Prologue

"Father, is this really necessary?" I scoffed, brushing silvery dust off my face as I stood in the tranquil palace where I was born and raised. In the room of Divinity I stood, where one was closest to Father, one of the only times he could directly interact with his children.

I'm afraid it is, my child. The response echoed in my brain, as my Father's voice always had.

"But, why?" I pled, anger rising, knowing full well there would be no response.

Unlawfully taken from Royal Road, this story should be reported if seen on Amazon.

To my surprise - Father responded.

Because I love you. Because I love all.

I rolled my eyes at the non-response. Well - nothing to be done I suppose. There is no "opposing" Father.

"So be it." I sighed, looking down in disgust - the shimmering water divining a planet of green and blue. "Earth, you say?"

Yes.

"Well, no point in delaying it," I muttered darkly. "Let's get on with it then."

Be safe, my child.

And so it was that I, Yabou, last true son of God, was stripped of my wings and sent to Earth.
