Exploring the Anomaly

Helicopters roam around above the big mysterious dome. Vans with strange equipment roam below. A ton of secret scientists personally hired by the United States government observed as to what this big mysterious dome is about.

Since that time when congress decided to keep the operation hidden, there are over 100 secret scientist that we're hired to explore the mysteries of this dome. Maverick Maven a physicist was tasked to be the head of this research.

When He arrived at the research operations, He got out of His car. His assistant ran towards Him to escort Him towards the conference room.

"Is the equipment that we requested coming?" Maverick asked his assistant.

"Yes sir, it will be coming tomorrow." His assistant replied.

"Very well then, let's go inside the conference room to talk about your findings..." They got inside the conference room.

After a long time of discussion, they now arrive in the conclusion.

"These findings we have are very spectacular... I didn't even think that it would be possible." Maverick said "I have a question..." He continued.

"Yes sir?"

"Shouldn't it be the president's time to inspect the research operations?"

"Yes sir."

"Oh... Then let's prepare! These findings we have will surely benefit this country greatly!"

Sarry Jane is the chief strategist and Senior counselor to the president. She is now going to the president's office to give of the monthly report to the president. Upon entering the president's office, she greeted the president.

"Good morning, Mr. President."

"Good morning, Sarry" President Keneth replied.

"It's time for me to give off the monthly report."

"Go on."

"Our political reforms have been going smoothly. With our anti-corruption campaign and exposing Chinese spies, we now have a total of 103 corrupted officials and 23 Chinese arrested and interrogated. Also, we have learned that most of our corrupted officials have some involvement with the Chinese Communist party."

"I see... Since that time that they surrendered in the previous trade war, they've been becoming more hostile to us."

"Yes indeed sir."

"How are the plans on operation CRP?"

"Ah yes sir, I have personally hired Whi Zong to lead the revolt... The revolt will start once the Republic of China starts to invade Taiwan."

"Very good!"

"I'll now move on to the second topic which is about the current situation on California."

"Oh dang it! I forgot about that... I made an appointment to go there tomorrow... But the UN suddenly wants to request an audience to me, which is tomorrow! I can't do two meeting at once!" President Keneth starred at Sarry Jane.

While waiting for Sarry Jane and General of the army Mc'Kenny Jenny to arrive, Maverick Maven was also waiting for the brand-new equipment to arrive. After one hour, the team received the brand-new equipment. The team installed the brand-new equipment 1 km away from the dome. The equipment's appearance is a van and at the top of it is a long mechanical arm that can stretch 1 km away, with a rectangular metal at the end - serving as a measuring device.

"The installation is now complete, sir." Maverick's assistant said.

"Good, now let's beg--" Maverick was suddenly interrupted by a phone call from one of the outpost guards.

"Hello?"

"They are now here! The chief and the general!"

"Ah! Good! Tell them that I'll be coming."

"They also said that, during your meeting with them - all research operations must be on hold."

"And why is that?" He said to himself. "Okay, then..." He replied. He ended the call and faced His assistant.

"Tell the others that the operations must be on hold during my meeting." He told His assistant.

His assistant nodded and ordered the others.

At the base of operations. Chief strategist and senior counselor to the president, Sarry Jane and General to the army, Mc'Kenny Jenny together with the lead scientist Maverick Maven, Had their meeting in the conference room.

"Thank you all for coming!" Maverick said to the others.

Everyone replied with a nod. One of the scientists at their back gave them a folder containing the findings that they have conducted in the past few weeks.

"Please turn to page five... Ahem... As you can see, So far in this past few weeks we have no lead as to where and how this big mysterious dome appear. We have also conducted several radiation tests and have concluded that there are no harmful effects, but what we found strange is that the appearance of the dome itself; it's big, maybe as big as the Eiffel Tower, It's color purple and there is somehow flat moving circles with lightning shocks---" Maverick was interrupted by General Mc' Kenny.

"Are this lightning strike... Dangerous?"

"No... but although we have tested on the lightning thingy surrounds it, we haven't actually touch the surface. That's why after this meeting we will start the test using the brand-new equipment." Maverick replied.

"Ah! So it wasn't dangerous... I was looking for some action." He was disapointed.

"Ahem... Please continue, sir Maverick." Said Sarry

"Y-yes... Now for me to continue, may I request everyone to turn to page 10... It states that this mysterious dome improves our radio equipments on receiving frequencies. Our radio equipments can receive hidden radio stations and military frequencies around the world." Everyone was shocked upon hearing this from Maverick.

"Do you have any proof?"

"Yes, remember those Chinese spies? We are actually the ones who sent those evidences and information from their hidden radio communications to the Republic of China."

"Dang! We are hitting a major jackpot in terms of military! We can infiltrate and spy on military operations around the world! We can even build a military base around this mysterious dome! " General Mc' Kenny said.

"Not just around it... We have also found that this strange phenomenon is throughout California..."

"This means that if ever, the people are going back to California and realize this strange phenomenon. The whole world will go nuts." Said Sarry.

"Hmmm... Yeah, you're right...Considering our relationship with the Republic of China... It might not go well for us." Mc' kenny said.

"Will congress approve on making California as the new military state? Or should it be used on something else?" Maverick said.

"I will inform the president upon this matter. Do you have anything to inform us?" Said Sarry.

"I think that's all."

"Okay! Great work everyone! We have collected valuable information, that may serve the country for good."

"I'll be going back to start the operations."

"Ah! About that I would like to see that new equipment in action." Said Mc' Kenny.

"Yes, me too. I'm interested on how this work." Said Sarry.

"Your all welcome to join in and spectate!" Maverick replied.

They moved out of the conference room and walked towards the newly installed equipment. Upon arriving Maverick told His assistant.

"Let us now begin!"

The mechanical arm started stretching towards the big mysterious dome.

"That's one heck of a long arm." Said Mc' Kenny.

Upon touching the dome, the wind suddenly became stronger, the sky was covered with clouds with frequent lightning strikes and thunder sounds. The dome was shining and a large voice shouted.

"Oh hear this, all humanity! Both of you have accepted renewal! Let me tell you this... This new gate, the gate that We've opened for both of you may change the destiny planned by the Almighty One. Salvation comes! Oh hear this all humanity!... THE GATE HAS OPENED!"
