One day I was on Discord talking to my friend, Scythe, lecturing to him about the cultural values he must follow in order to become a respected member of society. It was a dubious conversation, back and forth. Disagreements flared from my friend as he blazed in ignorance with every passing message. But I was clearly the victor of this conversation, and he knew it too. As a last resort, he typed in all capital letters as an attempt to intimidate me, but it all came to show even more his true colors of an uncivlized peasant.
Scythe grew up in a farm, working for his parents. His only inheritance passed down to him was a pre-built computer with integrated graphics given by his successful brother who owns multiple bussinesses. Scythe didn't know much about the life that surrounded him. His daily rituals consisted of mowing the lawn for his parents and played outdated versions of K2C during his after hours of work. One day, while surfing on a platform he has heard many called "The Internet"--which was much a mystery to the farmer boy--he came to a social platform, Discord. After a few more hours of scrutinizing the alien blue face he was able to download it. The logo had appeared on his monitor screen, next to an ancient K2C logo which begged for him to update it with every passing moment it caught his eye's attention. But, ignorance was bliss, and he continued on to click on Discord, prompting him to create an account. Though Scythe was not very knowledgable, curiosity has been his teacher for many years, and he was able to figure out how to create an account successfully. After joining a K2C server from his favorite Youtuber, Scythe had stumbled upon a noble man. He admired upon his glory, his quality and knowledge of the world. "I must make him my teacher, to seek his advice," he accidentally murmured to himself as he typed the words out loud in the Discord chat. The man, who was I, saw through his pitiful gaze and decided to teach him the knowledge of men. But first, I must test him.

"Who do you seek?"
"YOU, PLEASE, TEACH ME EVERYTHING, I'M WILLING TO LEARN"
"Very well, then you must listen and do everything I say"
"YES! YES I WILL"
And so it begins, day in and out, I had passed down to him much knowledge in order to civilize my peasant student. I realized that though a poor and quite unpleasant boy, he was bright and curious, to a certain degree. The classes were not without its troubles. Sometimes when Scythe does not understand my wise teachings he would throw tantrums and start breaking peripherals on his keyboard, leading to damaged equipment that led him to not be able to communicate with me transparently through Discord. Other days he was busy, working overtime for extra capital in order to fund back the equipment he had broke. But in the end, it was a successful journey.
Years later, I discovered Scythe again playing K2C and other various games on his computer. But unbeknownst to me, he had updated all his games and figured out how to get a real GPU for a "better gaming experience." I was flooded with happiness, knowing my knowledge which was hardily passed down to this boy was worth the journey, the pain, and the annoyance. He had now learn how to use simple software and was able to adequately explain to me how the internet words, in his simple language of course. But nonetheless, it was an improvement that I was more than joyful to receive from my peasant student. He was now one step closer to becoming a real man.
