Haitham was sparring against the 5 generals , the first time they fought he was easily beaten by their superhuman strength.
although Haitham had spent years of practicing martial arts and even learnt how to use KI which few people in the world could do , that didn't do much against the generals , they weren't just inhumanely strong but prodigies in fighting , without mentioning the 50 kg weights around his wrists ,legs and chest . After a week he was able to hold his own against one general .
Since they brought the capsules to the Death Zone , Haitham done nothing but fighting against the generals since Raoh saw that Haitham's height was 2 meters and his weight was 125 kg he got a good idea about training him in TOW. when they the 8 went on TOW , Raoh told Gray to get to 5000% gravity on his ring by the end of the month and never change it back . Gray was shocked by this sudden change , till he recently he hardly managed to stand in 1000% gravity , but he had no choice but to obey his master as for the rest of the people from the Death Zone they will go and work on themselves since they are so weak , each one went on his way except for the Valkyrie , she wanted to train next to her soon-to-be husband .

can't use your stats to the fullest because of the gravity ring
Gray was glad about his stats though not so much about the disadvantage of the gravity ring . Well he guessed his character was too over powered and a set back would set some challenges in front of him, though there are already people who would make him feel so weak-less in the game and the real world . For the next 5 years Gray kept this schedule of getting used to his new weight which was 6 tons and 250 kg and reading books along with solving riddles , Gray was bothered by the fact that his master hasn't taught him any new techniques yet because as far as his master told him , the hardest thing about Swift-Star and Ancient-Dragon is that you have to get used to the energies around you feel them and control them at will to your own advantage , without mentioning the requirement of mastering different martial arts with different specialties , like jujitsu is for fighting on the ground ,Muay-Thai fighting while standing and so on .
Haitham just finished his call with his parents ensuring them that everything is fine and they don't need to worry about him . He was so anxious to spar against Kara with his new speed , by the end of this year's training he was able to fight against the 5 generals with 200 kg making his total weight 325kg though he didn't try to take more than one at a time . Kara was already here in the Death Zone along with Ryuu , she seemed anxious to spar against Haitham , both of them didn't waste any time and started sparring . Haitham still had his weights , Kara thought that he didn't progress at all and wondered what the heck has he been doing for the last year , then *boom* she hit Haitham with energy the weird thing he didn't move she just heard something that broke in his chest . Haitham looked at Raoh and asked if he can take the weights off , Raoh nodded . A grin showed on Haitham's face , when he took his weights off , it was pretty much like he vanished and Kara started getting out of nowhere all over her body . After getting a good beat ,Kara got the rhythm of Haitham's moves and suddenly Haitham felt like he hit some kind of barrier and was knocked back but thanks to his godly strength he didn't fall on his back .
" it seems that you have improved physically " after saying that Kara charged toward Haitham and realized a massive amount of energy , Haitham wanted to try something he hasn't tried before he tried imagining the energy in Kara's fist and charged with his ki toward Kara .

On the other hand the Death Zone people were in the mid 300s , and people has already got past the 400s , but they were few .

Although they had a stats even level 300 wouldn't have , Gray had a gravity ring that made his weight 5000% and Ryuken had set his ring to 10000% , so basically they needed to take it easy .

Gray wanted to try his new skills , he already practiced them a lot on solid objects that can't move the whole 5 years till they mastered them , he liked the Elemental Magic skill ; since he mastered the 4 elements they all merged into 1 skill ,Ryuken licked his lips .

Knights were clashing against Ryuken and Gray but were slain-ed in milliseconds , hundred thousands magic balls and arrows were coming toward Gray and Ryuken .Ryuken wanted to use his dragon breath but Gray stopped him at the last second .

In the last 2 years Gray gained Energy Manipulation, it was the hardest skill to level up because it was related to his class , it was basically controlling the energy in everything , since energy is conserved and only transformed he tried redirecting the thousands of magic balls along with arrows back to their throwers , with a little push from his Elemental Magic that was at master level , the result was astonishing , the explosion made a huge crater that killed all the magicians in the back, unluckily for Akira he was left alive ,as for the vanguard they were all slained by Ryuken

without letting him continue Gray used his mana slash and killed Akira . The reason Akira didn't want to die that if you get player killed in the game you lose 10% of your levels and instead your opponent gain them , same goes for NPC they can gain levels through killing players , but the worst lost is you don't only lose your levels once you are past 200s , you start losing stats as well .
Gray and Ryuken were surprised at how many levels they gained; Gray was level 200 now while Ryuken was 160 .
they both entered the dungeon .
2 people were sparring at the top of the mountain and they were too fast for the eyes to follow , the woman was so aggressive with her attacks , while the man seemed so calm . In a blink , the woman was knocked at her back .

Gray and Ryuken have been in the dungeon for weeks , fighting weird monsters that was kind of mix between races ; they looked like orcs but had wings and their arms were like the lion arms , and had legs like an eagle . Gray became level 310 and Ryuken was level 295 . Now they were at the boss door and there was a big surprise waiting for them inside .

they opened the door and saw a man that had blonde hair and blue eyes , he was about 170 cm , with ripped and muscled body .

The demigod withdraw a big two handed hammer that seemed to weight at least 1 ton and charged with it at Gray , in the last second Gray parried the hammer with his two swords . The clash pushed Gray back couple of meters , after that the demigod was charging again at Gray , Ryuken charged at the demigod , the demigod changed his attack technique and started rotating along with his hammer .
-hahahaahha , you think you can gang on me ? try my Lightning Tornado -
the demigod started rotating faster and faster till some kind of tornado formed in his place and he he hit both Ryuken and Gray with speed that is faster than sound , Gray was knocked on his back with 15% hp and Ryuken had 40% of his hp left .
"sorry master Raoh I gotta do it "

after doing that their speed increased tremendously , they attacked the demigod at the same time . The demigod hardly kept up with their attacks .

they both used their best attacks at the same time .

before finishing his sentence he was already dead , both of them leveled up several levels till Gray was level 350 and Ryuken became 320 . Suddenly a light engulfed Ryuken's body and his body seemed to get bigger , when the light vanished in place of Ryuken there was a guy that seemed in his mid twenties with silver hair and red crimson eyes .
