken advantage easily.
Dragon on the other hand are the exact opposite, they get jealous if they don't have something they see, which turns to greed. Oh did I forget the part where they love knowledge and money, well those two are their biggest key for their greed. So they also can be taken advantage easily, specially the young ones can be baited very easily.
Elves on the other hand protect, there order of protection is their knowledge then their people, and finally and most importantly is their land(forests).
Titans are a bit harder to take advantage, they are simple minded, they think they are extremely creative(which they're not) and they love fight. Here an example, they would be baited if they were told if there is certain area, they can fight as much as they want.
If you stumble upon this tale on Amazon, it's taken without the author's consent. Report it.
The sea folk love their secrets, they would avoid telling you things if you never asked and they don't like sharing.
Angels and Demon are the opposite of each other, Angels love to heal, and demons love to destroy. If someone told an angle a man was about to die, they would leave what they were doing, and won't think twice to save this man. On the other hand demons are different, they hate things that right, if they see flat lands, the next day you would see instead of flatland but a disaster.
Finally the dwarf love perfection. For this they are also greedy, for example if they see a craftsmanship that look perfect in every way, they might steal it, no they will steal it. Also they sure do love their beards. :)
Note: So my point is, every race follows this guild line, I make it so that they will have these traits, thinks of these thing as their first nature, like breathing. Also I am not putting humans for special reasons.
