The Beginning
When i arrived at first glance this world didn't look like anything special your usual world with high quantities of mana. The world had 4 continents spread by a decent size of water other than those 4 continents there where some scattered islands here and there and of course the symbol that the planet has high quantities of mana there were bodies of land floating in the sky this wasn't so much a spell as that piece of land have such high mana qualities that the planet was repelling it a certain amount but, nonetheless lets go visit these so called gods and see what they do exactly. Ah before i forget since i am on a humanoid planet i should give myself a form i hate these things really but i should really do it or my essence might swallow the planet. My humanoid form in my opinion is better than any of Life's creations i'm 180 cm with a slim build i have no muscle's and am a sickly pale i tried to change my skin color before but i just seem to not be able to it might have something to do with my origins but my hair is long and flowing it's a glossy black and my pupils are slit with white irises Life and Light called me creepy they just don't understand my beauty darkness gets me i bet Life and Light are just jealous.
As i willed my form into creation i descended on the planet finding these gods isn't that difficult i just send a pulse of mana across the world and find the beings with the largest quantity. They all seem to be gathered in one area now how to go about this without them launching spells at me on first sight hmm well no use thinking much about it lets just teleport in. As i arrived in the building that was on one of the floating island 13 gods stared at me in wonder i was the first one to speak " Hello arrogant children " i said to them. They just stared until one of them spoke up God 1 looked and me and screamed " Who the hell are you creepy looking bastard " in a frighten voice. I laughed " Hehehehe you claimed to be old gods yet you done know one of the oldest beings in existence Hmph I am Death and i have come to see this world and decide weather or not i should destroy it " i said. They glared at me and started firing off random spells in hopes to damage me hah what arrogance God 2 " Why wont you die you BASTARD! You cant just come into our world and decide what happens to it! " he said. I glared at him " Your world how arrogant can you be this is not your world this world was created by my sister Life you have no claim on it mortal " I hit them with my killing intent and it is no joke i have killed countless beings for eons they could not hope to fight back. Gods " What is this pressure are you doing this you you monster " They looked at me in horror. I laughed at them again " Do not worry children i'm not here to slaughter you yet i will travel your world and judge it myself if i find something of interest who knows i might spare you heh just know next time you attack me like that i will fight back i don't have time for incompetence " as i said that i teleported to the nearest forest.
I landed beside a gigantic forest of trees i was in a valley it seems one thing is certain for now i must find myself a companion one thing that many people don't know is that all monsters that come from high mana areas can always evolve but most people just think of them as 2 diff rent races they never connect the evidence or maybe they just try to deny it i would find myself a humanoid companion but humanoids are almost all the same they only think of there benefits never of others but monsters are different they follow there instinct they never lie to themselves. As i strolled through the forest i saw multiple creatures all of power not of interest however though the more of these monsters i see the more i realize just how much time this world has soaked in mana this must have been one of the first worlds created by Life. As i looked around i saw horned wolves, Long tailed rabbits, and even a wyvern which is incredible as that means that they have been soaking in mana for around 3 eons it may sound small but you must understand that these mutations where caused by mana which is almost the same as if i were to stand in light for eons and take on some of her properties this gave these creatures the ability to use magic which gives them limitless potential they could even become one of those so called gods but, nonetheless there is a certain creature i want to find Life told me about one of her wonderful creations she called them Iviors there a type of fox with 6 tails each tail holds one of the main elements they also have horns right above there ears there eyes are vivid blue they tend to live in caves and have great potential for magic and honestly I've been needing a companion after eons alone its become quite lonely with no one to talk to the other 3 all have companions hell even darkness can make life he has a race called daemons only i out of the 4 must contract life i cannot make my own but no matter Life always wanted me to find one of these creatures and contract it if i was ever in a world with high mana so i might aswell humor her. As i walked into a cave i heard a very loud whimpering what i saw as i entered was a dire bear eating one of the Iviors how i hate these creatures always eating whatever is around no matter how full they are I walked up to the creature and removed my glove and simply touched him on the back as soon as i did his skin turned black as he started to fade from existence. No one can ever touch me other than the other 3 and the ones i contract that is the one thing i truly wish i could change but it is who i am and it hasn't really bothered me.

Once the dire bear faded i what seemed to be 2 baby Iviors the mother sadly i could not save she was gone so the least i could do for my 2 new companions was send her soul to Life. As soon as that was finished i quickly took my scythe and touched the tip of the blade to the 2 baby Iviors as soon as i did the contract was formed the runes appeared on there bodies and i could feel them grow stronger that is a part of the contract when ever you form one the person or creature you formed it with receives a small portion of your essence well not like it matters for me as i am made up of essence i simply have to wait a day or two and ill be fully restored. As soon as it was finished they both spoke to me " Papa? Mama? Where is mama are you papa? " they looked at me with pleading eyes. I was never really good in these situations since i never had a mother or father i could not feel there emotions so i simply said " I am your master now i will cherish you as long as you are pure and carry out my will i don't know if it will help but your mother is in a better place now i'm sorry for your loss" they started to whimper which made me sad as well we were now bonded i could feel what they felt granted not at the same intensity but nevertheless the emotion was there. I walked up to them and gently stroked there head we sat there for the entire night mourning there late mother. I am no monster i still feel these emotions i may be death but i am not heartless i could see this pained them so in turn it pained me. These 2 are like me now they don't need food or water there bodies were reformed they will stop aging in 5 years but other than that i do not know of the changes this is my first time contracting anything but i guess in the end well just have to worry about the changes when they come.
As soon as morning came and the 2 children got up it was time the moment of truth the hardest part of anything i would ever do. I had to name them all i could think of were the consequences what if i mess up what if they don't like there name there gonna have to live with this name for EONS EONS I tell you as these thoughts were going through my head they just stared at me in confusion "Master ok? master angry? master what wrong!?" as soon as i saw that i knew everything would be fine no matter what name i gave them i knew they would accept it. I stared at them for a while until i said " You are different hmm lets see you have more of an affinity with water and air see how those 2 tails shine brighter than the others your name shall be Istrie while you have more of an affinity with fire and earth your name shall be Undiel" They stared at me for a while until they Istrie said " I like name master! thank you for wonderful name!" Istrie looked truly ecstatic while Undiel seemed more shy and nervous then she said "I like Undiel master thank you! name means we finally accepted" as soon as i heard that i smiled and said " Well let us be going then i will give you both the knowledge of different spells and there uses as we go its time to go to the nearest human settlement i would like to see just what these creatures do all day. They just looked at me and nodded they seemed happy which made me a little joyful finally i found 2 creatures that became one of my own I've never had companions but this might not be so bad maybe ill find even more on the planet but for now that is for the future and there's no telling where our path will lead us but one things for sure, This might be the start of something quite interesting.
